[quote author=Rapmoney post=122223282]It is a normal work rule for employees not to use mobile phones during work hours, except using mobile phones is part of your job description. However, due to the fact that some employees tend to flout the rule, some employers, especially in one-man businesses, have deemed it fit to ask employees to submit their phones when they arrive work in the morning and collect back after work. As a worker, can you work in a place where it is required that you submit your phone? Drop your opinion.[/quote I have once worked in a casino where I was required to do away with my phone during working hours. We put our phones at the lockers that was provided for employees during working hours. During break period which last for about 30minutes, we have access to our phones. There is no big deal with such working conditions. It would make employees to focus on their jobs and not be distracted with their phones during working hours Yes I can work in a place where I am required to submit my phone |
akpunda86:What is the name of her employer ? |
Wannabenz:You have sex with your wife once or twice in a day. Bros, you dey try o. If she falls asleep after sex then there is no cause for alarm. It shows the sex gives her peace of mind that is why she sleeps off after the sex. It is not a medical issue. |
akpunda86:If your wife has gotten her employment letter from a ministry, department or agency , then she should report to work in her new office for screening and proper placement based on the certificate she presents for employment. A personal file containing photocopies of her employment letter, certificate of medical fitness, academic certificates, state of origin, birth certificate etc. would be opened for her by her employer and she would be place in office based on her academic qualification. After proper placement, your wife's employer would make arragment with Integrated Payroll and Personnel information system (IPPIS) officials to come and capture her for payment of her salaries. You wife would then register with a pension manger like ARM pension so that part of her salary could be remmited as her pension savings. |
Dindondin:The lady said she misses her ex girls and she wants to have sex with them. That weird coming from a Ghanaian lady. She sees nothing wrong having sex with her son. Na wah for her morals |
onthehill:The mechanic made the right decision in returning the money. Any attempt to spend the money would lead to the tracing and freezing of his account. Aside the reward he would have peace of mind and could get a better job. |
ify2016:The animal come resemble hyena. Well done o |
Obaofaba:At last Ndi Ofe nmanu has admitted that they mostly voted for Peter Obi. Ndi Igbo should take note |

Jokanem:Yes God is 3 in 1 as enumerated below: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit took part in the creation of the heaven and earth . That is why God said "Let us make man in our own Image" (Genesis 1:26). God the Father was referring to God the Son and God the Holy Spirit when He said "Let us make man in Our Own Image". God the Father said "Let there be light " and "there was light" (Genesis 1:3). God the Father spoke the Word and the Word which is God the Son brought the light into existence as seen in John Chapter 1. Even before the creation of the heavens and earth, God the Holy Spirit was hovering over the earth (Genesis 1:2) We Anglicans recite the Apostles' Creed during Sunday services. The Apostle Creed affirms the existence of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit (Trinity). Please read the bible passage below: When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” (Matthew 3:16-17) In Matthew 3:16- 17 above, God the Father referred to God the Son as His Beloved Son in whom He is well pleased after the baptism of Jesus Christ. God the Holy Spirit descended in a form of a dove. This shows 3 in 1 God. Also read the passage below: 2 Corinthians 13:14 - The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen. This affirms 3 in 1 God. These are mysteries that you cannot understand with your human comprehension but this mystery is true. |
beerfraud:Please can someone authenticate Reno Omokri's allegation against GRV by sharing the post containing the threat about Lagos "catching fire" tonight allegedly made by Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour |
FisifunKododada:I don't understand what you mean by saying that "Chinedu who hates Yoruba people". Must the election be turned into a tribal war ? I did not see Chinedu hating any Yoruba people. I only saw a Yoruba man in the person of GRV vying for the postion of governorship of Lagos state under Labour party . Labour Party is not owned by Chinedu. The young man called GRV paid homage to the Oba of Lagos and the Oba spoke his mind. Chinedu is not in the picture at all. It is up to Lagosians made up of Yorubas, Igbos, hausas, ijaws, efiks, tivs, fulanies, gbagis etc. who secured their PVCs in Lagos state to decide who would governor them in the next four years. |
OmidheBlessing:Don tell your boss that you are searching for a new job. Be secretive about the search and don't reveal your intention to even your co-workers for security reasons. As soon as you get the job quietly tender your letter of resignation and thank your boss for the opportunity to work in his /her company in your letter. Then move on with your life |

Islie:Every Nigerian deserved to be issued with a Certificate of Survival for enduring 8 years hardship perpetuated by the Government of PMB. Nigeria has never had it this bad. To withdraw your money that you deposited in the bank is now a big issue. As I am posting this writeup I withdraw an old N1000 from a POS Operator and I was charged N200. I want to use the old N1000 to board a vehicle from the park and the drivers are saying that they would not accept the old N1000 because petrol sellers would not accept the money at the filling station. |
OdogwuMoney6:Since you are single you could start by renting a self contained apartment with borehole and prepaid meter as a starter and secure a job if you do not have one. You would need a steady job doing so you would be able to renew the house in the preceding year. Then plan to buy a piece of land so you could develop it in the future. As you progress in live you could then plan to rent a room and parlour apartment. You should also cultivated the habit for saving as a bachelor and avoid unnecessary spending |
dre11:At times I would the kind of FG that we have in Nigeria. A government that derives pleasure in afflicting citizen with hardship in the form on insecurity, naira scarcity, fuel scarcity, inadequate power supply, high price of goods and services. Nigerians are just groaning in pain and hardship. Supreme court passed a judgment and CBN has the guts to keep mum and FG is not helping matters. I just wonder how the next FG under Jagaban would be like |

Nigerians are just groaning in pain and hardship. Yet they sheepish voted in APC to rule them for another 4 ,years. chokekachy:Joe Igbokwe talks like the kind of person that would betray his kinsmen for 30 pieces of silver |
Metrix147:As long Igbos keep supporting APC, the party would keep religating them to the backgroud and the Igbos would just be recognised as second class citizens. The North and West would still produce senate president and speaker while the Igbos will be forming supporters club. The Igbo in APC missed it the moment they allowed the Presidency to elude them. That is the bitter truth. |

scholarshipbaze:You would have asked her to explain further after she said she can't because she is in the best position to explain to you what she means. If she insists, then you break up with her and move forward. |
Safyqueen:Obi had the support of youths, Christians, and moslems, urhobo,Igbo, hausa, Fulani, tiv, gbagi, ijaw ect. Even if Osinbanjo had his way in APC, Peter Obi's presence in Labour Party would had been felt because APC has failed Nigerians. Obidient movement will not fizzle out with time. The only thing that is constant in life is change. |

oldienavie:You want her for sexual pleasures but when you find a women to marry, you discharge her because you said she is not good for marriage. Abeg put your self in her shoes. Would you be happy if someone should treats you in that manner ? |
oldienavie:I think you should marry her since you said you trust her 90% and you still enjoy sleeping with her. Don't use her past mistakes against her. Just forgive her . You have strong feelings for her and you said she is an incredibly beautiful lady. Just settle down with her. The devil you know is better than the angel you do not know |
2mercy:I commend the Supreme Court for a job well done in the discharge of their duties. They are incorruptible judges that discharge their duties without fear or favour. They also told FG the truth. There is hope for Peter Obi if he takes his cases to the supreme court |
WriterNiig:I would not be surprised if Ekene Enefe were to be an ukrainian spy. |
Roseodd:You need to go to zenith lab to do sperm culture/analysis test to acertain the cause of your infection and then the appropriate drugs would be prescribed to you afterwards |
IyaebeTheGreat:Former President Obasanjo may not be a saint but I admire him as an elder states man that speaks the truth when others fails to say to doso. I also admire him because he is a detribalized Nigerian. He says the truth the way it without fear or favour. We do not need a prophet to tell us that some INEC officials sabotaged the Bimodal Voter Accredeitation System (BVAS) and the Server for transmission of results from polling units. The videos on the drama have gone viral on line. The picture showing that the election result of ekiti state held on 25th February 2023 was uploaded on 20th February 2023 is online. The videos of the rigging going in this ongoing election is worrisome. We should have the metallity of one Nigeria. We should be interest in voting people that are capable of delivering and not be focusing on whether some body is Igbo or hausa or ishekiri or uhrobo etc We need to get it right in Nigeria whether we like it or not. When we go to other countries. we admire the countries and we behave well and excel in such countries but when we are in Nigeria we find it difficult to do the right thing. The traffic light would be showing red light but you some motorist and dispatch bike rider beating traffic light with impunity. What would it take to us to conduct a credible election ? |
