Roland17:His movement and balance is a joy to watch. Like watching a beautiful dancer move. |
steady986:Guy, watch that video again. He is a very good player, loyal and gives his all with intensity but... If OKC wins this game it's game over in the series. Final seconds, game is tied and twice you have a chance to win or tie the game and twice Westbrook is given the responsibility and he bricks. Meanwhile you have a cold blooded assassin, the second best player in the league in the person of KD in your team. To me that's hogwash. OKC should have been KD's team and Westbrook his 2nd. It should have been made clear. Management got it wrong. |
SmooshCHN:Why Westbrook will be the 4th quarter final seconds go-to player for a team that has KD on it beats me. KD stomached a lot of shit in OKC. What disrespect! Nonsense. Steph baba! Respect! |
steady986:Are we not judging these things too soon? There's time to fix the pieces for any serious playoff contender. Time will tell. |
Ozu sibe isi enyi ka nwanne ana. When a corpse starts smelling the friend that sticks closer than a brother will take his leave. Find a way to make peace with your family no matter what. When wisdom is uttered to the wise she quickly wizens up but when the same is spoken to ofeke, the fool, she dives head first into the thick forest. |
Wizzz1:Smh. I agree with you. Blatant, callous and shameless cheats. #Nonsense |
Wizzz1:Which full potential? When overaged men at their peak are bullying little boys and winning trophies and MVPs it's called wickedness and shortsightedness and should be utterly condemned and never celebrated, period. |
SmooshCHN:This is so endearing. What passion! What family man! RIP my man |
"The media always tried to put us against Kobe but what they don't know was we were doing our best to be respected by Kobe, and be on his level" - Lebron to D. Wade. |
Days of sober reflection... Mamba out and out! #Respect |
Was watching Kobe on CNN Sports last week being interviewed about the racism in Italian football (spent early childhood there) and I was just hailing him black mamba! bahd guy! as he dissected the issues. Little did I know that his days were numbered. Sad day indeed. I've been hissing and shaking my head intermittently all through today. RIP great one! |
Damn! Kobe just like that? Black Mamba!!! Shit!! Oh my God! Rest in Peace mentor! You had a big impact in my life. |
Loved this bro. Made me smile. Nice one. |
There may be another perspective to this story. Why would you open multiple fake accounts on Facebook? Why don't you want people to see you on Facebook but like to monitor others? What are you hiding from or running away from all these years? What is the nature of your businesses online and offline? Who are you? Maybe the reason your wife ran away is deeper than she's letting on? What she says and what she feels may be two different things. Maybe it's a huge trust issue or maybe she doesn't know nor understand you, the guy she married, because of some of your antecedents. This Facebook chyking story may not be the full story but just be a tip of the iceberg that triggers her to plot her escape. Nothing personal bro. May be wrong. Just playing devil's advocate and trying to make sense out of this conundrum. |
tck2000:Pally, our own natural disasters are humans: politicians, a dysfunctional populace and human resource, cultists, armed robbers, militants, terrorists, pen robbers, drug addicts, yahoo yahoo, yahoo plus, etc. The result is the same(disastrous) and they are all natural, aren't they? ![]() |
A305:Only God is all-knowing, every prophet knows only in part. "For we know in part and we prophesy in part"- 1 Cor 13:9 |
sassysure:While it is true that they may have social anxiety disorder, it is also true that they are introverts. Introversion is a spectrum and many kinds of people with differing characteristics are on it. Introverts are predisposed to having mental issues because they internalize their environment or experiences and if those are too negative or traumatic for too long, especially in their childhood or adolescence, they habituate the negative energy. |
Depending on the type of family you have, confessing directly might lead to letting all hell loose and a series of events that can prove disastrous. It's not all families that can handle this madness. Like I said in my previous post, unless you are sure your family can handle this, go the indirect route at first - try anonymous tips to the fiance at first and see how things pan out, if it works and the fiance's mind changes towards her, then you can confess. At least they are back together. Alternatively, go to a church or NGO you respect and that can beg on your behalf or protect you and rehabilitate you if your family proves too difficult. Let them take up this issue for you. Let them beg and negotiate a soft landing for you. You do not have what it takes to handle the fallout of this. My hunch is that going directly is a bad idea. |
Meliian:Can't you see the said guy is broken? How will you unbreak him? Impregnates a teenager, no source of livelihood, drinks and smokes, hangs out with lowlifes, beats up his girl's elder sister for insulting him and arranges street men to threaten the life of her fiance, still unrepentant after she lost her job and has become a mental case. You've got the characterization of this guy wrong. This is not a good loving but poor guy who impregnated a naive young girl. This is a broken, dysfunctional dangerous but poor guy who is in love with a naive young girl he impregnated. How can you possibly be positive that something good will come out of this? To the OP, I know you are naive and have a simple mind so I will not be too harsh on you. Your sister is not perfect and may have made some mistakes with her words and the pain she inflicted on you after you got pregnant, but she loved you and wanted better for you than that boy. She could see that your end will not be good if you continued dating that boy. My point is your guy is broken and unless heaven intervenes he will break you into smithereens with the passage of time because he can only give you what he has. "People show you who they are, believe them" - Maya Angelou Save your sister or she may become a severe mental case or commit suicide. Do what many have advised you to do here. Do it anonymously at first. Save her whatever it takes you. Dump that boyfriend. He will ruin you. Tell him to sort his life out and change his ways first if he wants to be a part of your life going forward. My 2 cents |
midnighter:His life was being threatened by agberos and cultists. Who needs all that danger and complications? |
GreetMe:In terms of sheer size of the mountainous region I give it to Iran but in terms of diffculty and sheer ruggedity of the entire geography, Afghanistan is it. Having said that, like the Talibans,Iran will be difficult to finish off based on the lay, difficulty and sheer extent of their geography. |
GreetMe:Wrong. Check their geography bro. |
ibietela2:NATO allied forces went into Libya to enforce a UN Security Council resolution to protect civilian protesters being killed by the Gaddafi regime. The US played a support role in that operation. So Obama didn't invade Libya. |
beckNcall:Read my polite correction again and read this tantrum and shame you just spewed and tell me who the obvious entitled spoilt kid is. Smh |
steady986:You need a good trading chip if you want such a good player and Kuzma is that piece for the Lakers. Lose some, gain some. Painfully so, I must admit. |
beckNcall:Get your facts right. Obama didn't invade Libya. NATO did. The invasion by NATO forces were laid by France and UK. Obama and the US came in to join the allied forces reluctantly much later. |
NwaAmaikpe:The greatness acquired by looting our commonwealth. Receive sense. May this treatment go round to all those who have contributed to keep this nation and the longsuffering masses down. |
One can argue that this narrative you(Eruditor) are putting out runs deep in the Warriors organization and that D. Green only gave vent to a widely held perception that they don't need him. If this holds true, then one can also argue that KD felt disrespected or unappreciated at the Warriors. You lost 2016, you went all out to seek for and get the ultimate assurance, KD of all people, deuces! He needs a ring desperately, you need another ring, badly. You win 2 rings with him and all of a sudden, you are hearing we don't need him and we would have won without him. That's BS. An emotional KD will fight back. And he did. KD is not perfect. KD had no father figure in his childhood. This explains his insecurities and weaknesses and caprices. I understand that. But to discount his contributions to the Warriors 2 rings? Haba!!! |
SmooshCHN:From Warriors fans on this thread: "KD is not a victim. He is not a martyr in all this." "In a few years we will revisit who helped who. Whether GSW helped KD or KD helped GSW. " "I don't even need to be one of the higher-ups to know what he did. I laughed when I saw a post saying KD said nothing against the Warriors. In fact, the only thing he did not say was the one he knew that if he did, they would sue him for. Every other thing he said." "But GSW that won KD rings he would have never won anywhere else are scum." Some Warriors fans questioning his rings and his contributions is a ripple that resurrects D. Green's unwarranted insults on him and identifies with the KD is a snake and has plastic rings crusade. I do not expect that from Warriors fans. It's a betrayal and it makes your enemies, people like Ersan happy ![]() I respect KD. The most I have ever pointed out here about him was the weak move he made. I have never slandered him nor called him any name whatsoever. My point is some of your guys are now no better than than those you"ve lampooned here for dissing him. KD is not perfect, he has never been. He is very emotional and sometimes allows it to get in his way. It's a fact and it was pointed out here many times to which many of you leapt to his defense . So what has changed? An emotional KD is a constant. True, he should have kept quiet about tactics but he didn't attack nor damage anything to warrant being left out in that tribute or the slander by some. |
Tundesam923:So many GSW fans have now joined the KD is a snake and villain and was gifted rings bandwagon all of a sudden because KD criticized aspects of their tactics or because they have to defend a fallible management by all means by hook or crook? Won him 2 rings. Lol. Same narrative you all have been attacking in his defense with your souls all these years. Smh. Fanhood will make a riveting subject of research in our Ivory towers. Interesting times. |
