Just wanted to say that I think if you believe your life is at risk and there is no other way out except a divorce then go for it.  Al,so read the story of Juanita Bynum the famous American preacher who reecently divorced her husband on the bsisof physical abuse.

I think the best thing to stop BA flights from coming to Nigeria,because I know that even with all the insult we have been given by BA and some Nigerians will still fly via BA. So if the government /foregin affairs body can stop BA flights from entering Nigeria even if it is only for 3 months it will make a huge difference.

@ Poster , most of the single Nigerian babes  I know dont have a protuding belly, the married ones on the other hand is another story. I dont know why they do, but I can tell you why I have a big belly
1. Food
2. Child birth
3. Lack of Exercise
4. Genes
As much as I would like to have a flatter belly I am to busy and lazy to exercise adn I love food , so I can't give it up, if you have any other sugeestions(other than surgery/exercise) that can help me to loose the fat  then let me know

As a Christian I would definitely ask you to forgive her but it is up to you to decide if you can continue in the relationship or not.

As a christian I would say this is wrong, but there are a lot of people claiming to be christians who actually do fornicate, you can point out this your so -called sister simply because she is pregnant.

Anyway, I know of a few people who were pregnant at their church wedding this is because they had already been to the registry a few months back before the church wedding, you never know if this is the case with this same person , so she might not have defiled her marrital bed. In any case if she has then , God is merciful and kind and he will surely forgive bought parties.

Actually this is a very tough one.I am not even sure what I would do but may be I might try this below
1) Go for at least 2 health checks to no I am capable of impregnating a woman
2) If the answer to the above is yes, then I will ask the woman what she wants to do and see if we can reach an agreement
3) If the answer is NO, then just accept the baby and try to move on, hoping the truth will only come out when I am long gone and buried.

All women have different body types. Our bodies react to stress, childbirth, happiness etc in different ways.

Also we tend to pick up on our partners habit, if your partner is a healthy eater , you will strive to eat healthily but if he or she is not then you wont either.

Some women will always be on the big side while some will always be slim , regardless of what they have been through.

Personally I know I can loose weight but I have just been a bit lazy with exercising and dieting.

I have a friend who has this same symptoms and she was told by a doctor that she is allergic to the wind/breeze. She was told there is really nothing she can do except use normal antihistamines or just get warm to reduce the swelling and itchiness.

I am just wondering why we women get so moody during our red time of the month. I for one get so moody and I have nasty mood swings, I shout at my son and smack him at any little thing. My poor husband suffers the most because I just pick up a fight for no reason, I dont know why I do it, but my anger is always directed at my hubby and child.
Does anybody else go through this? Do you have any suggestive ways of controlling these mood swings? Men are welcome to add there views as well

Thank God I have all 3 and God has thought me how to joggle them wisely.If you want peace you will take care of your partner and put him above all (Except for GOD of Course-he is Numero Uno).

Even if you have spent your entire life building a career and then a situation occurs where your hubby/child is sick and the choice is either you be with your husband/child or loose your job.

I am being honest here o , I would rather loose that job because I believe God will provide something better. I mean for me o my husband first , then children , then career then the rest of my family and then friends.
