fubsy:abeg remind us again what those plans are because when he was asked today he didnt seem to have any definite plan on any of the 3 issues they asked him: State police, restructuring and subsidy. |
We know this because we have 7 years experience of them. Beneath their temporary Peter Obi logos are the red green and black colors of IPOB!! I say temporary because they will be back in feb 2023 reviving their allegiance to their real master in Kuje prison and his deputy in Finland!! |
Cognitivereason:. You are now making a fool of yourself. I suggest you quit! |
E |
Cognitivereason:I suggest before you insult people out of ignorance and your failed education , you learn to read properly and comprehend what is written. I specifically said state owned and put STATE in capitals specifically for people like you. Clearly my efforts were in vain. |
jibosqie:but yet you engage me. It's ok we know insults is the only way you IPOB members and supporters speak, civility is not in your DNA. We know Obi supporters are simply IPOB members and supporters in new Obi clothes for the duration of this doomed campaign. We have had 7 years experience in your ways and we will be here in Feb2023 when you remove the Obi clothes you are masquerading under and return to your red green and black garments you wear underneath as you reallign with your true leader in Kuje prison. |
iike:thats the kind of cult "We dont question our leader" mindset that led to the Guyana massacre of 1964. |
PotatoSalad:he hasnt spoken but a man who had the foresight to create the Lekki free trade zone, to vision creating a city out of the sea, to attract the worlds largest single train refinery to lagos, a man who has shown he believes in true fiscal federalism (i.e demonstrated it by risking the loss of federal allocation for many years while fighting the federal govt) has a plan, a man who showed the rest of the country how to generate IGR and whose model many now copy.....he just hasnt unveiled it yet. his antecedents speak for him so we are waiting patiently not going to TV up and down when you dont have a plan yet, lets not forget campaigning doesnt start until September. It is the cowboys and those without a plan jumping on tv because they have nothing that speaks for their past deeds that are running up and down appearing on tv twice a day making fools of themselves always shouting on TV in a most unpresidential manner because they have a justified inferiority complex...they have no track record for their time in govt. They say he who makes the most noise has the least, truly beautiful and confident women dont do around telling people how pretty they are, trully rich men dont advertise their wealth running around in convoy, spraying money. Those who are truly ready and have a plan are keeping quiet strategizing and fine tuning their election strategy and economic blueprint not appearing everyday on TV especially with no plan...at least if you are going to appear on Tv during election time have be ready with your plan !!! The only people making noise are those like i said who feel compelled to because they have no record of performance that speaks for them. Thats why you wont see Atiku or Tinubu on TV yet. You should know that these are the questions you are going to be asked, these are the things people want to know. it shows incompetence that 7 months to an election, when you give an interview you havent anticipated questions and have your ready answers that will convince the opposition supporters. Nobody is interested in statistics. or a lesson in the damaging effects of subsidy we know that already. We now want to know "how"? it is cowboys that come on TV at this stage and give interviews unprepared, It shows shallowness of both the candidate and incompetence of the team around him. We all saw how osinbajo's spokesman damaged him on Tv in his 1st interviews after declaration. Cowboys and those without a track record are always to eager to compensate for their deficiencies. It's not about who shouts the loudest. Nigeri'a truly richest men are rarely seen or heard, the ones we hear every day are broke tomorrow because theyve spent all their money showing the world they are now rich. There are levels to this thing, just like election day, we've all seen the helicopter meme, results dont start untill we start hearing from the big boys kano, katsina, borno,Kebbi etc, when their result come, then we know election has started!! All those early states, Ekiti, Imo. Ondo, Kogi, etc are just warm up entertainment before the main event, so also all this noise peter Obi is making. He will not get 25% in more than 6 or 7 states mark my words!!! |
A man who aspires to be president that doesnt have a clear position on subsidy is clearly not ready to govern Nigeria. Subsidy is costing us too much but it is clear it cannot be removed until the local STATE owned refineries are working. You dont require a Ph.d to realise that. All that "we will study" what are you studying that you havent studied since Occupy Nigeria subsidy protest? if you dont have a clear position on subsidy, security, restructuring, economic growth, state police (on all of which this impostor has none) you are not ready to be president of Nigeria and you should not grant interviews until you do. I dont know how a man in labour party wants to remove subsidy when it is the same labour movement that will grind the country to a halt. i dont know how you want to execute any economic blue print when we spend the equivalent of 33% of our federal budget on subsidy! 2023 subsidy alone will build lagos ibadan rail 5 times. That is how crucial subsidy is and 7 months to an election you dont have a clear position? This man is a joker!!!! |
But as usual he never answered the question |
ChukyT:Join the Obidient movement, you won’t have to exert your brain! |
chase4:Does INEC have polling booth in Maryland? asking for a friend!!! |
VirileNelly2420:The problem with democracy is that our collective fate and hence mine is in the hands of the ignorant, poorly educated, uninformed and unenlightened . It’s the same thing all over the world. It is no surprise that the countries making the most progress in the last 2 or 3 decades are not democracies!!!!! The good thing is that there is absolutely no chance in hell that Peter Ibi can ever get the required 25% in 24 states. So we are safe from the damaging effects of the votes of the ignorant and uninformed. So really there is no point is dragging this matter. |
obynzo:No matter how popular OBi is, he cannot win the election so i have no incentive to demarket him. I support Tinubu, It is actually in my interest to market Obi, because the people whose votes Obi will steal are southern PDP votes mostly from the SE. You clearly do not understand finance and It is a waste of my time trying to explain the issue of Anambra liabilities/debt for the umpteenth time. Obi left liabilities of over 185B for Obiano, they were not yet due on the day he left office so he cleverly didnt include them giving the impression he left a positive treasury for Obiano...he did not. Obiano inherited those Obligations and will have had to pay those liabilities as as when due. your problem is ignorance or lack of education or both. If you are interested in knowing the truth I will explain what went on, if not you can skip this and just continue to insult me I sign a contract with you to build a house costing 200m, the house is in 4 stages: foundation, roofing, finishing, furnishing. Lets say every stage is 5Om. At every stage you present a bill and I pay. you have done stage 1 and I have paid you for stage 1, you havent completed stage 2 so you havent presented a bill, so I dont owe you technically but I am obligated to pay you when you present a bill and more importantly I have enterered into a contract with you which makes me liable for N150m in future bills. Today I am relocating to the USA permanently and I hand over all my affairs to my wife to look after the family. In the list of assets and liabilities (i.e handover notes) I state money in the bank, shares, workers salries due if any etc. Should I tell my wife there is 150M of payments that she should be expecting ans she will have to pay for when you finish your work and present your bill or should I just run to America and let her fend for herself without telling her? because that is what peter Obi did!!! is it right not to tell my wife that there is one contractor building a house for the family, I havent paid fully o, it remains 150M and she should expect you to present her with bills in stages totalling 150M? |
obynzo:What debt burden, he left Obiano with a debt burden of N185b but omitted it from his handover notes. He increased IGR by a paltry 8% in the total of 8 years, in a period of economic boom for the country and in a country where inflation is above 10% PER ANNUM meaning in real terms IGR actually reduced under him, but you are probably not enlightened enough to to understand what I just typed. The man before him achieved 800% in only 3 years, the man after him achieved over 200% in 8 years of economic difficulty and social upheaval and you have mouth to talk? You motivation is clearly not facts, logic and good performance. Just state what we all know that you are supporting Obi because he is Ibo and save us all the BS about him being the messiah. I honestly don’t know why I even bother, it’s not like he has any chance of winning anyway. |
Perfectbeing:I honestly think he should give us that as a gift to Nigerians and anyone who will succeed him. The whole idea of your second term is to execute the unpopular decisions. |
obynzo:as you people say go and verify
|
ottersberger:if you are going to lie, then there is no point in responding to you. Those who have shame at least have the integrity to keep quiet |
Grandmeister:You lie, you are clealrly not intelligent enough to see how he played you, I guess he relies on undiscerning people like you for his campaign. He spoke about going to the IG of police, that is not state police. What Peter Obi spoke about is continuing the same system. That Obasanjo agreed to his request does not mean another president will. that is not state police. Peter Obi can never publicly state he is in favour of state police because of IPOB because that is exactly the fear people have with state police, that a repeat of 1967 will occur if the SE have control of a paramilitary organization. No SE president can initiate or implement state police with the current state of affairs. |
irynterri:So basically you now admit I was right he never answered the questions? BTW tinubu has stated clearly he will introduce state police, he and Atiku have both stated they will restructure Nigeria. So stop this bullshit of no one can state clearly. the man who cannot state clealry is the man who has no plan!!! The reason we are where we are today is that People did not ask the right questions and put Buhari and his antecedents up to scrutiny in 2015. I am old enough to have been around when he was head of state in 1984, he was a monumental failure then and i said it in 2015. But people were so despearte for change they didnt examine the man and his record properly. the same thing is happening now, ibos and naive youth are so desperate for SE presidency and change respectively they are not seeing through the BS in peter Obi. The good thing as a Nigerian is that he has no hope in hell of winning. |
obynzo:you insulted me because I said peter obi never gives a straight answer and now i am asking you to tell me what his responses were to 4 things 3 of which are simple yes or no answers and you too are waffling. is it only subsidy they asked him. you too are behaving like Obi. what did he say about state police and restructuring....these are simple yes or no questions. I hope at least in your private moments even if you dont admit it publicly that there are real concerns with Peter Obi and what he says... he is too vague. yes or no are you removing subsidy, are you introducing state police, are you restructuring, these things dont require story. Tinubu has already stated he will introduce state police, he and Atiku have stated they will restructure and I am sure he will remove subsidy because the truth is no Nigerian aspiring for office can acheive anything if we do not remove subsidy. Subsidy in 2023 for example is more than our entire budget for education health and roads combined. Our subsidy in 2023 will build lagos to Ibadan rail 5 times, These are not issues on which a presidential candidate can be vague. pepter Obi claims he wants to invest in the people, you cannot invest in the people without health and education, where will he get the money, in 8 years he didnt raise the IGR of Anambra, is it this same person that will raise the IGR of Nigeria? so if he has no track record of generating revenue, the only other option is to look at areas of waste, therefore subsidy is a key area especially as I said we spend More money on subsidy than we spend on Education, health, roads combined!!! |
casualobserver:@obynzo and @Udemzy05 I am still waiting for you to answer. Shey it is easy for you to abuse us but we asked simple questions and you run away |
obynzo: Udemzy05:he didnt answer any of the question as usual. if I am lying please tell us maybe we didnt hear well and since the second person I quoted has a bigger brain than mine maybe he/she too can also help 1. whay didnt he conduct local government elections? 2. is he going to introduce state police? yes or no 3. is he going to restructure the country? yes or no I am also reading comments from people talking about Fuel subsidy, i clearly missed that part of the interview but it seems in typical peter Obi style he refused to answer the question. let me make it clear...An aspirant that cannot unequivocally state his position on fuel subsidy, state police and restructuring before an election will never be able to acheive any of those 3 things when he gets to power, be in no doubt, these 3 things are critical to the future of Nigeria. Anyone without a clear stance and plan on these issues has no plan for Nigeria stating clearly what you will do is what will give you the mandate to do it when you get to power. if you state you are going to remove subsidy, restructure or introduce state police before an election and win, then you have the people's mandate to do it. but if you havent you will not be able to execute it because it is the same people that will protest against it (esp subsidy) but they cant protest when you have told them before the election. |
irynterri:My friend I am on unlimited fiber internet @ 25mbps, I don’t use recharge card to pay for data at N100 per mb unlike your type. You tell me did Peter Obi answer the questions he was asked directly? He didn’t. Are you going to introduce state police, are you going to restructure what happened to the LG funds. Watch again, He did not give a direct answer to all 3 questions!!!!!! |
This is how Peter Obis interviews go: Interviewer: Mr Obi what is your position on this issue? Obi: Go and verify, Interviewer: what of XYX Obi: ….and everything! Interviewer: this other matter nko? Obi: …and this thing! Audience after the interview scratching their heads thinking, what exactl has this man said, he didn’t answer the direct questions! |
I hope the bull has a lawyer or else I see Suya in its future!! |
IgOga:No o Saint Peter is a holy man, he does not pay delegates or bribe anyone, thats why he left ApGA and PDP and eventually Labour party and he will keep jumping from party to party until he finds a party that is in tune with his holiness. Saint Peter does not bribe, does not steal does not buy delegates and most of all he does not lie, in fact St peter does not spend money!!! St peter has never seen money in his life, he has only heard about it and went to Maylasia to learn about it. if you cannot abide by these then you are not worthy of Saint peter of China. |
this is not news, this is how these smaller parties survive. That is the only purpose they exist, to service for a fee, disgruntled members of the 2 main parties....for a fee! ..... that is their business model!!! |
obynzo:I am not starting any mischief, you are the ones that started the mischief in 2015 and now you dont want people to say things as they are. if you dont like the truth then behave yourselves and dont forget that when you are creating mischief people dont forget. regarding smartness, I am not trying to be smart or dumb, just stating my obervations and clearly Kwakwanso and many other prominent politicians across party lines share the same observation. So regarding smartness, it is not smart to insult people for years and think you can rebrand and they will not recognise it's the same people or think you can continuously threaten to burn down the house for 7 years and then come back overnight in new clothes without showing any contrition or effort to mend fences asking/demanding to be trusted with the keys to the same house. This is the essence of what I am saying and it is what Kwakwanso said in that interview...you created your present reality!!!! |
SmartPolician:1. So you acknowledge it is the same people? 2. You are the ones who created the division because your then party lost power. 3. Yorubas never supported the agitation. A handful of elements yes but definitely not the way the SE do. Everybody knows 95% of Ibos are IPOB at heart. That’s is why there were and are still no condemnations of IPOB by any Ibo political leader till date. That is why a whole minority leader stood surety for a man his government in which he served (even as opposition leader) had decreed a terrorist. No yoruba politician of note rallies round Sunday Igboho. That’s how you send a message you are in your own. Nigeria hasn’t forgotten!!! |
Kwakanso is simply saying what we have all observed. It is not kwakwanso linking OBi to IPOB, it is OBI ans his supporters that have linked OBi to IPOB because they are one and the same. We have all noticed that there are no more Biafra, Kanu and IPOB threads and posts on social media becasue the same people behind those threads are now behind the peter Obi threads and posts on Social media and they are the same people who will resurface with Biafra/IpoB/Kanu agenda in 2023 when he loses. Even Peter Obi himself has said it in a roundabout manner when he warned his supporters to stop the antagonism. We are not fools!!!! |
YourBestWriter:management is never for 1st class graduates. management is not about academic intellect but more about people organisational, leadership, motivational skills, they dont teach people skills in schools and most of what will hone your organisational, people, leadership, motivational skills (if you dont have them) are learnt in seminars, workshops, etc not in university. Any company that requires a 1st class for a management position is itself a fraud. the kind of jobs where 1st class is a plus are intellectual, academic, professional and technical subjects not management. You will be surprised that some of the best managers had a 3rd class, some dont even have a degree but worked their way up. Most people who come out of Uni with a 1st class are terrible managers, that is why if you look around, they are usually subordinates to people with lower degrees...most never rise above mid level in terms of management. In life there is always a negative to every positive, the kind of person who is a 1st class academic is very often poor in people skills because management is 95% compromising ,bullshitting, making promises you know you cant keep, accomodating and motivating both the intelligent and the dumb. 1st class brains generally dont have that kind of mindset or temperament especially straight out of school to babysit people who cant think at their pace or to be economical or selective with the truth and facts which is why they make terrible bosses, it is the same reason technocrats make poor politicians, they exist but the combination of a 1st class academic brain and good managerial skills is very rare so it is very strange to hear a company asking for a 1st class graduate straight out of school for a management role. 2 things will happen, he will either be a poor manager or he will gets frustrated, find his brain becomes dull having to deal with people below his intellectual capacity. Most 1st class graduates you find in management graduate into management after many years excelling in their chosen area e.g engineering so by the time they step into management they are much older and wiser. People who have both a 1st class academic brain and great people skills usually dont come out of university with a 1st class degree because they were too busy partying and building their people skills to get a 1st class. Any company that is recruiting a graduate no matter if he has a 1st class as a "manager" is a cowboy operation just giving you the title of manager to make him feel good, he will probably find it is a glorified sales job!! I hope it is not Business development manager because that is just a fancy way of saying sales or marketing!! No reputable company will recruit a graduate straight into a role as a manager. There is a reason reputable compnaies have management trainee positions for graduates. so my advise to your friend is to have no qualms about being a "fraud" because i can guarantee you the company itself is a fraud!!! |
