If you enter a university with fake WAEC results , when the university finds out they withdraw your certificate. Why would he hire SANS to defend the WAEC certificate when he can simply ask for it. The Question is: If the US Army can reply on his studies, why can't the Nigerian Military respond to the certificate issue after three years.

The APC national chairman stated that they held a convention at an hotel where a consensus candidate was confirmed,in compliance with section 87(6).

The law did not make it compulsory for the presence of INEC .

What INEC requires is an evidence that indeed a special convention was done.
