There are kits to know the actual day of ovulation and PT strip to test for preg 2 weeks after. This I have done a couple of times with my wife while trying to conceive...test was positive on these occasions just after 2 weeks

Kindly note that ovulation point is midway between two Periods. So, period could be missed just 2 weeks after sex on the ovulation day. Also, note that pregnancy could be detected using good PT kiths like CLEAR BLUE as from the 7th day after ovulation, assuming that sex happened on the peak of ovulation

When you meet a woman that's ovulating on the day of ovulation, she can conceive that day or the next day. It takes 2 weeks for pregnancy test to show she's pregnant.
