there's a fan @ 0.23 (on the right). Chidi chases chinda out of the room, beating him along the way. Chinda exits through the door, followed by chidi.

Then, @ 0.33, we see chinda back in the chambers (not sure if its the same room though because now the fan is on the left). But this time, the police officer is beating chinda (?) and another person also joined in and beat him. Then chidi returns and beats him again.

However events in Rivers state clearly shows that the State Executive are interfering and controlling events in the state legislature. The house of Assembly has become a pupet. No independence what so ever. This is very evident. It doesn't take rocket science to see that. Why will the Governor go to the house in the first place? Because he wants to control the house! Has anyone ever seen the President visit the National Assembly to settle quarrel among the legislatures? No. Why? Because the legislature is an independent arm of government, and for that they were left to settle their issues themselves.
But in Rivers state it's different. The members of the state Assembly are like servants to the governor. Servants who need guidance during quarrels. That explains why the governor was there. Unless the complete independence of Houses of Assembly are fully entrange, this problem will continue to surface.
