ifyalways:The bitter truth! |
A true man of God won't use such vile language. Most dishonorable! . |
But they can field Yahaya Bello, Orji Kalu and Akpabio among others. ![]() |
Details of the war in Benin please. What I remember is that the war ended somewhere around the Okuku/Oshogbo axis in Osun State. Jalumi war i think. |
Just wondering why Ambode didn't make good use of the Lagos Public Works dept before. The agency was quite active in the Fashola era. They even patched roads (including Federal roads) regularly. The most annoying issue is the visionless Visionscape that has turned Lagos into a huge waste dump. I miss those diligent Lawma women who kept our roads clean. His last minute effort is too little and too late. |
Ambode should embrace God's will. ..whichever way it turns out. There's a purpose for everything though we have our desires and have a right to pray towards that. Still, God's decision is the best for those who understand. |
Lanre12388:That's because it's assumed that they are working already. Shittu was a full time student in OAU. |
No Nigerian who graduated under 30 years ( except military personnel ) is allowed to skip NYSC. He's a lawyer and should know. The military training at the orientation camp is also important and can't be done anywhere else. So many dubious 'leaders.' ![]() |
Grow Nigeria the same way Société Générale Bank and Kwara State 'grew' under him. ![]() |
Good riddance! A true Muslim will not kill. |
They need to read about the misfortune of Zambia after taking Chinese loans. |
He should have stepped down for the other candidate to brighten up the chances of PDP electoral victory. This is making an APC win more likely. ![]() |
He has not said anything about his plans for the state. All I see is Davido concerts and money talks. So unfortunate that there's no credible opposition for APC in Osun. |
Wow! That's great. What we lack here is sufficient opportunities for our creative youth. His parents made a wise decision to train him abroad and it has paid off. |

Congrats and best wishes to Esther. By God's grace, a great future lies ahead for a great girl! |
She did well against all odds. I remember when she insisted on having correct figures from NNPC before FAAC meeting which was postponed. She probably ruffled a few feathers then. |
This is sad and worrisome. May her soul rest in perfect peace. This is the Boko Haram that we were told has been decimated. ![]() May God protect the captives and set them free. What's Mama Boko Haram doing about it? She should appeal to her boys before they do more damage. |
EDOLUWA:This has nothing to do with religion. Its about performance. Afterall BRF had the support of Christians and Muslims alike when BAT didn't want him to go for second term. |
danduchi:This is not about one person. People are not happy because Lagos is in a big mess. Their personal/party interests may be involved but in all, Ambo could have performed better if he chose to abide with the continuity mantra which was the basis of his election. |
May the best man win. |
Kingwizzy16:Could be from her phone or photoshopped if she didn't appear nude in their presence. The important thing is that the criminals must face justice. |
The earlier people learnt to pray and fight their own battles, the better. The point is that the Alfa, Pastor or Babalawo you're running to has loads of unresolved problems of his own. Why should yours be his priority? People need to pray for discernment and wisdom. God answers our prayers when we trust him absolutely. When he doesn't, it's for a reason and for our own good. |
deomelo:Yes o! Each time i see okadas and vehicles confidently violating traffic rules now (especially riding one way), i remember BRF. Lawlessness reigns supreme on our roads now. He led by example and you had no choice but to comply. God bless him more. |
Ambo has constructed or reconstructed many bus stops sha. He has also reconstructed some roads and built the Ajah and Abule Egba flyovers plus some pedestrian bridges. The problem is that there are abandoned projects which negates the 'continuity' slogan during the elections. Also Lagos has become dirty again. Quite nauseating and annoying! |
In his first term, the clearing and cleaning up of our roads, beautiful gardens and orderliness...no sirens etc are most memorable for me. The clearing of Oshodi of miscreants and obstructions in various forms was most heartwarming. It was a smooth transition from BAT with the continuation of outstanding projects. I remember Broad St for instance. Though not perfect (like everyone of us), BRF was quite humble, diligent, focused, easily accessible, listened to the people and explained policies at length. Sorely missed indeed! |
We are in no position to judge since we dont know the full story. Still, this shouldn't be a social media issue. Yorubas say "Omo to ni baba oun ko la, enu e lo wa yen". Hope he'll live a better life. |
NIGHTMARE0O7:Juju man ke! Though not a member, I've listened to some of his sermons. He actually teaches people how to make their lives better through personal efforts and commitment not by depending on any Pastor. He calls it "do it yourself" ministry. That's what the Bible teaches anyway. Your spiritual development is your business. Dr Adeboye and Bishop Oyedepo are also great teachers of the Word. Let's leave them all to God the ultimate judge. He will separate the wheat from the chaff in due season. |
May God strengthen Dbanj and wife more. Getting over the loss of a loved one isn't easy. Strong faith and confronting one's fears and misery head on is key. God will surely bless them with other kids. Amen |
Let's be fair. The agricultural revolution started with GEJ ably supported by Akinwunmi Adesina the former Agric. Minister. The results of that strong foundation came in PMB's era. |
CROWNWEALTH019:I think we should be more interested in how these new loans will impact on our future. Read and learn. Leave the messenger, focus on the message. |
Any evidence? |
