You can't do anything. A house was turned to a club in my close, we went against did all we could to resist it, but it in the end money talks bull shit walks. Yes at first the noise was disturbing, but then bizness boom and another house was converted to a guest house. Then 100mtre away from the close, another house was converted to a Club cum lounge. more wahala. Right now as I chat I am surrounded by 4clubs, 1brothel, 3hotels and like 4 joints/bars all within 200metre range. Prostitutes lingers the whole area at night.....Its life, deal with it. Nothing you can do ![]() |
igbizen:FBN Quest (mutual fund housing arm, subsidiary of first bank) always publish thier fact sheet on thier site. you can go there and download thier factsheet for Eurobonds, that way you can read and fully understand the market trends and know what you are in for. I have one but I don't know how to upload PDF here (its quite old tho 2017 or so) |
Kenturkey048:lol, I can relate. You get that look from passengers like is she his Gf. Local man even had to take care of Lunch at the eatery (ore)/when driver stopped for a break. Something unplanned for. Women get power sha! Did you say your laps? That's risky, if your thought goes naughty while she rest on your lap, you know wussup, lol #John Thomas go tear ya boxers haha ![]() |
lawalosky:errmm ermm it depends, I have had a very cute girl rest on my shoulder, she looked at me with dem eyes and said "can I" with a smile. Of course local man couldn't say no ![]() |
Refusing to stop when I say i'm pressed. U wan make my bladder burst ni. Playing some boring songs that makes my brain slow. I wonder how some people can concentrate on the steering wheels on a long distance journey listening to such songs. |
Big mouth. We didn't know his marriage was troubled until her post. Yeyebrities |
Privateschoolre:Have you ever taught in a classroom? I was privileged to experience the life of a teacher during my NYSC year and one thing that struck me was; I use to tell myself that I had the power to mess up their brains at this level and it will stay F.cked up for a long time to come with wrong ideals & knowledge. That's how powerful school is. The things/ideals you learn in those teenage years will play a very huge part of your adult life. Its far beyond looking at the school fees. Money will always be tied to Value and that should be the sole aim of establishing a learning centre. Money will come automatically when the owner provides value. |
Go to Job sites, take screenshots of all the needed responsibilities for that entry level role you desire. Take out the similarities from all of them. Start acquiring the skills one after the one. You can whyne and cry from now till tomorrow, heaven will not help you until you help yourself. You can manage the teaching job to hold body, but focus on the big prize and be learning the needed skills while at it. Your story is the everyday story of a Graduate that has only Bsc. How do you want to break into the labour market that's fierce with just a Bsc? |
setting up a school should never be because of money. Must everything always be money in business. how about setting up a school first to deliver quality education. See your no1 reason, Money! Typical Nigerian, no impact on society. just make money! |
eagleonearth:lol no in Festac. There is a hotel called Rockview he owns it. There is a gas station called Vineegas at 7th avenue, he owns it as well. He owns a couple of stuffs there at Festac. |
Philantropists:1) 300k is quite on the high side for a nursery pupil, however I feel your brother has a taste for quality education and so has his kids in there. there are so many schools out there that can offer as much quality education for lesser fee. 2) Yes you can invest in, but your capital may be stagnant year in year out. as almost all the interest made will be put into the child's education at 10-11%. Because of the dynamic rate change, Bonds may be best for you. lock in the cash for 5-6yrs at a far much higher rate for that child |
Lol, I wish it was possible too - No IELTS - No stress of going back to University to apply for Transcript Just pay for tuition and show proof of funds and visa will land in no time. The stress of the Visa thing tire me like wetin.....One moment I have the ginger but when I hear all the procedures and shii, I just dump the idea |
DarloDarlington:nice shoes how much are these |
Jayslicky:Leaving Nigerian for a better place abroad is far more than just having money. Money is important tho but you need to have other things that will convince the Visa Officer to grant you the access in. Its more than just having the money. |

This is what federal schools go through and yet someone will be bragging about how Getting a first-class from a Federal school is the holy grail. We just like suffer head mentality for this country. Just imagine. no school blocks for a department and yet the school authorities will collect school fees and what not from them. The only Uni I see in 9ja wey get head na Covenant University. The rest still dey learn work .. |
Olodo24:True, he has been sounding the same lately. He needs a break to bring something fresh |

Is there any networking engineer here who has started using Python for network automation? |
abdulwastecx:you guys always scare potential builders with your quote. so 20m can't build a house with moderate quality finish, at least something adorable. Cost of land is not inclusive o...and yet 20m can't do anything quality even if it's moderate level? These houses I see at Ajah that goes for 35m, yet the finish is moderately fine tuned not too high class like having Victorian chairs or some Gold plated shiny interiors. I think you are exaggerating tho! One reason I don't like coming to this thread to read stories, it can be discouraging. |
I have no pity for him. |
Na small thing After the show, she can join our SARS team :-p We need energetic females like this in our police force ![]()

Frustrated people on Nairaland Vibrating negatively over another man's wealth. See the way they are hyping 100million, like say no be young folks around us dey get am. I am sure some of these dumb folks will say no member on NL is worth a Billion naira or has 200m in his/her account. Nigeria doctors who go to US and work for some years will come back with enough money/own asset worth over 50m here in Naija. But here Folks thinking that a whole Known Chelsea Player cannot be worth over 200million. I understand sha, country hard everybody. MISERY LOVES COMPANY!!!
