I & my wife are almost age mates, she is 2 years Older than I am; have been married for 8 years and our marriage is going ever stronger. As God would have it, we both married as virgins. I am glad that I married her & not some other lady.

But do you know that some men have married a woman 10, 15, 20 years younger than them but these wives have given the men tough time, high blood pressure, even cheated on their husbands and as a result, the men have grown older quickly & are living a life of regret?

BTW, a few weeks ago, I attended the wedding of the daughter of a Redeemed Christian Church of God Pastor. I have known this man, his wife & even his children for decades. Guess what - The wife is older than the husband but they have been happily married for about 25-30 yrs.

Age is just a number....though it has led many men (and women) to make choices that they have regretted.

As God said in the book of Proverbs - wisdom is the principal thing, so get it...and with it, get understanding!

Biology is not the entire constitution of humans. We are also psychological, social, to mention two. So when you talk about maturity, you do not limit it to biological alone. And even biologically, your position is not always the case. Except of course you are talking about prepubescence.

Where did God order that we should do what this preacher said with our tithe? Nowhere. What God said in Malachai 3:10 is that we should bring the tithe to his house. He didn't say we should branch somewhere else with it.

Yes, the pastor's idea seems like a reasonably brilliant and kind one, but that doesn't make it right in God's eyes. Remember that the way man thinks is different from the way God thinks.

Man thinks it is a good thing to give the tithe to someone in need of it. But where did God say such about tithe? Nowhere. He only said to bring it to his house and from there it is distributed to the needy.

Think of it this way: You are on your way to the hospital with 100k to pay for your child's medical bills. Suddenly you found a needy man. Be honest with yourself, will you give the money to the needy man to the detriment of your child in the hospital?

I can bet you won't. So why do you now think it is right to give your tithe to the needy man? Remember, it is God's money and you have no right to decide how to help God spend it, especially when he gave you no such order.

Look, don't let people bamboozle you weird scenarios like the one given by the preacher. Always stand by God's command. The tithe is his, and the only thing you can do with it is to take it to his house, nowhere else.

They may even use your child as an example, saying what if your child is sick and the money needed for treatment is equivalent to the tithe money you have, which is your last dime.

What will I say in this case? Give that money to God because it is his. At this point many will be kicking against me. Little do they know that they are kicking against Jesus who said...

Mine hated it so much before. But she loves the name RAKITIC when she hears it in commentary while I am playing video game.

So one day I told her that RAKITIC is not a player in the team I support, my team players are: FIRMINO, SALAH, MANE (I support Liverpool and Rakitic plays football Barcelona). She found it difficult remember those names so I tried to help her remember by saying Mane sounds like money, Salah as in like the Muslim celebration, and Firmino, well that's just what it is.

The next thing was to take her to watch Liverpool play Chelsea on TV so she could see the actual Firmino, Salah, and Mane. Went to a viewing center where I knew emotions would run high and she would see different funny characters. That worked cos she was just amazed and laughing at what football was making grown men say and do. Now she can easily remember Salah, Mane and Firmino as Liverpool players. She was even asking me when next Liverpool were playing, so we could watch.

Anyways, next was to get her a Liverpool jersey. She said she wanted Number 11 to be on it. I asked her why, and she said it was because Salah could play so she wanted to wear number 11 too. This is someone that was clueless about football and hated it.

Well in all these, I never forced her, I only saw an opportunity when the name RAKITIC caught her attention while the commentators called in video game and I capitalised. (RAKITIC is still her favourite name though).

Sorry for the long post but I think nothing has really caught your interest that's why you still hate football so much.
