kemini: first, do they have a website and doesn't the agents name appear on the website as the official agent licensed to sell the land, number 2, you can contact the Realtors located at the local govt were the site is located to confirm if the land is for sale and if the agent is real, this will cost a fee for their service, better be safe than sorry
Hellooooo...anyone can get a website now! So point 1 is off limits. Except for point 2 though

nikkyshyne: I have called and met with osazeyankee twice from this forum. He isn't fraudulent. I only observed he works with a long chain of agents. That is it basically.

Although I didn't get to see the properties he directly advertised but I inspected others through him. undecided
That's Nairaland for you! They blackmail whoever works so hard to sell his product and services by labelling him/her a spammer, scammer or thief! I am not saying that scammers aren't present here on Nairaland but you are rated as one when you try to circumvent the process of purchasing ads and trying to draw traffic to yourself. I won't be surprised if i get a ban for saying this. SMH!

Why did Vanguard twist the victims name from Nwanogah to "Wanogha"? Abi they don't want us to know that the useless teacher killed and Igbo pupil? Thank God that they even gave the name of the teacher "Alade Adebayo" instead of the usual "Names Withheld"! Their governor is chasing igbos out of Lagos, this one resorted in killing! Jisie nu ike! Pattey: As people gathered at the scene of the bloody encounter, some people were seen picking shelled 'Bullet Casings'. This depicted a high level of ignorance by many people as such could put them in trouble. If peradventure, one of those picking the bullet casings were to be stopped in a police 'stop and search' operation, how would he/she justify the possesion of such items? Despite efforts to stop people, as one person drops a shell, another simply picked it up, and off into his pocket it went.
Awo should have added "Illegal Possession of Exhibits" in his FREE EDUCATION CURRICULUM! Illiterate People.

chiwex: check out this Nigerian e-commerce website that sells ebooks for now known as http://nairamegashop.com and I believe they are in need of marketers to promote their site,by 2 or 3 years time, they will be popular, now,I work there and I know the difficulties we are passing through, but I believe, that soonest,we will start reaping.
Must every website have the acronym "Naira", "Naija" in the propriety name? Na wah o! Back to the topic...the reason is because of the "copy-copy" syndrome most Nigerians have! Everyone wants a website like Jumia and Facebook but is not ready to make the harsh sacrifices the founders made.

Christianity Etc › Re: Using Rubber Thread On Your Hair Is Demonic, May Lead You To Hell by Decryptor(m): 11:22am On Nov 17, 2013
highyo: I want you all to know that, you can deceive human but you cannot deceive God. The Lord never makes a mistake when warning us to be contended with whatsoever he has given to us. Then why can’t you leave your natural hair, you have being hearing different warning from different testimonies concerning the use of rubber thread, then why can’t you sit on your own and ask yourself these questions,
what if what they are saying concerning rubber tread leading people to hell, what if what they are saying were true?
What if I appear in the great white judgment throne and the lord said I cannot enter through the gate because the natural hair he gave to me has being defiles with satanic devices? And anything defiles cannot enter (Rev21:27)

What if satan appear and tell me that thread you add to your hair belong to me, (Ezk7:19) so you belong to me?

Many will try to enter through the gate but will not be able to (Luke 13:24) that is the Born-again Christians
There is nothing like low quality attachment or High quality attachment which some born-again Christians believe. The both were made with the same rubber. but the same condemnation awaits the users of both. Normal attachment was made from ordinary rubber, and was attached to your hair, so also the rubber thread was also made from rubber and attached to your hair, the same judgment await you.

it was only made with rubber, but the demonic covenant attached to it user is, whosoever make use of it, her appearance before God will be like the appearance of Medusa, a woman with snake hair

Many born-again will end up in hell because of ordinary thread. Be careful satan still hunt you, he never rest
WHOSOEVER MAKES USE OF ANY FORM OF ATTACHMENT, YOUR APPEARANCE BEFORE GOD IS LIKE MEDUSA, BELIEVE OR NOT I DON’T CARE
Ie, in the spiritual realm you are putting on a snake

Islam › Re: 18 People Converted To Islam At National Mosque Yesterday by Decryptor(m): 5:29am On Nov 17, 2013
Nonybb: Why are these news? People are converting almost everyday in my church and NO man anounces it. Eventually millions are droving frm islam to churches in the northern. And Why are u people making and taking islam like an ideological conquest that must infiltrate to man? Other faith are having the same news too but no noise
Seems like conversion by choice is a rare phenomena for them. When something that rarely happens takes place, it becomes big news! But for christianity where people come in droves from other faiths, it's nothing new to us!

As for the new converts, the reason why they converted is very clear...(Visit the facebook page of Alhaji Muhammad Kabir Orjiegbulam and see the mansion he lives in)

Now i know why a friend of mine who resides in Abuja usually says something, "If e too hard, guys go open church or convert to islam"
