There should be an option for online registration and possibly lectures pending when you get your visa and can physically attend lectures.

I know most schools have left the hybrid option open since Covid. I won't worry too much

Perhaps some people paid all the tuition, or most (75% and above) and have very little fraction to pay and can work to do so.

Or they truly can't pay, are struggling and some have abandoned theirs studies

We have given a rough idea on how people can calculate the possibility of paying the balance and that formula is still on the thread for everyone to look at and make decisions.

I don't know what other information you want people to share anymore.

You have narrowed it to option 2.

The minimum wage is £9.50 (although some are lucky to get a slightly higher paying job) you are allowed to work 20hrs term time.

Do a search on rent in your school location,factor in feeding and transport and see what balance you have,that is what might be left to help pay your fees.

Once you do that you can make a decision.if you search this thread you will see a discussion like this done previously

UK University is no charity organisation

You have 3 options

1. Pay fees in full

2. Pay most of your fees and try to work and pay the balance

3. Defer your admission until you can afford it. UK is not running away

You have to legally adopt him, this is done through the court and it is a process. Bear in mind ,you will be terminating the rights of the natural parents to this child.

The process can be quite lengthy,you ideally should have lived physical with this child for 3months before approaching the court, the court will engage a welfare officer to determine your eligibility for instance age, marital status, finances, etc.

If and when satisfied,they can start the process of a court order, you wil need a family court lawyer for this process and it might take awhile. Do some reading on this first and see if you want to go through this process.

Please do not try to falsify a court order for legal adoption, UKVI will always go the extra mile to verify documents on sensitive cases like this.

When you have succeeded in getting the court order, then you can start the process of a child dependant visa because he is now your child.

I usually give advise about schools that I have personally attended, cities I live or have lived in or if I know someone personally that can share experience

I am not familiar with any of these schools you mentioned, some of the cities I have visited but not enough to advise you unfortunately.

Hopefully others with more information can or you can request to chat with student advisors in these school via your school's admin and ask questions directly to the students there.

I have unconditional offers from Northumbria University, Newcastle & University of Wolverhampton. I'm having some trouble making a choice. Their fees are almost same except that Wolverhampton is marginally lower.

Which of the schools would you advise based on - cost of living, availability of family accommodation, job opportunities (student & dependent), safety, access to major cities and any other comment about each of the school/city.

Your kind and prompt input would be highly appreciated as I am ready to make initial deposit.
Looking forward to your thoughts.

Guys what just wise is saying is the truth attached is a mail from UKVI trying to verify an applicant POF ..but they mistakenly sent it to the the applicant instead of the bank.... Justwise forgive me for posting this here but just to silent some people regards this issue..

I am honestly surprised that this argument of verification is still going on. Don't be deceived, UKVI will check whatever they want to.

The type of account you use is solely your choice, naira, dom (dollar or pounds), yen, coweries etc.

There is an official app where equivalent conversion from one currency to another can be made and that's what guides the UKVI. As long as it guides you that's all that matters. The first page has the link to that app called Oanda

For the POF, which is better - to use a dom account ($) or a dom account (£)

My uncle in the US will be sponsoring my UK education. He recommends I open a Dom account (£) because pounds as the official currency of UK is higher than dollar and also because of exchange rate volatility . But I have been to the bank and they said only offer card (dollar card) for Dom ($) account.

Changing my response after seeing more updates.

You didn't need to include the statement for your previous refusal if it has nothing to do with your current study visa application.

Is the statement with your POF also GTB? Can you reconfirm with GTB first,.

You could chase up with administration review if this is an error.

It's going to be a long journey but it's better to clear it out if you are certain both statements are authentic

Credit report shows your history of credits and ability to pay debits. It shows a potential lender if you are credit worthy.

Have a look at Experian , Clear score or Equifax if you want to create a credit report, however, they will need information like your UK address,UK bank account and any credit card you may have.

That's the reason I mentioned it is for UK residents. See attached a screenshot from the same Lendwise

It is not based on emotion. We have been legally married for over 6 months now and 3 days ago he uploaded a picture of a lady on his status and tagged it "my better half, my mumu..." I asked him who the lady is and he lied that the lady is his cousin, my mum and brother has his number and they saw it too.
They decided to dig deep and found out that he is with another woman in Nigeria and his family members are always in her comments calling her his wife.
Her birthday was two days ago and one of his family member still referred to her as his wife while wishing her a happy birthday. I have told his sister and sent her same picture he uploaded to his status and the sister too said they are cousins.
I have also told his uncle that I know, he said he doesn't have a wife that he knows about bla bla bla.
I also told him today to let's have a conversation about it and he said he doesn't have anything to talk about to me. I've sent the evidence to his dad and I'll be waiting for his own response. This is same husband that chose his cousin in London over me as his next of kin for his NHS.

I wish I can just leave without any legal backing, but I can't cos we got married legally. My mum is so hurt too, let me just stop here cos the matter isn't a short one.

If you check through the thread you will see examples of timeline from people who got their study visa after previous US denials.So to answer your first question, No.

As long as you declare it, a one line of insufficient ties should be fine,you don't need an essay to explain the rejection.

@duchess90 and other gurus, there was error on my marriage certificate. the error was on age which was written 34 instead of 35. it was submitted to the university before an unconditional offer was given. Now, we have complained to the marriage registry and it was corrected and a new one issued. The old one was retrieved.

Please do you think this would be an issue during visa application since what we will be submitting would be the new one which is different in terms of age from the one used in securing the admission? If yes any suggestion on what to do?

There really isn't anything to suggest here, did the transfer affect your POF required? If No, then I am not sure why you are worrying.

Whatever the narration is, leave it as it is,do not attempt to edit your Bank statement, that is straight ban (10years)

Please I have a question? My account I am using in funding, I just received a credit of 9100 from Ajeloan which I didn't even apply for. Calling them they were apologizing. The narration in the statement of my account is saying "transfer from Ajeloanajeloan" hope it won't affect when applying for visa.

Also, immediately I called them I transferred the money back to them with the narration saying "return to aveloanaveloan" the banker made a mistake in the spelling of the Ajeloan.
Please suggestions. I am really confused now

No one,there will be 2skilled workers visa linked to eachother,that can show history if needed.

Can I add to this by saying, questions may be asked/raised as to why applicants and dependants are chasing their separate visas routes,but it should ideally be linked.

More research is needed on this though and it will be worth speaking to an immigration lawyer
