PropertiesRe: Lagos To Create More Islands To Curb Land Scarcity by delvzy(m): 7:29am On May 28, 2020
We really need activist discouraging this act. They're just trying to put up things that would affect generations to come.
We don't want any form of segregation in any form but just put up things in place to better the lives of a common man.
I do believe I myself don't see anything useful about this but a way of extortion and more corrupt individuals gaining assets here and there.

We really need to start saying no to some of this things.
EducationRe: Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba Dismisses Reports Of Schools Resuming On June 8 by delvzy(m): 7:06am On May 28, 2020
I do feel the education sector is not doing anything to challenge the govt to ways in which the resumption of education in the country would be gradually eased.
I myself find it hard to see what usefulness is the presidential taskforce and the media in addressing key issues like education, diversification and other things being affected by the virus.
TravelRe: Nigeria Acquires New Train Coaches by delvzy(m): 10:54am On May 26, 2020
I do believe it's just a state of being neutral neither support nor criticising.
Just hoping the next phase in the implementation of an easier mode of transportation for goods and services.

We do need a good railway system.
Proper BRT maintenance and management
Good aviation industry.
HealthRe: COVID-19: NCDC Validates Viral RNA Extraction by delvzy(m): 10:01pm On May 22, 2020
I would say this is a good starting point waiting on news about the subsequent phases.
We really need to start thinking on a wider scale in this nation.
Just imagine if the right person was in power and not one profession heading over another.
PropertiesRe: Akwa Ibom 21 Storey Building Ready (Pictures) by delvzy(m): 4:26pm On May 19, 2020
This should focus on more than oil and gas
Pharmaceutical administrative centre should really be added to such to make it diversifying.
AgricultureRe: Imota Rice Mill, Lagos Capable Of Producing 2.4 Million 50kg Bags Yearly by delvzy(m): 4:03pm On May 19, 2020
The thing is to create more of this in the outskirts of Lagos and also main a good supply chain as to making our indigenous rice safe for consumption and also the cost of such needs to reduce.
AgricultureRe: FG Targets Five Million Jobs From €995m Agric Programme by delvzy(m): 3:37pm On May 19, 2020
We all need to come forward and think of how this can be sustained and also not allow the crooks that bastardize our oil to derail this also.
PoliticsRe: We Are Worried About Movement Of Almajiris Into Our Region - SouthEast Governors by delvzy(m): 6:36pm On May 17, 2020
HAKYN1:
Nope, we don't take direction from the OSUs. We are not mates
What is that for cos I don't see sense in what you're saying.

Who's claiming bragging right here.
HealthRe: Experts Fear Madagascar’s Organics Could Accelerate Malaria Resistance by delvzy(m): 6:23pm On May 17, 2020
I do feel if we have sense in this country our govt would work on getting our science innovation up to the next level.
PoliticsRe: We Are Worried About Movement Of Almajiris Into Our Region - SouthEast Governors by delvzy(m): 7:06pm On May 16, 2020
Feel the South West govt forum should also follow suit. This is a joint effort that must equally be address.
If such is not taken care of then I'm afraid we are hanging on a knife edge.
CrimeRe: Man Who Posted Wife’s Battered Face On Facebook Arraigned, Granted N500,000 Bail by delvzy(m): 6:56pm On May 16, 2020
Really 500 thousand bail won't do it for him why not add a correctional sentence of 2 years so that he can have sense.
Terrible and a disgusting example to manhood.
PhonesRe: Oppo Unveils Reno3 And Reno3 Pro In Nigeria by delvzy(m): 10:23am On May 16, 2020
I realize we don't want to fall under a gaint race of the Samsung's and iPhone of this world but my point is why don't they stick to diversity.
Making of tech accessories, laptops, and other things than just garbaging us with all this product every year.
PhonesRe: MTN Nigeria Annual General Meeting In Pictures by delvzy(m): 10:12am On May 16, 2020
I think there are various steps the ministry of information and communication needs to be taking concerning these Telecom users.
One thing is that their activities in these country should be properly scrutinized.
Data charge rate should be equally checked right now as many require to check infos now more than ever.

Call rates also shouldn't be bogus as it is now.

Let's be sincere communication is meant to be free just requires money for upkeeping that's all.
TravelRe: Nigerians Returning From Bangkok To Pay N297,600 For Hotel, Isolation by delvzy(m): 4:33am On May 16, 2020
I think this is a fairly good context but in this current state a bad one for the nation.
1st they need to research on what the evacuates do for a living and compare to the cost of airlifting them.
Remember the whole mentality changes once they reach the very shore of their father's land.
Why not look at reducing the price a bit to reduce the burden.
15k per day for someone that his or her movement is restricted
Govt trying to suck them dry.
Christianity EtcRe: FG Frowns As States Reopen Mosques, Churches by delvzy(m): 4:26am On May 16, 2020
Sounds like relief is back but I feel for the states that really brought about the opening of religious centers all of a sudden are too quick to react.
Who said you can not commune with God personally and intercede for your fellow brethren.
Sick of these so called hypocrisy in our religious establishment.
We need to strive for a healthy church which in literary send have to contain healthy individuals.
Religious leaders should really be wise and stop influencing this.
Get closer to Almighty God should be paramount better than ever.
EducationRe: Buhari Approves Establishment Of 6 New Federal Colleges Of Education by delvzy(m): 8:59am On May 15, 2020
There's always a hidden motive to all these things. Why not focus on the ones that we have currently and improve them rather than building more.
I understand the literary sense of this but who really wants to go to a college of education these days

POINT:

BUILD ON EDUCATION AS A VITAL HUMAN RESOURCE AND MAKE PEOPLE SEE THE RICHES THAT COULD BE DERIVE FROM HAVING A SOUND EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM.
PoliticsRe: Atiku: Sell Presidential Jets, Cancel N27bn National Assembly Renovation Fund by delvzy(m): 8:54am On May 15, 2020
This is a government that is hellbent on making decisions that would better the masses

The presidential fleet is something I feel should be reduced with immediate effect.
Sell or mortgage to private investment who would boost the country airline growth.
We see solutions but we prefer to turn a blind eye.

Hope we don't loose our sanity just because you want to acquire more power.
PoliticsRe: NOSDRA: Why Dead Fishes Were Found On Niger Delta Coastline by delvzy(m): 8:48am On May 15, 2020
I can say this is the most confused director General I've seen. How can you debunk the statement that this large number of death is not majorly from industrial waste.

1st you need to advice the govt to implement strict policies for industries in disposing their waste safely.

Secondly you need to carry out in depth investigations and learn from the people that are primarily affected by this.
EducationRe: E-learning: Atlantic Hall Imposes N175,000 Monthly Fee For Online Learning by delvzy(m): 8:41am On May 15, 2020
The credibility of such school need to be checked. What's the point of all this exorbitant amount of fees when their alumni haven't done something tangible in improving Nigeria.
EducationRe: Timi Adelakun Breaks South Broward School's Records With A Record-Setting GPA by delvzy(m): 8:38am On May 15, 2020
I can also so a sense of appreciation for such achievement as a whole. Such a wonderful example of how Nigerians are regardless of what is going on currently.
AgricultureRe: Akwa Ibom Coconut Refinery, Nigeria’s Future Beckons, Nears Completion by delvzy(m): 8:32am On May 15, 2020
Hunchogee:
That's why I commend this project
Truly I must say this is commendable but I do feel other things need to be added like distribution channels, road network ,employments and also development of the state.
AgricultureRe: Akwa Ibom Coconut Refinery, Nigeria’s Future Beckons, Nears Completion by delvzy(m): 2:01am On May 15, 2020
I do feel more of these should be worked out by any sensible state govt.

Identify what and what you can leave on besides revenue from crude oil.
Each state needs to discover that long lost resource that would be a thing of pride for them.

This is a kickoff we do also need a maintenance stricture for this.
HealthRe: 193 New COVID-19 Cases, 1045 Tested, 110 discharged, 3 Deaths On May 14 by delvzy(m): 1:37am On May 15, 2020
Good day my fellow Nigerians let us not look at the bad and corrupt side of the government but let us all come together to demand for more quality testing so as to get our economy running back in no due time.

My thoughts are with those who are finding it hard to eat during this pandemic and forceful and fluctuating lockdown.

There's is surely light at the end of the tunnel but we all most move gradually and smartly so there's is no case of a second wave.

God Bless Nigeria.
HealthRe: COVID-19: 184 New Cases Reported, 6 Deaths And 111 Discharged On May 13 by delvzy(m): 5:23am On May 14, 2020
I do feel a lot need to be done about this testing of a thing. The purchase of test kit should be looked upon.
Seriously if we want to at least ease this a little bit the Federal house needs to sit and talk responsibly on upgrading the daily amount of testing.

Thought they want a 2500 test/daily but what do you have less than a 100 test in a day.

Someone up there is really making a mockery of this Nation.

Almighty God open we the citizens of Nigeria eyes to see how we all can get out of this pandemic faster.
PoliticsRe: FG Spends N679m Daily On Feeding Schoolchildren During Lockdown by delvzy(m): 1:48pm On May 13, 2020
This should be abolish in any form. As it's just a way of looters getting a share of the national cake.
Why not devise a means whereby the parents have enough to give their children and not backing on some refugee-kind of feeding plan.

Camping is different from school. Can someone sink that into the Feds head.
HealthRe: SON Inspects Facemasks & PPE-Producing Factories In Abia And Rivers States by delvzy(m): 6:42am On May 13, 2020
I must commend their effort. But my only cause of concern is the safety check has it undergone that.
We really need to give out chance for innovations, Surgical masks and ppe should really be in the discussion of a possible plant for its mask production.

Hope we all see valuable sense in that.
TravelRe: 30 Northern Youths Hiding Behind Baskets Of Pepper Inside Trailer Caught In Ogun by delvzy(m): 8:23am On May 12, 2020
Iny own honest opinion border blockade need to up their game in every southern state.
Don't know why policies can't be made of not more that 6-10 people per truck for delivery of pallatives.
It's just terrible to see that nothing is being done.
BusinessRe: The New International Building Materials Market In Enugu South LGA (Pictures) by delvzy(m): 8:20am On May 12, 2020
ckenneths:
Do you really know this area well? The market is not in any residential area. The market is planned to now face a major express road, Enugu - Port Harcourt express way.
Doesn't look like that to be but I get your point.
We just hope the govt would properly utilize and monitor this.
HealthRe: COVID-19: We Have Madagascar’s Herb Extract In Nigeria — Osagie Ehnaire by delvzy(m): 8:14am On May 12, 2020
What is baffling me is that proper research won't be carried out. Of only Madagascar has the resources we've and you would see how far they would go.

1st Virologist need to get few samples of the virus and also that of the organic drug.
This approach is not had but the bigots want to politicise everything.

The media also is not pressing the matter across the whole country of the need for the govt to look into their individual research and not giving flimsy excuse.
TravelRe: 17 FG Airports Not Viable, May Shut Down Over Losses by delvzy(m): 12:14am On May 12, 2020
Did I here likely shut down of 17 airports. Seriously let's be honest here what would have happen if these men at the top actually went through proper education and not finish in some yanbule school.
Sometimes I just wonder what kind of discussions to the bring up in such a place/ position.
We do need to start thinking of a better today of our country.
BusinessRe: ‘Dangote Refinery, Fertilizer Plants Will Boost Nigeria’s Economic Recovery’ by delvzy(m): 12:08am On May 12, 2020
Can they give room for competitors.
Dangote is really depreciating in some aspect and I don't know why he keeps delving into things that were not his original plan.

We accept but of it is as a form of monopolising the economy just for your individual gain then I say it's a big NO from me.
HealthRe: Dr. Yunusa Thairu Explains COVID-19 Treatment Regimen by delvzy(m): 11:44pm On May 11, 2020
I do feel we really need to be working on our own personal research now
Okay we've got 3 variables

•Alluvia
•Vitamin C
•Chloroquine

Now what we really need to do is cross examine the effectiveness of these drugs in minimising the effect of other pathogens

Where are my fellow virologist, microbiologist and biochemist.

Come on let's lift Nigeria from the shackles of not exploring the God given initiatives we all have.

God bless Nigeria.
