You will not understand. I am going through the same thing. In my own case, they come home as late as 1 or 2am and they make so much noise that no one is able to sleep.There are no less than ten of them in their flat at any given time. Reporting them to the landlord has yielded zilch as he just doesn't care. These ones don't hide the fact that they are yahoo boys. Everyone knows.
