You do realize that's actually a compliment. right? You stating that all the African teams are below the Super Eagles.

By the way, it's not even about winning - it's just the internal socio-politics and dynamics within the team which some who are watching closely are beginning to notice.

I suspect so also, and they're making it too obvious. Funny enough, he is the only one with individual brilliance so far in the game
Their increased use of social media (Instagram especially) made it obvious. Ndidi is always a starter when fit and he's become Iheanacho's wingman. Regardless of the later's form, coaches would always consider starting him or subbing in him. Something like the Messi effect on Suarez's playing chances at Barcelona even when his form wasn't consistent. Add the bromance with Henry and now Etebo too and you have four main players in one end.
Iwobi seems like his own man and Musa is, well, maybe feeling too old to frolick with them. Osimhen, though still trying to establish himself, seems to be tilting in the Kelechi-Ndidi axis (reminiscent of the Mikel-Onazi bromance).

I'd say the stage is set for the emergence of the new Super Eagles 'kingpins'. We'd really see when the NFF tries to arm-twist the team or Rohr, like Oliseh, oversteps his bounds and try to ruffle feathers.

Slowly cabals are being to emerge as always.

With the old crop of Enyeama. Mikel, Onazi gone and Musa at the fringes, there has to be a takeover.

Ndidi and Kelechi seem more likely henchmen now; they have other starters like Henry, Etebo and Ekong on their side too.

I have Whatsapp chats from as far back as 2013 and never delete any even if we are no longer on speaking terms. I record calls of all the females who show interest in me, enough calls to prove she wanted what we had or have as much as I did or do. The Heavens forbid I let my guard down to be blackmailed. No other being would ever read or listen to these conversations and I never kiss and tell. Thankfully, no matter how pissed off a few might be with me, they've never accused me of sexual abuse. Maybe it's because I've always been extremely picky with the girls I get sexually intimate with and never go on random sexual romps.

Yeah it is when you want to settle down you realize wives are scarce.

The issue for me is double dating. Once any girl does that, I walk away. Have tried and tried but can't seem to find a girl ready to stick to one guy.
My friends tell me it's a waste of time. That I should just close my eyes, get married and hope for the best.

Also annoying is the pastor/reverend sister act Nigerian girls come up with because they think that is what all men are looking for. News flash, character matters more than faith. Speak in tongues from now till eternity, if you don't know how to be loyal you're not worth it.

It is all seriously exhausting!!!. I have decided to throw in the towel if my next attempt goes the same route (double dating). Will just close my eyes and get a girl pregnant like many of my guys.
I avoid overly-religious people, especially young females. Worse even, the ones who inundate social media with their "Holy spirit" cliches. Most often than not, these folks are the worst out there - screwing just about any male (single and even married), simultaneous multiple sexual partners, countless abortions, even subtle prostitution. Get comfortable with a girl and I notice her social media timeline tilts towards religiosity, I'd drift away slowly and be gone soon.

Hypocrites!

If you are the grown first son of the first son of a large extended family, then you'd have extended family members reaching out to you, not just for money but advice, and resolving issues and more. Subconsciously, these things get imprinted on our minds growing up that you are the family heir so it even affects our dating lives.

Unlike others, we can't just screw, date or, worse, marry just about any girl because the girl has to have certain qualities, including being accommodating and motherly, and knowing she'd have to be a queen mother in a kingdom of some sorts. She has to be very cultured and while the nuclear family comes first, she doesn't alienate the rest of the family from getting access to you, and it's not necessarily money. She'd be highly respected though and everyone is interested in who becomes your wife.

One of the many reasons I've never been wild, or done drugs, gotten drunk or ever dated wild girls or have been with fewer girls than most males my age and exposure - I've always thought of the long term. Interestingly, it all feels normal to me.
Romance › Re: How Married Guys In Akwa Ibom Are Constantly Tempted By Sexy Single Ladies(Pics) by DissTroy(m):
OnlyDeCapPlease:
You are correct to an extent, but let me tell me what I observed. Akwa Ibom men sexualize the girls there when they are very young. As soon as girl don grow small, the older guys go begin knack them. Dem no dey even let them grow. So you will see a 13 or 14 year old girls already very sexually active. Add to this the fact that Akwa Ibom girls, especially Ibibio from my experience, are quite attractive (dem carry better yansh/bobby), feisty (they speak their mind and say it as it is - no fronting), bold (them get mind well well), physically strong and intelligent. You then end up with an attractive young lady who is very confident, strong with a healthy sexual appetite. What is wrong with that? Do Akwa Ibom girls do ashawo more than Urhobo, Igbo or Ebira? Also from my personal experience, I observed that Akwa Ibom people in general are quite "liberal" in certain aspects compared to their neighbours.

The myth about sexual prowess of "Calabar" women, whom people often confuse with Akwa Ibom women, stems from the ancient Calabar fattening room tradition where prospective brides where sent off to be fattened (so that yansh and laps go big grin) in preparation for marriage. From what I understand, these women were also taught how to cook sumptuous dishes and exotic ways on how to sexually please their man, hence the anecdotal line about a Calabar woman whose husband comes back from work and she'll ask him if he's hungry for food or s3x? I would imagine that such traditions have long since disappeared and it was the Efiks and not Ibibios who did this. However most people will just generally refer to everyone from that area as "Calabar". Even Davido in song was singing "I go Calabar, go see Godswill Akpabio..."
More sexually liberal? Erm, well... Paedophilia? Generally frowned upon.

The Ibibios aren't as liberal as the media would like you to believe. Relatively conservative. But the Oros/Orons? Extremely sexually liberal. And, no, no Oro/Oron person should argue this with me 'cause I'd mention names and the terms they call this heightened promiscuity. Generally, folks from other tribes are warned about getting serious with Oro/Oron girls 'cause of their nymphomania and philandering.

They have an euphemistic way of terming it: it's called "ulo". The Ibibio or Annang translation of that word would be "Udor", which would mean "friend" in English. But for the Oros, it's a mild way of saying "my sexual partner" or "sex mate", even amongst married women. And they are more closely related to the Efiks too. While sweeping generalizations are wrong, my assertion holds true in this case.

This is a welcomed development. Just yesterday, I saw a video of two adult males on Facebook, been beaten because they were caught having sex.

Why are Nigerians this backward? How is it your business what two consenting adults do with their body?

America you cast today was even more homophobic than Nigeria. If you think Nigeria wouldn't succumb, you're delusional.

It's just a matter of TIME.
And you gays folks with your twisted sexual orientation should stop throwing it in our faces. Cease ruining ever TV show and movie by forcing your perspectives into them. Stop approaching straight men too. It's harassment and when you are attacked by those repulsed by your advances, you call us bigot. Now Nsibidi was for elite, thier mode of writing ,for people not to decipher , say I want to sell a slave and I gave him a note to give to the buyer without the slave finding out the content of the note ..

low ba3....will continue later
I already stated it and have written on Nsibidi over the course of my time on this forum and on other fora.

The Ekpe cult is typically in Ibiono Ibom LGA of Akwa Ibom State. The Ekpe cult members were and still are the custodians of the Nsibidi form of writing which is similar to Hieroglyphics when analyzed.

One of main headquarters of slavetrade was along the shore of the Ibeno-Ikot Abasi area and Efik slaves along with slaves from the hinterlands where he Annangs and hinterland Ibibios reside.

About Akwa Ibom (chiefly Ibibios) being better than and dominating Cross River (sparsely Efiks) in ways I have mentioned in my preceding post: It's stating the obvious. Culturally and historically, the Ibibios have always dominated the Efiks and her neighbours. It has continued even till this day. Heck! Even the first civilian governor of Cross River State was an Ibibio man (Clement Isong).

The OP trying to hoodwink the reading public with false tales of 'never-was' had to be challenged. And asides ridiculing him here, my earlier dare still stands: We should both compare valid notes, records (including pictorial evidence) about the dominance or not of the Ibibios in the AkwaCross region.

Don't stoke embers of seething hatred with firewood of falsehoods.

Go to Calabar and ask who is Efut or Efik or this and that and you would get a stare because such a thing does not exist .

You are a jackass! Ibibios have always dominated the AkwaCross region and beyond. Ibibios dominate what is today Akwa Ibom State, Cross River State and parts of Abia State (Arochukwu).

The Ekpe Society is headquartered in Ibiono Ibom LGA, Akwa Ibom State. The Ibibios even dominate Cross River, and the civil service too. You dare not hold positions in Akwa Ibom State as an Efik person but Akwa Ibom decides what becomes of the Efiks and Cross River as a whole.

When the 76 oil wells were ceded from Cross Rivers to Akwa Ibom State in 2009, no Efik or Cross Riverian could muzzle it back. In the grand scheme of things, you all have always played second fiddle to the Ibibios. In politics, education, social strata, economics and in the diaspora.

Lugard resided in Akwa Ibom, and administrated and Amalgamated Nigeria from there. The Efiks attempt to try to rub shoulders with the Ibibios quickly led to the disintegration of the old Cross River State and spilt to form Akwa Ibom State. Today, the Ibibios are better than Uyo as they always have.

The Efiks were renamed Duke and Henshaw by the Europeans because you were slaves. Just like they enslaved most of the Ijaws, washing away their history and names too.

Writing alternative facts wouldn't change the history.

I refuse to jump on the bandwagon asking for the head of this woman. The hypocrisy and shallow mindedness really stinks.

There is no way on God’s green earth that man didn’t know those children were not his. The whole of FCMB knew about the affair and knowing the patriarchal society we live in, a couple of people would have briefed him immediately. Those Niger republic looking kids couldn’t have been born to Yoruba parents. And we all know it.

I find it very convenient that a man who had moved on enough to have fixed a wedding date with another woman, has his “family and friends” springing up out of nowhere to claim damages and justice. It screams of greed and blackmail. If this man wanted to fight his battles, he had years to do so when he was alive.

Apart from the disciplinary action required for the MD of FCMB for having an affair with his subordinate, I see no other “crime” committed here. The late husband and his ex wife had both moved on to different lives years ago. If he was that scorned, best believe he’d have blown hot once it happened.

Those that are looking to cash out from his death are going to be shocked because they’ve basically played their hands. They’re going to have an entire bank and it’s disgruntled MD on their neck and they won’t find a kobo out of this. No way can they prove in any court that a lively man already engaged to his new love interest died as a result of emotional distress from his randy ex wife of years ago having kids with her randy boss. The greed in all of this really stinks. The innocent children have their faces being plastered on all social media to push their agenda of extortion. If they wanted justice and not a few shekels, they’d have written to the banks directly and copied all bank regulatory agencies before proceeding straight to court.

Greedy opportunistic people!
You'd die on a cold, rainy Wednesday evening for justifying paternity fraud and psychological abuse. Crows and vultures would declare an inter-species war fighting over your carcass as blowflies hover on your decomposing body laying eggs.

You'd never know the joy of your own child being birthed and any being which carries your genes and survives childbirth would die in your arms. You would never carry or raise children that are from your loins.

Any attempt to play father to any youngling - even of puppies- would result in slow, painful death for them. You would súffer the anguish of watching children die in your arms.

You'd only ejaculate blood into a woman. Any attempt by your urethra to pass out semen would result in your testicules exploding.
Females of all species would ridicule you and Mother Nature would rob you of life itself abruptly. ... Except you rescind your support for this cruel case of paternity fraud. smiley

the garden was real. The bible doesn't lie
Your supposed "bible" was 'translated' from Hebrew into several other languages before English. A number of words and phrases got lost in translation. In fact, the translators transliterated instead of translating most times. For example the Hebrew word for "day" connotes the 24-hour day and also an extended period of time. Translations are always context-dependent. That's why the English Bible is flawed.

Adam and Eve were never the first people on Earth. Book of Genesis was written by Moses thousands of years after Adam had passed away. Convenient for Moses to say his ancestor was the first man created. A story passed down over generations with many embellishments. No, I'm not an atheist so any attempt to label me as that wouldn't fly.
Christianity Etc › Re: 10 Things You Should Know About The Garden Of Eden by DissTroy(m): 9:45am On Nov 08, 2020
1. The supposed Garden of Eden was not a literal garden. There was and has never been any such place as the Garden of Eden. It signifies, in Christian doctrine, a place of purity, of childlike innocence. Just like Adam and Eve weren't the first people on Earth, and Jesus wasn't the 'new man' in the literal sense. Even the 7-day Creation weren't literal 7 days.

Eve never ate any literal fruit too. When your spiritual fathers and pastors learn to translate instead of transliterate the Scriptures then you all would realize you've been wrong the whole time.

2. The Garden of Eden is the perfect ploy for Christians (and by extension, humans) to keep blaming those before us for our woes. You aren't ready to make the world better but to distract from your faults, you keep referring us to the overflogged issue of Eve eating an apple which ruined all of humanity. Two hours later, you are demanding to be bribed to allow a construction project which would save lives in your community scale through. But, hey, let's keep blaming Eve for eating that apple, fictional as the apple was/is.

I'd have preferred Countinho doing the Griezmann job. When you have two playmakers going at that crazy Italian defense, it opens them up and creates space for Dembele or Fati (when he comes on) to wreck havoc. And both playmakers would cause several red cards and fouls against the opposition. But Countinho isn't fit to play tonight.

Since Johan Cruyff? Yes. We were never dominant before that. Telling that Barça's most successful era and teams turn out to be the period(s) tiki taka was employed. If it works when used more than once or twice, then it's no longer a coincidence - it's a fact.
