Every time I hear comments like "things weren't this bad even under Abacha", "Obasanjo's time was much better" etc, I just laugh. This may seem insignificant, but check the rim of the spare tyre carefully. I fell for that rookie mistake when I bought my first car. Thought all was well until like 6 months later when I had my first flat tyre. Turned out the rim was a different size with 5 holes and not 4 which the car had.

Er, just one correction. GEJ was President when he defeated GMB, not a "mere" VP. He became President in May 2010 after Yar Adua died. The elections held in 2011.

You should hear the choice words he had for Shagari's government.

She didn't get the water and she didn't pass out as a result. People need to observe simple rules and regulations. Many don't. A plane will be taxiing and the pilot will be announcing "please remain seated" my people no go gree.

There is something called context. When Mourinho made that comment he was coaching a Chelsea team that had just finished 3rd the season before and would be playing in the Champions League, so why would he be targeting winning the Europa League?

However with United, he took over a team that finished 5th and were already qualified for Europa League. Two different scenarios.
