Family › Re: Marriage Advice For This Young Couple by delpee(f): 6:09pm On Nov 09, 2019
The lady should calm down and look after their kids meanwhile. Taking care of the home alone isn't easy for anyone. He should know that. He'll hopefully come back to his senses soon. Hope his family members are aware that he's 'missing'. He's probably chilling with his guys somewhere anyway.

The man needs to man up and get positively busy to be a responsible husband and father.

A house built on a faulty foundation never stands the test of time. ( Ile ti a fi ito mo, iri lo maa wo.)

Fake/forced love leads nowhere. It's not a fair way to deal with anyone especially since the lady can lose interest anytime.

She has been a worthy role model for our young ladies so far.
I don't think there's anything to dig. A diligent, God fearing and enterprising lady indeed.

A woman of virtue who can find, She considers a piece of land and buys it, her husband is well known....

- Any woman that sees herself and her husband as 2 different individuals is not yet married (!Ditto for the men too)
Biblically yes. Proverbs 31 says it all. However situations vary and it's more of a general question that @Op raised.

What happens when a man has more than one wife? There are many cases of women who surrendered their all only to be booted out later since all that was acquired together got registered only in the man's name. I came across some of these issues at work. Some were indeed heartbreaking.

A property registered as being owned by Mr and Mrs Mola Lagbaja belongs to Mr Mola Lagbaja and any woman he presents as his wife! For clarity it should be stated as "Mr Mola and Mrs Sandra Lagbaja.

But the guy stated the fact nah.
Which fact? Autistic children don’t cope well in such situations. Managing them becomes more difficult. The reality is that anyone can have a child with autism. The good thing is that they’re not pretending that he doesn’t exist unlike many others.
Crime › Re: 2 Children Kidnapped In Gombe, Found In Anambra by delpee(f): 7:43pm On Oct 31, 2019
This is getting too much. Why would any woman steal another's child to sell like ordinary goods? It's a wicked thing to do ...simply heartless. I just don't understand. Sad!

Who holds on to baby shoes for over 3 decades? Were there no people close to her that have needed those shoes after her daughter outgrew them? My mum keeps things a lot too but I can't imagine her holding on to baby shoes for that long. I can't imagine myself doing same with my kids stuff too
I wondered about this. I tend to give out things like that to less privileged people who I believe need them more.

Nice one though if you consider the uniqueness and the cost saving aspect.

Hair dyes often include harmful chemicals. It may result in loss of hair (baldness) later. Try natural methods as suggested by some posters. Fulanis also have a natural haircream that's good for darkening grey hair. Unfortunately I can't remember the name. Maybe Northerners who know can enlighten us.

Two things that will make protest happen in Nigeria 1. Drop tribalism
2. Drop religioous politics.
Then replace them when bad road, no light, w
etc

We can now protest as one Nigeria
Exactly!

Try this in Naija, Na police or army go reset your body or brain last last. Our banks cannot even stop business for a minute.
All that happened in Lagos in 1993. Even cooking gas and kerosene were not available at a time. We all stayed at home after losing some people during June 12 protests. We improvised with “Abacha stove”(sawdust stove)
and coal pots.

Sad for them but quite funny.

In Nigeria, people will say their target had 'ajesara' or he's godly. Either way it shows that he who the Lord preserves will not die no matter the game plan of the wicked.
