Like every other business, we are in 4 profit. Unfortunately, many of us over estimate our profit, while others under price themselves.

There are 3 important questions.

1) What is the selling price in my environment?

2) what kind of market do I have

and lastly how much is my cost price?

Until u answer dis 3 questions, I believe u are not yet there.

Each area, I mean ur location is unique on its own.

Likewise the market u target is another thing u must understand, I have sold birds weighing as much as 3kg after slaughter and likewise less than 1kg.

Top of the questions, is how do u calculate ur cost?

Use the assumption of starting up with 1000 birds and about 300 birds lost in the production process..

I spoke to ChekitAut who is in to selling of building materials and he advice me to post here and I will see members who will be willing to help, he also said my brother has done a very bad job you can see it from the first picture uploaded here. Just have a look at the quotes my brother sent to me. The last quote for decking made me to reconsider the whole process and I was thinking of stopping the project until I met chekitaut online. Please have a look at the quote!

You'll need to upload a more clear pix of both for one to run a quote.

If you go back to the outspoken-ness of the Emir, you'll notice he speaks more when there is a killing/retaliation of his kinsmen. When such killings occur sides are spoken for and against depending on who is speaking. When such deaths occur they are not first considered deaths of Nigerians but deaths of a certain tribal/religious group of persons.

Ever since Shehu Sani left the APC he has been more confused. Since the creation of Nigeria and killings in the North to Middle belt occurring there has being no traditional ruler, elder states man that have outright spoken against it. The only time you hear them speak is when there is a retaliation of killings and the others tend to make political statements just to be relevant.
Trying to say anyone who speaks ill of it will enter the bad books of PMB is nothing but dumb. It happened during OBJ and GEJ.

I know of about three projects listed by buhari that has not been touched since 2015, yet they were listed as having been completed and gulped billions.
Buhari is just a puppet. Some people just give him a paper to go recite before Nigerians. He doesn't even know if the projects exist.

That's how I was shocked when Lai Mohammed listed some projects as achievement of buhari and was shocked to see an abandoned bridge in my town listed as completed, something that was last touched during the military era. Yet hundreds of millions had been retired as spent for it!

Actually the data shows that there are more poor Nigerians under the PDP than now. From 112 Million in 2012, it has now reduced to 87 Million Nigerians. The number of extremely poor Nigerians is actually reducing now.

What I was trying to say is that the NBS is running such statistics with a wrong template.
Just a few days we were told the President asked them to alter the statistics on unemployment rate by adding job creation arising from agriculture. Because from the general outlook it appears NBS figures are mainly based on white collar jobs and that has to change.

Always take such statistics with a pinch of salt.

You should also know that the budget for health as at 2014 was around #262B. Do the math again.
Peter Obi failed to tell us what amount he stipulated as budget in health in his state when he was governor. He should tell us that so we run a comparison to that of Nigeria.

I think a lot of Nigerians are guilty of ignorance in this issue of subsidy. The FG did not increase fuel price to N145. They simply put a cap on the price, above which no marketer is allowed to sell!
Fast forward 2years and the FG through the NNPC is now the only importer of petrol. Why? Because the other importers pulled out because they couldn't get forex to import. Even if they did, they would be selling at a loss because the N145 cap is still there while the price of oil has more than tripled from $30 in 2016 to $60 today. The NNPC is importing petrol at a massive loss and offsets this loss by using NLNG dividends to augment it's books.
The FG cannot transfer the tripled cost of petrol to the people at N220 because it simply won't fly! That is why the NNPC is still taking this loss/subsidy.
This kind of subsidy is very different from the PDP subsidy where there was plenty of forex for marketers to import products, but they would import very little and fraudulently claim they imported millions of litres of petrol or not import anything at all and yet get paid by the PDP led government.
The Nigerian media is very guilty of not letting Nigerians know exactly how this petrol subsidy works and how different it is from the PDP subsidy! This is something that affects everybody's life in Nigeria and judging from the comments here, Nigerians don't know anything about it! It's shameful!

What this administration is doing as regards the petroleum products for consumption cannot be regarded as subsidy. There's a term used specifically for such and I can't seem to remember.

I think Peter Obi missed a great opportunity to showcase how he managed to turn around Anambra State during his time as governor and liken it to how he'll do same in the capacity as a VP of Nigeria if given the opportunity.

I don't see how throwing up statistics will change the economy of Nigeria. People intend to know how you want to improve the standards and not tell them what they already know about it.
