Its not hypocrisy. Kwakanso know he cannot win without Obi but he also knows Obi cannot win even if he (Kwakanso) agrees to be the VP. The Northern voters will not vote for Obi as president....Obi as VP adds value to the ticket, Obi as flagbearer kills the ticket......simple as!!!! The same reason PDP risked the long partnership with the SE and went with Atiku. The same reason the 4 SE aspirants in APC together got only 41 votes out of over 2000 available.

The problem is not kwakanso, its the same problem in PDP, APC, Labour or NNPP. A SE president is an impossibility. Nigeria isnt voting for a SE president after the way the SE has behaved in the last 7 years, experienced front line politicians know this, I dare say even the inexperienced know. The only politicians promoting a Peter OBI presidency are Politicians who have lost or have no relevance and are looking for relevance or clout....people like Doyin Okupe. if not for peter Obi who will hear of Doyin OKupe?

People like that win even if peter Obi loses because they enhance their profile!! They are the most dangerous because their agenda is not alligned with yours, they will edge you on even when they know you cant win, they will push you into path of destruction because they win even if you lose. Unfortunately for peter Obi, just like Osinbajo, they are the people backing him, 2nd and 3rd tier politicians. When Wannabees like that nuiscance lawyer and the other special adviser Ojomu were the people edging osinbajo on, you knew he would lose but they will push him to his destruction because they are only really interested in being in the limelight. Same thing is going on. if no politician of stature and currently relevant is backing you, you are on a road to nowhere!!! Know that and know peace ...as they say!!!

Obi will get another popular person to be his running mate. Kwankwaso is not the only politician available. Obi's presidency is what Nigeria needs at the moment.

Because when Tinubu formed an alliance with Buhari in 2014, he didn't say "no I must be president", he bid his time and even gave up the VP slot. Now we are seeing how it is the North that are championing the cause of Tinubu and by extension the SW over even people from the SW. Tinubu's greatest support right now is from the North. It will forever be remembered by many of us in the SW, that it was the North that rescued our leader when he was being betrayed by his own people. Thats how you play politics through relationships and not by demanding.

Obi made a grave error dumping PDP...Atiku cannot serve 2 terms if he wins. Instead of playing the long game, he damaged PDP and embarked on a journey to nowhere in LP and he will ultimately dash the hopes of his followers. In politics, you have to judge the mood of the electorate particularly the electorate with the largest numbers, which in Nigeria's case is the North!!! Kwakanso said yesterday, what we have all been saying for years...a SE president is unelectable based on recent events in the SE. what that means (and he isnt the only politician to say so) th You cannot shout Biafra, abuse everybody and then come and expect these same people to vote for you, we have been telling Ibos this for years, you cannot abuse the people whose votes you need and think they will forget, you cannot agitate for breakaway and then ask to run the same country, people are not fools!!!!

Like it or not, the truth about SE presidency is this, SE has to be apprentice 1st before becoming master, i.e the path to a SE presidency will never be direct and until the SE realise this, they will continue to postpone the date when the SE becomes president....it will never be a direct route.

The problem Obi faces is this, Having made the error of leaving PDP, where he was the defacto VP in waiting, he cannot now accept the VP of LP and dissapoint his teeming fans...what would have been the point of it all? A combination of Peter Obi's fanbase and Atiku would IMHO have defeated APC. But that is no longer possible and now no one be it NNpp, LP or PDP can come close to APC. IMHO Peter Obi has made his 1st blunder of his presidency...the decision to leave PDP and furthermore whatever decision he makes..either go it alone or be VP to Kwakanso would also be a strategic blunder. Ultimately when history of 2023 and the SE is written, it will be said that peter Obi snatched defeat from the jaws of victory!! To me it speaks to the calibre of his decision making!!!!

Unfortunately, I don't have any of my certificates from the institutions I attended in Nigeria. I tried getting them but office of the registrar has always asked for ridiculous things.

Nigerians, especially the illiterates and low lives make too much of a deal out of certificates. There is a way a man conducts himself, speaks and also by his accomplishments that you know a man went to school. A certificate is a piece of paper, it gets lost or stolen….shit happens!!! That’s why the law made and recognizes affidavits.

Like I said the people making a big deal out of this are people who probably don’t have any certificates or have achieved nothing in their lives. Because if you have, your certificate is the last thing on your mind and many don’t know when last they saw it. It is only a jobless man who is always applying for jobs that knows where his certificate is.

No big deal, I dont have any of mine. I never set eyes on my primary school leaving, my school cert, GCE and 1st degree were amongst items stolen and I never collected my master's degree because I got a job in a different country and did not attend my graduation and I have never needed it since so I never bothered.
