It's true. We all live like everything will be fine. Our pastors and imams keep reassuring us that the future will be great meanwhile it's over 60yrs. While other countries are making their future to be today and enjoying it, we are still praying and hoping for a future that won't come.

It is not the salary that is the problem. It is the curriculum. Primary and secondary are doing well in my view. Only university education has not contributed. Though it is in some areas too. Medical line education has been up to speed. Same with social sciences. But engineering and agriculture education which are the foundational cources that ought to interact with society for development has been far from achieving their purpose
