Please take the time to go through the thread. This question has been answered tons of times. No point rehashing the same thing over and over. jimmychang: |
What are the reasons for the insults? He asked a question because he is not clear. Answer the simple question and move on! Calling OP dumb for that? What is wrong with some of us? |
Seems like your Imessage is being configured to a UK number, and it keeps trying to send the message, and keeps deducting for each try. |
How in the world did this clueless guy get elected to be the Governor. Are the folks voting so clueless as well? |
Not at all. It's never too late dsurest: |
AT&T will unlock the device for free, as long as nothing is owned on it and the account. If they have blacklisted it, it will not work on Tmobile either. Scamupdates1: |
Yes, Python is a pretty good language. You can't go wrong starting with Python. tunnex190: |
If anyone resides permanently in Nigeria and gives you a US whatsapp number, it should be red flag. At least you should thread cautiously. Most such people use the US number for fraud. To make it seem to the potential victims (Who will be US based), that they are based in the US. 213 is a Los Angeles based areacode. Anyway, I hope his conscience hits him, and somehow comes thru and pays you back. |
He will serve 85% of his sentence, being a Federal crime. It's really mind boggling and shameful how we celebrate criminals in Nigeria! Just SMH... "In federal court you will have to serve 85% of your sentence if convicted of federal charges" https://www.wklaw.com/common-federal-crimes/ |
You can be grilled at any point of entry. It just depends on how the person questioning you feels about your responses. Sending you to secondary could also be random. Don't bring beef/meat products (Cooked or not), fruits, fresh veggies, etc. whiteMandingo: |
I agree. This looks scripted. However I understand the message they were trying to get across. kekakuz: |
It's even on CNN's landing page. What a disgrace! And some people on here have the guts to support what he did...just SMH. https://www.cnn.com/2022/11/08/us/instagram-star-ray-hushpuppi-sentenced-cec/index.html |
He was sentenced by a Federal judge to a Federal Prison though. "A Nigerian fraudster accused of using the proceeds of his crimes to fund a lavish lifestyle he flaunted on social media was sentenced to more than 11 years in a U.S. federal prison for his role in a series of international online scams" Bignuell: |
5ghz though much faster, has a shorter range. HocusPocus: |
The probability of anyone outside AT&T fully unlocking that device is slim. You either pay AT&T what is owed on the device and line or take a risk with a Third party unlocking it. kunkelhanspeter: |
Congrats to you! Just work hard and be humble, and everything will work out well for you. Can't go wrong with your career choice. Even my daughter who is a Sophomore in college is taking a Python class this semester. My son who is a senior in college already has a couple of programming classes under his belt. Best of luck! Don't you have the SIM card with you? If you do, then put it in a phone, it will latch onto one of the networks, and there you go. If you don't have it, then you are out of luck! Fedrick100: |
Why not. Your SIM card will roam fine on multiple networks in Canada. I live in the US but have had my line for 11 years. I just make a chargeable activity every 6 months, if I do not make it to Nigeria within that period. . It roams here on T-mobile and AT&T. Fut9ure: |
Just top it up or use it when you are abroad. You just need a chargeable activity. A simple SMS that costs close to nothing will keep the line going. Fedrick100: |
This is actually not a bad policy. It used to be 6 months I believe..No activity for 6 months and they recycle your number. GLO is actually less than that, around 3 months. Even prepaid carriers in the western world, UK for example, have a shorter period of 6 months of non-activity before they shut down the line. MTN is being generous. I live outside Nigeria and have had my MTN line for about 11 years or so. If I do not make it to Nigeria in 6 months, I just make a chargeable activity (top up, take a roaming call, make a call, send SMS, or use data) to keep it going. Note: Receiving calls or SMS while in Nigeria is NOT a revenue generating activity. Revenue generating activity means your credit balance has to Change (top up, take a roaming call, make a call, send SMS, or use data) . |
Yes, that is fine. Fadafada231: |
It may feel like you are not making any progress, but just continue to read as much tutorials as you can. Once you get a computer and start to actually type and write programs or scripts and test them, then you will start to see results. francium001: |
Yes, he will still be jailed. That’s just part of the plea bargain for a shorter sentence. RichDad1: |
Not possible while inside the MiFi. However, I believe you should be able to forward the calls from the sim to another line, and receive the calls on the line. So before putting the sim in the MiFi, put it into a phone, and do the forwarding. Hope this makes sense. |
I bought my ONN box at Walmart, because it’s their brand. However, you can probably find it on eBay. As mentioned, any box that supports basic features and the appropriate network. And make sure your internet connection is fast enough. Ealiserwest: |
I get that error sometimes as well. Just try a different stream. No problem watching the current match. Crazeworld:
|
I want to mention that I am using the same setup mentioned by CaptainFM1 without problems here in Nigeria. I brought my simple ONN Android box from the US, and subscribed to 30GB data on my MTN line and sharing that as Wi-Fi for the TV.so far it has worked flawlessly. Netflix, Premier league via Kodi, etc. pretty much everything he worked. The Key is to have solid internet connection.
