I think it depends on where you're working. I had a job and when I went for interview I was carrying a lot of beard. I was chairman of beard gang but it was very neat. My boss, a woman, was always complementing it and she said most young men like beards but can't maintain it and she was impressed. However male colleagues were not impressed as well. Beard should be moderate and neat if you're carrying
