If PDP have a strong case as they claim with 400 witnesses they will not putting up such alternatives, especially alternatives 2, 3 and 4.

Is there any correlation between the INEC server and finger print gotten from the card readers to authentication/validation of votes as claimed by PDP?

If I get you right, what you are doing presently is the decking of your two flats of 2 bedroom. If that is the case, then 312 bags if cement in overall is a bit on the high side. The mix ratio he is using in a more reasonable term is 1:4:6 which is poor for decking. The common minimum standard is 1:2:4(1 headpan of cement to 2 of sand and 3 of granite) also from your statement it seems the guy is using hand mixing and lastly why is he casting in bits.

My brother this rotation of a thing needs to be written down, in life you trust no one, the North may not take it now but in future with the way their population is growing they will take it as theirs.

This year there will be a change because it was the first time it was used in 2015 but this year the INEC chairman confirmed that it will be accredited as part of our elections and going by the provisions of the Amended Electoral Laws, it is a good stand to defend the usage of the card reader to authenticate the validity of results in case of legal tussles.

The next thing to do would probably to tell the court and INEC to cancel the election, and that will also not happen because there's no fund to conduct fresh elections in this country.

I don’t have all the details right now but PVC readers will play a huge factor in the outcome of Atiku’s accusation.
The pvc readers collate the data on voter Including their finger print which the forensic expert will cross check with thumbprinted ballot papers using one of the numerous softwares used to verify finger print. It’s actually easier than you think.

One fact though is that the elect is a sharp deviation from what we had in 2015,

The card readers also failed massively in the areas of the opposition's strength and a large number of voters were disenfranchised in these areas but in the areas of strength of the ruling party, they were allowed to vote without the card readers.

That's what has been happening......
The case of the opposition does not really hold water and can't be said to be a firm one.

During the presidential, the card reader read my card,but didn't identify my finger prints (they only checked my thumb print). They had to manually locate my name on the register and i had to sign.
For the governorship, they tried all my fingers for prints and i think the card reader identified some of my fingers cos they gave me the ballot without the stress i faced during the presidential.

That's practically what happened every place though with slight different patterns as it suits the ad hoc staffs to speed up their work.
The nature and manner Atiku/Lawyers/PDP are putting up their case tells one that they are not even confident of what they are doing. They are only trying to point out flaws we already know which have been favourable to them times past.

I met this friend recently (a girl actually) on a WhatsApp group chat. It was 1am and I was bored by what I was doing so I started replying to the messages in the group chat. There are standard rates and there are subsidized rates based on percentages and I don't think it has anything to do with competition with professionals in the same field resident and practising overseas.

The pix below was dug for 35k.
If I'm not mistaken total amount spent exceeded #200k but not up to #250k.
Y16, Y12 and 5" blocks(solid) were used.
