When I couldn't see a doctor at d general hospital, I went to their lab for ecg test but d attendant there asked me if a doctor asked me to do it but I said no. I know of many mothers who did partial circumcision for their female children. I think the old traditional and unprofessional way of doing female circumcision was what made the practice looks terrible. The use of the word "mutilation" was intentionally used to make the practice look so bad.
