Op, you can now go back to police station and make official complain and submit the recovered money & the phone as an evidence to your complaint , so that the said girl will pay for her crime by paying you all you lost on the process including your #20k to the police guys who sold you the idea in the first place.

I agree that the route he took leaves him open to counter arrest. However she stole the money. Knowledge of PIN doesn't mean one can't steal. It is not a joint account neither did he give her permission. He also has proof on her phone.

Speaking of which, how did he get access to her phone? Does he know her PIN also? OP, that is a crime by the way unless you bought that phone for her and you can claim you collected it back.

@OP I am just seeing this thread and have seen where you were successful at tracking the lady. The only advice I would give is to be careful with girl friends. There are some well brought up ones; e.g. I had a girl who I could leave with a spare house key - nothing bad happened. The fact that this one could willing put hard earned money in a Ponzi means that she is not on the same financial intelligence level with you. That is a major flaw talkless of the lack of morality.

What was she suffering? Plow through the words she has said and state what she suffered.

What she didn't realise is that being a royal family member means that she has duties and duty trumps anything else. The expectations were she would behave in line with the royal family. She couldn't accept that. She couldn't accept that she would be second fiddle forever to William and Kate. And even worse if William were to die, it is not Harry that would be king - it would be William's son.

Protest about a one sided narrative? What this is - is an attempt to publicly emotionally blast the Royal family. The Royal Family will give a short response and move on.

It is idiotic. If those food are not sold they will perish resulting in a loss. It is simply cutting off their nose to spite their face and for what - to teach the bloody Southerners a lesson.
