That's why we are still looking at achieving this feat in 25 years or thereabout. There is no rush.

The article that says $3million could not be accounted for, they should ask if the USAID can account for $30billion it claims to give as AID.

If I'm overpaid by my bank, I'll assume there's some kind of PROMO going on which I'm unaware of.

So you're the one that is being SELF UN-CENTRED by imposing your perceived tormentors as those of all Nigerians, classifying you cowardice as that of Nigerians, and generalising the evils of some military presidents on Yar'Adua. Stop visiting you cowardly billion deaths on Nigerians self-centre it on yourself.

All the same, just put in a statement with the local police, then talk to leaders of African communities in your area. The police may not take any action but I tell you, someday this individual will get into more serious racist crimes and your police report may help in making him face the music.

Also it will scare him a little. Just get a little identification information about him and file a report.

I too am an enemy of progress. By the way, this your enemy of progress analogy is really strange:

Nigeria is progressing, yet anyone who is happy that Nigeria is progressing is an enemy of progress? Please, brother explain. I don't understand because I am beginning to feel everybody in the world is an enemy of progress.

What exactly we don't need is a revolution. Have you people ever taken time to really read about the people that were beheaded during th French revolution? Guilty and innocent? We're generally estimating that about 30% of Nigerians are potentially corrupt. Do you know the kind of Epidemic that would occur if 42million people are killed at the same time? We keep crying about the civil war where less than 3million people were killed. What do you think will happen when 42million people are killed? Another at least 30million will die of diseases related to the decomposition of those dead bodies.

@dblock

Abacha didn't die. He was killed by an overdose of viagra which resulted in a cardiac arrest. He didn't just die because those Indian prostitutes didn't just appear from thin air. The man was OD on viagra and even his wife knew it.

But that doesn't mean I'll forget to uproot his grave and dump his carcass in a garbage dump in Mushin. Death is only the beginning!

How stupid can people get these days? The e-voting system that Maurice Iwu has been crying for since more than a year ago, one clown just comes out and says he invented it recently and people are applauding.

Maybe next year I'll intent rice!

@Big B1

let him redeem himself by forming an NGO. Let him redeem himself by giving Sadakah to the needy everyday till he dies. In most countries, there are individuals that do more for the people and community than the president. Let him find another way to redeem himself not with our future.

The man is still respectable so he should continue promoting golf and maybe oneday, he'll produce a golfer that will win the PGA Tour for Nigeria. Then he would have redeemed himself.

@initiator

So you think what am talking about is futile. Well, tell me whether all those criminals dreaming of someday lying in a gold casket will not take this as a deterrent.

Do you think Marwa wants his dead body to be found in a dumpster in Mushin months after his death?
Politics › Re: Ill Treatment Of Nigerians: Deserved Or Not? by denex: 2:23am On Jul 01, 2007
This kind of treatment is well deserved. When you leave your father's house to go and be sleeping in another person's house without their consent, do you expect to be treated nicely?

Then it's not as if Nigerians stop there. They steal, rape, dupe and pollute these already unwilling hosts and you expect them to treat you nicely.

I will even support a system in which these countries will just randomly select any Nigerian in their country for punishment because Naija own don too much.
Politics › Re: What Would You Do If White People Start Talking Shit To You And Your Friend? by denex: 2:12am On Jul 01, 2007
Seriously though, you need to take legal action. You have the internet, contact as many people of african origin as possible and let them denounce these people. Make a report at your local police station. Verbal assault is a crime. We're more civilized than them so don't tread their path.

shey you know according to George Bush, failure is success that is yet to happen.

By the way people keep condemning Africa. I wonder why it's not on CNN or BBC that Equatorial Guinea is now the 2nd richest country per capita with $50,000. Or is it because it is an African country?

Africa is coming together and we're moving ahead and there's nothing the Babylonians or those that are agents of Babylon can do about it.
Politics › Re: Why On Earth Is Ibb Not In Jail by denex: 1:41am On Jul 01, 2007
Well, I hope you work on your plan. My own plan is very simple, patient and out in the open. I am not keeping it secret. Marwa, Abiola, Igbinedion, IBB, Tinubu all of them that stole, I am going to desecrate their graves. Dig out their remains and drop it in the streets of the ghettos.

I will let the ones still alive to know that even when you're dead, you can still be punished.

The way, the go abroad for treatment now, that is how they will start going abroad to buy grave plots. Yet we will follow them wherever, pull out their carcasses and drop them in Obalende Roundabout.

As you have your plan, so I have my plan but don't come and tell me to prevail on government to embark on a wild goose chase with our jean foreign reserves. Or even for government to risk a military coup by pursuing dormant ex-military presidents. It is not good for us right now.
Politics › Re: Yar'adua Declares His Assets by denex: 1:25am On Jul 01, 2007
Our president $8million dollars rich after more than 2 decades of enterprise and almost a decade of allowanced living.

I personally think he should be criticized for not being productive enough. I hope he can multiply Nigerian wealth better than he did with his because I really am not impressed by a man who made $8million out of $1million in 8 years. I really hope he can increase Nigerian GDP by more than double each year.
Politics › Re: The Best President Nigeria Never Had by denex: 1:14am On Jul 01, 2007

Please let us not excessively expose the plans being put in place because there are informants of the imperialists even here within us who will start doubling efforts to thwart the dream of Kwame Nkrumah and Gamal Abdel Nasser. To blind the vision of Emperor Haile Selasi and to erode the works of Nnamdi Azikiwe and Muammar Ghadaffi.

We are coming together and we are going to possess our possessions. And dispossess the possessions of the land of Babylon.

I keep saying that if someone wants to display their arrogance, it doesn't need to be done three times.

My friend, I beg you to go and sue IBB. Nobody will stop you. Gather your evidence, get the best lawyer and pursue the case in any court of law in the world. It is allowed. Stop castigating people for doing nothing when you can do something. DO SOMETHING!

AFRICAN DREAM

I dream of you and me
Living our lives free
I dream a day the streets are clean
No drugs, No guns
It's a world that I dream

I dream of our kids
Back to living the extended family
Rising, living to win
I dream our herbs heal every sick
No more grief, no disease
Thats' the life that I see

I dream of my brothers
Long lost in the Diaspora
America, Europe and the Caribbean
I miss you African soldiers
I keep waiting, searching for you
'cos in my dream we're together.

I dream of elevation
Time for the African Union
One mother nation
I dream us back in our rightful position
We're all a part, we all should strive
Bring this dream alive.
Politics › Re: United States Of Africa (what Ur View) by denex: 12:46am On Jul 01, 2007
Let the Haitians and the Jamaicans come and depend on us. Africa is not about what we can get from you. It is home.

Every government in Africa is working fervently towards the realization of the Union of the Nations of Africa. They've just been putting things undercover so that no one will come and disturb the plan. The diaspora complex being built in Abuja, you think it's for fancy?

You guys shouldn't worry your heads. When the EU was first conceived of, some European countries laughed. Today those countries are part of the EU.
Politics › Re: United States Of Africa (what Ur View) by denex: 10:40pm On Jun 30, 2007
The African Americans will be called back. The migrated Africans will return when they see that Africa has reached the level of infrastructural, social and economic development that they seek abroad. The Jamaicans have always wanted to come back home. The Haitians all of the Caribean will be part of the Union of the Nations of Africa.

The Emperor Haile Selasi started it, Muammar Ghadaffi carried it over and one day it will be real.
Politics › Re: United States Of Africa (what Ur View) by denex: 10:31pm On Jun 30, 2007
@kokoA

you must think the EU is pointless too and not economically harmoniseable. The Union des Nations Afrique (UNA) is very necessary but now is not the time. Maybe by 2025, but not now. Every individual nation has to develope to a certain level before it can be ready. There are less than 10 countries at that desired level right now.

"How good and how pleasant it would be
before God and man
to see the unification of all Africans.
As it's been said already,
so shall it be done.
I'll tell you who we are under the sun.
We are the children of the Higher One.
And we're moving right out of Babylon,
because we're going to our fatherland."

Politics › Re: Why On Earth Is Ibb Not In Jail by denex: 10:23pm On Jun 30, 2007
Come, all these IBB haters, why don't you do something about it. Why don't you hire a lawyer and take up a case in the courts against IBB. It is allowed in the law.

Just don't drag our beautiful bouncing baby democracy into it.

You can even sue him in whichever country you are. I don't know why people will do nothing and will complain that others are doing nothing.

One of the problems of Nigeria is the "home video factor" we like intrigue too much. That is why OBJ used Oputa Panel to intrigue us when nothing was achieved but everybody was satisfied. I blame IBB. If he had taken part in the Oputa Panel entertainment series, everybody would have left him alone by now.

I still maintain that someone should take up the task of taking IBB to court. Let's see where evidence will come out from. Even the world bank itself disowned a list that it clearly published. That is to show you that even across national boundaries, people are willing to play ball.

I just don't want our national time and money to be wasted in "Oputa Panel part 2" which will feature election tribunals and corrupt ex-officials of government. It will carry on for months, every night we'll have something to watch on NTA, every morning we would see something to read in The Guardian, then after 3 months, no victor, no vanquished. We would have just ended up squandering some valuable development time.

Foreign Affairs › Re: Terror Plot In London by denex: 9:40pm On Jun 30, 2007
It's all just political. This is just to align Gordon Brown's mind with an anti-terror program that Tony Blair has always pursued.

Gordon Brown's first speech was about change and those people who benefit from keeping Britain in various bogus wars against terror did not want to see change so they just scared him to keep him unchanged.

This whole war on terror is just one bogus story.

Or you guys have forgotten that when OBJ condemned the war on Iraq at it's inception, that was when a nuclear device was stolen in Nigeria which according to US sources, could be used to make a nuclear bomb. OBJ had to stand down, then next thing, the Nigerian potential nuclear bomb story died away.

So any leader that is suspected of no aligning with this war against terror should expect something soon too.

Don't be suprised when they find out that this has something to do with Iran. Because right now, Iran is only nail still sticking out.

Politics › Re: Chief Olusegun Obasdanjo And Alhaji Umaru Yar'adua: Problem Has Changed Name by denex: 7:47pm On Jun 30, 2007
Yar'Adua is not my tormentor. The first and only time I ever saw Yar'Adua was when I went to visit at his V.I, Elsie Femi Pearse Residence back in 1997. He didn't know me yet he was nice to me. When it was time to eat, I, my friend, Ismail Yar'Adua and his uncle Umaru Musa Yar'Adua ate together with the driver and a security man from a large tray of rice.

The man did not torment me then, and he will not torment me now. I've been to other of my friends' houses where the first question they ask you is who is your father? But at the Yar'Aduas' no. Everyone is welcome. So if he did not torment me but entertain me when I was an unwelcome guest in his house, then now that he has been chosen to go and serve me at the national level, I doubt if he will want to be my tormentor.

My only fear is that if Yar'Adua tries to clean this country up too fast, the Andy Ubas, Lucky Igbinedions who are used to getting their daily bread by corruption might decide to kill him.
