.......that's why I sacrificed my position to get ATIKUlated What position is he sacrificing? |
Jowanson:You can't force anyone to do what you just mentioned. If the person in question is not okay with persons who refer to him as such, he can make use of the Nigerian court to get back at them. |
Did the authorities allow certain persons to convert a section under the bridge to be modified for living purposes of some sort? |
Nukilia:Do you know what's the meaning of Mossad or what outfit it is? Do you have any moral justification to say that Mossad is known to have worked/working for the interest of any moslem? |
Jowanson:You are looking for empirical evidence because your intention is to write a chemical reaction using symbols or what? There'll be no evidence or proof to tell if anyone steals from the Nigerian treasury. The former petroleum minister is not a thief because the court's have not found her guilty. James Ibori is not a thief because he's not been found guilty by the Nigerian court. OBJ is also not in that list because no court will find him wanting of any crime. If Abacha was alive we'll most likely not hear of abacha loot. There are more than 20 ex-governors and incumbent ones who are notorious for stealing public funds but there'll be no proofs because we're in a country where such hardly comes to limelight. |
We are not voting on sentiments we are voting on what is in it for you. The bold has always been self based and not in the interest of all. That being the case, can the SP put himself up for a debate as well? Does he not know all elective offices are supposed to be open to debates so we know what each has got to offer. |
deji17:Probably yes and no. What I was trying to say is that the NBS is running such statistics with a wrong template. Just a few days we were told the President asked them to alter the statistics on unemployment rate by adding job creation arising from agriculture. Because from the general outlook it appears NBS figures are mainly based on white collar jobs and that has to change. |
deji17:Always take such statistics with a pinch of salt. Even the Oil magnate Emeka Offor declared himself bankrupt the moment the presidential election went in favour of APC. |
I saw youths in France voting in one of theirs and the aged welcomed it. Back in Nigeria we're only good in celebrating achievements of developed and civilized nation's while we dine in hypocrisy. |
What is not clear is that, what template have they been using to give statistics about employment or unemployment? Because if the template is only about white collar jobs then I feel every other statistics given by the NBS since 1999 till date is nothing but wash. We are still not yet in time with other nations and we claim to be developing!! |
How the SS thinks still baffles me. So Wike can't get a SS artist to do his bidding ? Can such happen in the west? |
Be it true as long as Ibrahim Shekarau and Abdullahi Ganduje are in APC, they better not accept Kwankwaso into their fold. The 3 can't work together on the same party platform. |
Has the Nigerian economy ever been good or fixed before? If you say It has been good, what standard did you use to arrive at that? Was it the Chinese standard or the Nigerian standard? It appears the only thing Nigerians celebrate about a working economy is when government funds are being shared and everybody gets a share. |
They started first blood not me. Tell me, do you bleed? I always tell the truth even when I lie. |
Peter Obi is not answering questions based on the platform of the PDP for reasons best known to him. He is doing whatever he is as an individual but he failed to inform his audience how he would change the economy of the country other than throwing figures and statistics. You should also know that the budget for health as at 2014 was around #262B. Do the math again. Peter Obi failed to tell us what amount he stipulated as budget in health in his state when he was governor. He should tell us that so we run a comparison to that of Nigeria. |
There'll be no need for you to make trouble with your landlord. There are better things you can do with your time. From your statement it seems you have time to look for an alternative place. Except you mean to say there ought to be some refund you're entitled from your landlord due to repairs you made. Though it might be some form of stress moving out but believe me it will save you a lot of things. |
In as much as PMB or VP were not in attendance which is bad, I think we should pay more attention to value and add value to the living rather than attending burials of persons just for show. As regards why no federal delegation were in attendance, please what happened to the SP and his deputy or the Speaker and his Vice? Or have Atiku forgotten they are still part of the FG ? |
Uchenaija:He stands out because he has memorized all the facts, figures, statistics he's rolling off his mouth. He fears if he goes close to the box, he'll forget all that he crammed. Midnight cramming is not good. |
rotecch77:Is a cesspool environmentally friendly when regarding the groundwater table? Is there any difference between a cesspool and a cesspit? Is a cesspool that holding tank that's constructed with precast circular/cylindrical rings that's placed one on top another till the desired depth/height? |
duni04:Bravo bro. Thanks for educating the ignorant ones. I hope they can read through and understand. What this administration is doing as regards the petroleum products for consumption cannot be regarded as subsidy. There's a term used specifically for such and I can't seem to remember. |
I think Peter Obi missed a great opportunity to showcase how he managed to turn around Anambra State during his time as governor and liken it to how he'll do same in the capacity as a VP of Nigeria if given the opportunity. I don't see how throwing up statistics will change the economy of Nigeria. People intend to know how you want to improve the standards and not tell them what they already know about it. PYO the debate is over. Let the real campaign begin . |
Asshurbanipal:I hope he did. |
Dharniel:I think the moderator should have asked him to compare his 8year in office as governor of his state to one of China's smallest city to compare both economies . |
Felizy:Zinox computers have been in existence as far back as 2003. |
ChiefAzubuike:Na that same locally made gun vigilante use pursue boko haram guys for borno wey army dey find hard to do. |
They caught her off guard because she was overwhelmed by the amount they paid and possibly the extra she'll get from the sales. That's how I heard at my area some men entered a boutique and picked clothes to the tune of +#100,000 only to pay in cash in broad daylight. It was the lady's husband who found out that the monies was completely fake currency. That was like after the men had left. |
He said rather than making empty promises like the APC, he had demonstrated that he meant well for the Igbos by picking one of their sons, Peter Obi, former governor of Anambra State, as his running mate. So Atiku wants the Igbos to be clapping and dancing because he chose Peter Obi as running mate? In Nigeria the office of the VP really does not mean anything because if it does it will be known in the works done at your home state as VP under OBJ. So after promising elder statesmen and making them believe you'll pick them as running mate, you went behind them to select someone who is minding his private business and life. Are you not a maradona? “A man that cannot be trusted on simple things, is it that man that will be relied upon to fulfil a promise he made now in 2023? P-OBJ entrusted so many things to you and under your care while you were his VP but he lost trust on you over a short period of time. Even the so called reconciliation done in the presence of clergy men was just to ensure there are witnesses if you happen to renege on your statements. “The Igbos are more intelligent than they think. What the people of the South-East needs is equal access to the play. Oh, they are very intelligent in fighting amongst themselves, no doubt about it. They have been given equal access to play but they prefer to equal access to the sharing formula. Atiku has given them that equal access by giving them the vice president slot in the person of Peter Obi Peter Obi's undoing will come from his kinsmen. “Definitely, if he does well, there is every opportunity for anybody from the South-East to be president, and he will be supported.” This is where the fight begins. Who will become the Igbos president when the time comes? Atiku said rather than agitating on which zone would produce the presidency in 2023, Nigerians should focus on restructuring the country so that each geopolitical zone could develop at their pace Another smart scheming statement. Is it not this fight over who becomes president that some persons are crying after collecting expression of interest and aspirant form ? He also promised to grant autonomy to local governments so that they could have enough funds to cater for developments at the grassroots. How can he promise what he can't give. He lacks the powers. The same Buhari who said he is going to do one term, why can’t he say he is not seeking re-election but will give the ticket to an Igbo man if he is that sincere? So you were waiting PMB to do one term and you do the remaining next term and it turned out not in your favour. Well lets see what will happen if you win the election. What is important is that we restructure Nigeria so that people will not be killing themselves because of the presidency, but they will go and deliver value where people need it most which is the local government and the state Still promising what is beyond your powers and saying what you can't possible do. I am seeing another IBB- evil genius in all statements. Well lets see if the restructuring of Nigeria will be done by a Northerner. |
charliboy654:Which category of the stupid are you categorized into? You must be really pained and I guess that's why you responded with a stupid statement? |
I still don't understand how so called educated and intelligent people speak anything when it concerns Nigerian refineries. We have left government spending monies on non functional TAM to private investors coming around to use their own monies to do it now.................Will it ever work? That same monies that these so called invincible private investors are coming with, can't they use it to build more 4 new refineries? Once you have these new 4 running to desired capacity then one can talk about doing any maintenance on the old ones. I keep wondering why our plans are always on short term basis just because everyone needs quick scheme money. |
A university that was created for adults who have passed the prime age of attending a normal regular university to enable them be educated in what can be referred to as a tertiary institution. Now you have children attending such and clamouring for whatever inclusion just because we have a country that does not know how to tackle her problems. This is the same reason the government abolished part time university graduates from the mandatory NYSC scheme.A backward system of country where polythecnic/monothecnic no longer exist just because every graduates wants to be equal with that university graduate because they believe they have more practical knowledge, etc, etc, etc. Forgetting the reason why they went to polythecnic/monothecnic in the first instance. They have changed the 6-3-3 system, very soon technical colleges will be upgraded to the non existent polythecnic system. Hope all these changes will add real value to the country. |
What system of government does the USA practice? Was it not the parliamentary system of government that was practiced before the military took over? What exactly was the reason the military saw that prompted the take over at that early age after independence? |
Only if elected public officials win via debates then those who have ruled previously would never see the light of rulership. More so, INEC is not supposed to attend to so called political parties that can't even boost of having a local government chairman or councillor. No notable representatives from any of the local government areas in the country. Only to show up to become presidential aspirants . |
