. Kemade Adebayo Fryo was a student of OAU and was indicted with Bola Ige death. He was was arrested with Omisore and Jelili Adesiyan .and Alani Omisore.The four of them were detained at Agodi orison.After trial it was found out that no evidence aganst them.Only God knows the killer of Bola Ige and I am not defending anybody on it.However my opinion is that PDP killed him so as to win the South west for the party and used some Yoruba's for it. Later Jelili Adesiyan became a minister Omisore became a senator .Fryo is in Osogbo now doing business .Omisore can be anything in Osun from any party.Aregbesola cannot do anything on it. Even in his town at Ikesa PDP defeated him there. For now IleIfe is in APC with Omisore official defection to the party.I repeat Aregbesola is not happy because he cannot control APC in Osun again.It is a bitter truth.

Chapter 8 Section 315 of the 1999 Constitution, Section 18(1) and (2) of the Armed Forces Act 2004 and Section 218 of the 1999 Constitution are the sections that are directly in focus.

Section 218 (2)
The powers ....... conferred on the President to appoint the CDS, COAS, CNS, CAS or any other branch of the Armed Forces as established by an Act of the National Assembly.

Act of National Assembly
An Act of Parliament is a form of legislation that is passed by both House of Parliament that is, the House of Representatives and the Senate, with an objective to create a new law or to change an existing law.

From here, you can see the National Assembly has no business with any confirmation.

Again, Section 18 (1) and (2) of the Armed Forces Act
18. (1) The President, may, after consultation
Names with the Chief of Defence Staff and subject to confirmation by the National Assembly, appoint such officers (in this Act referred to as “the Service Chiefs”) as he thinks fit, in whom the command of the Army, Navy and Air Force, as the case may be, and their Reserves shall be vested.Names have been sent yo the

(2) The Service Chief shall be known—

(a) in the case of the Nigerian Army, as the Chief of Army Staff;

(b) in the case of the Nigerian Navy, as the Chief of Navy Staff; and

(c) in the case of the Air Force, as the Chief of Air Staff.

You can see here that the National Assembly must confirm all the Service Chiefs, excepting the Chief of Defence Staff.

Section 315 (8
Nothing in this Constitution shall be construed (i.e. interpreted wrongly, "emphasis is mine" ) as affecting the power of a Court of law or tribunal established by law to declare invalid any provision of an existing law on the ground of inconsistency with the provision of any other law, that is to say -
1. Any other existing law
2. Law of a House of Assembly
3. Act of the National Assembly

The court judgement in 2013 hasn't been appealed.

. As a teenager I went to a saloon with my twin brother. The barber asked for our preffered style.
