People are marrying church rats that turn out to be bad bad wives.

Don't judge a girl because you net her at a club. Don't marry a hooker though.

CuntMiner:

Also in the PH school business.

It is capital intensive and you won't break even for the first few years. However, it depends on your scale and vision.

The good (& sad) thing is there are capable teachers all over the place. Focus on recruitment strategy and recruit ONLY knowledgeable and versatile hands.

AnthonyAk:
If anything the govt shouldnt be allowing people to start schools anyhow. Come to PH every tom dick and harry is starting school you can goto an area and have 5 private schools in the same area.

Private schools arent making money like they used to dont be fooled. My family is into the business so i know first hand what it takes.

Money no dey naija again for people to dey pay tuition like before

You're welcome man.

If the design is too challenging, I can link you with a top architect who is a fellow.

You're right about the fee stuff, let the parents and students acknowledge the increased quality.

Olakunle007:
Mate? You are my boss, man. Thank you very much for your erudite explanation. I will just copy this and send it to my architect. And for the school fee aspect, I would likely charge higher than the school around me. I believe I want to offer something better - thus the parents should pay higher... Of course something realistic and affordable.

thats very degrading for a guy, have never done that abd i dont think i will... Even to those that are really close to me in reality.. The highest a lady has done for me is to take me out, i protested but she was like if i didn't come with her, then she wont talk to me again, so i succumbed cos she is really close to me smiley

I have a car in Port Harcourt that seats 6 people and is freshly imported. It was used personally abroad and is in perfect condition.

Are there car-hire services that can manage the car and give it to the rideshare drivers in PH or even Lagos?

Cheers.

Health › Re: How Can I Control Hair Loss Caused By Masturbation by cooooooks(m): 11:13am On Sep 07, 2019
I think the best solution is to see a doctor or sex therapist.

However, from what I've seen, you've got to cut off porn and practice with someone. You've also got to try to get out of your head.

The actual steps that you'll need to take to achieve these, I don't know, a sex therapist or doctor should.

Kastrom:
Yeah bro. is there any solution you can suggest?

Business › Re: Advice for my primary school project (plan) by cooooooks(m): 11:38pm On Sep 06, 2019
I've run a school and I'm a school part-owner so here goes:
- Know the school fees of schools in your area and use this for budgeting.
- Ensure your salary estimates are realistic and give a 20% cushion.
- Science, Home Economics, Music & Art rooms are very important. Frankly, at this level, Science & Home Economics could use the same lab while Music & Art could use the same lab as well.
- Plan your play space. Have basketball, badminton, table tennis, etc. These sports do not use as much space as a standard football pitch. You could also have a semi-indoor swimming pool by it would take an imaginative architect to tie all these together in 3 plots.
- Admin offices should take virtually ZERO space.
- Sick bay, sleeping/resting room should take little space. Have an isolation room in the Sick bay too for kids with contagious diseases & infections.
- Don't waste space on parking provisions.
- Have a mini garden.

Cheers mate!

There isn't enough information to come to a conclusion but there are some issues in the relationship.

I think the distance may be having an effect. I feel like he feels that you're trying to belittle or use him (from the messages here).

You knowingly annoyed him and hen you're goading him and calling him a woman for not talking too muchhuh

Like I said, perhaps we need more information but if I got some of the messages you sent, I'd never respond again. But you guys have been "dating" abi chatting for long so you should know better.

Romance › Re: Finding A Partner Is More Difficult Than I Assume by cooooooks(m):
You're speaking some serious truth.

Although I think there are some ladies who are ready for marriage quite early. Or at least think they're ready for marriage.

Safitu:
But what do you expect when you’re dating 22 and 23 year olds? You can’t expect someone that young to be devoted to one man who is ready for marriage. Baby girl still wants to live her life and have fun. I’m not saying you need to date your grandmother, but sometimes when we are too strict on standards, especially things like age, which we can’t control, we find ourselves getting older by the year and still remaining single. It’s not until reality really sinks in, that we start modifying certain things, and sometimes it’s too late. I believe men should use their time wisely because it’s better to grow with your children. You want to be active with your kids whilst they’re young. When I was 10/11 my dad was in his late 30s, and I will forever be grateful for that.
