Primate Elijah Ayodele of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, has revealed the year Nigeria will split and according to him Nigeria as a united nation may not exist beyond 2035.

He made the claim during the recent launch in Lagos of ‘Warning To The Nations’, a book in which he compiled all his prophecies covering the 2018/2019 period, The Herald reports.

The cleric also called for the suspension of the 2019 general election in Nigeria.

Primate Ayodele, who was speaking on the solution to Nigeria’s myriad problems, said,

“Practice True Federalism, whereby states will be in charge of their own affairs, taking care of their resources and their people. Let there be no election in 2019. After Federalism, Nigeria will not exceed beyond 2035 before splitting.”

In the same vein, Primate Ayodele charged the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to field Senate President Bukola Saraki if it hopes to win the 2019 presidential election.

The popular prophet stated that contrary to what many may believe, he neither had any links with Saraki nor was paid by the senate president to say what he did.

He said:

“I do not know Saraki neither do we have any link, politically or otherwise. But he is the only man who can win anything for PDP. Bukola Saraki being president will change many things for good in Nigeria and there will be peace in Nigeria.

” God needs Saraki to rule for another four years.”

He also prophesied challenging times for Nigeria and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Primate Ayodele further said that the party might find it difficult to retain power in Osun, where the gubernatorial election is scheduled to hold on September 22.

“If Osun APC didn’t put their house in order, they will find it difficult to retain Osun state,” he predicted.

21-year old Nigerian student, Anthony Ekwensi who came fourth in the final competition in the recent contest of Chinese language competition in Beijing, China has given insights on how he beats 118 African countries fellow contestants to come first in Africa and emerged fourth position in the world.

The final year student of Nnamdi Azikiwe University in the department of Educational Management and Policy, while speaking to the pressmen in Abuja during a press conference, said he we was not deterred by his friends discouragement .

He said despite other contestants who are well experienced in the language more than him he was still optimistic that he will scale through.

“I am 21 years old from Nnamdi Azikiwe University. And am studying educational management and policy . Am in final year now. I started learning Chinese language two years ago and back then a lot of people were telling me what is the use of learning the language but I was not discouraged.

I saw something new and i just say let me try it out. Then it was always almost free when the language was not expensive . I just say let me just give it a trial. And everyday I just practice and the teachers there were just friendly .

You can go to their office talk to them and communicate to them like that . Everyday I keep on getting better . After some time I heard about Chinese competition and I talked to myself what will be the use of the competition to me . So I browse and apply to the competition which is on Chinese language and culture.

So, I thought this will be a good one because Chinese people are very curious and so many a times when I meet Chinese people they will ask me about our culture especially how to greet . I later got the chance to represent Nigeria after my registration. When I got there I was a little bit discouraged because most of contestants have lived in China for long. Some of them have even studied there for a very long time .

I was like am the only one that did the study in two years . So, this made me to work hard and at the end of the day by God’s grace I was able to win the first in Africa and at the final competition in the whole world I was able to get fourth position.

” So, if I look back with everything I don’t think it was my efforts, it was by the grace of God . So, I thank him for the victory he granted me . Because most of them are experienced than I am . I just thank God I made it,” he said.

Also, speaking the Vice-Chancellor Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Prof. Joseph Ahaneku thanked the embassy for their support adding that he was elated by the history made by his student in that contest.

“We are here in the Embassy of China to appreciate the level of support given to us . We have had this Chinese studies for 10 years . We started in 2008 and we have grown over the years . We have established diploma Programme , certificate course, HSK and now degree program .

“So we’re indeed elated that one of our student is a student under a B.A program participated in a world competition in which one hundred and eighteen participated . All these nations where the Chinese language is being taught and the foreign candidates were all assembled in Beijing and at the end of the day , a Nigerian from the Anambra State , a student at Nnamdi Azikiwe University running a B.A program emerged first in Africa and fourth in the entire world . So, for me and for us this underscores the facts that we are also living up to our expectations in the education sector.

He continued:

"We are also working exceedingly hard to continue to live up to expectations, enlarge our scope in this particular sector, education sector. So, I want to congratulate this young Nigerian youth. He is going to serve as an inspiration unto others so that also learn from his study policies on how to work hard . But I want to say this that since we have been in partnership with this university in China , we have actually given both our resources and time and we have committed quite a number of programs to this particular partnership.

And as we speak we have about two hundred Nigerians that have access to scholarships for different programs in China. So, we have had these opportunities that are rare and they are available and on daily basis we keep harnessing some of these opportunities.

So, what we are doing at Nnamdi Azikiwe University we are trying to spread our teaching points to various regions and geo political zones in this country . Currently, we have established teaching points now at Ebonyi state , we have at Federal Polytechnic Okoh . We have at Enugu state . We are going to go to Kano and then we also going to establish at Portharcourt . So, what we want to do is to give more access to Nigerian youths so that they can discover bad rediscover themselves.

“These are the talents that we have in Nigeria and then when they have these opportunities they can interact with their colleagues in China,” he said.

Up and coming singer X-Lyte, recently trended on social media after he released a song, titled Feature Davido. So many people believed it was for publicity, but the singer has come out to refute the claim.

In a chat with Sunday Scoop, the Babcock University Graduate claimed that he was scammed by one of Davido’s producers, Fresh VDM.

X-Lyte claimed he paid Fresh some money for a music production and a feature with Davido , but he never delivered the service.

“I didn’t cook up the story for publicity; I was truly scammed by DMW’s crew members. I had the impression that working with Davido would make me popular. Since I couldn’t get my money back, I felt music was the best way I could express myself.

Even if I had gone to report the case to the police, I don’t think they would have done anything about it.”

X-Lyte insisted that after making the payment, he didn’t hear from anyone .He stated:

“After meeting with Fresh and negotiating, he told me to pay to Kolo, another member of DMW. He then blocked me on WhatsApp and stopped picking my calls. I heard they are fond of such a thing. I recorded the song, Feature Davido, for other up-and-coming artistes not to fall victim.”

Admitting that Davido wasn’t aware he made any payment, he said the star singer stumbled on the song and shared it on his social media pages.

He said:

“ Davido was not aware I paid money. But when I went to their house, I saw Davido . He even shared the song on Instagram and Twitter. I don’t need a refund; I just want to feature Davido. My style is similar to Davido’s style and I like his music.”

Davido , who stumbled on the music video, shared it on Instagram and Twitter, calling the attention of Fresh to it. He captioned the video clip,

“This is the funniest thing I’ve seen all year. Fresh VDM, you are wanted.”

Budding teen rapper, Megabyte, may not have so much to bother himself about on his education as he has just been awarded a full scholarship by billionaire Femi Otedola. And his manager has just opened up on how the duo met.

Speaking about how they met, Megabyte’s manager, Fayemi Ayodele, told Sunday Scoop, that the meeting was effected at a concert that Megabyte performed at in Lagos.

“Femi Otedola met Megabyte at Kenny Blaq’s concert two weeks ago and he invited him to his house. When he got there, he made some comments about his education.

For a wealthy man like that to undertake to sponsor him, it is indeed a welcome development for Megabyte and his family considering that they come from a poor background in Mushin.”

On what attracted Otedola to the singer, Fayemi said:

“It is the same thing that everybody else sees in the young chap that Otedola saw also. He is a young boy doing good things with his life. You know we are in a society where talented people are not really appreciated until they go astray.”

Commenting on whether Megabyte would move to a more expensive school now that he has a benefactor, the manager said:

“For now, we are not sure if he will continue in the school he is in now or move to a highbrow one; that would be decided by Megabyte’s management team and Otedola himself. However, he recently changed from a public school to a private institution.

“We hope Otedola doesn’t fail. He publicised the sponsorship himself so that says a lot.”

Maintaining that the Megabyte’s music career is not threatened, Fayemi said,

“His education comes first but that wouldn’t affect his music career. His talent is different from his academics and one wouldn’t kill the other. Thankfully, in the school he attends now, they are taught drama and other creative subjects.”

Thanking Otedola for the gesture, Ayodele said:

“I really commend Otedola for helping in this manner. It would be nice if other wealthy people can help the talents around them, and hopefully he will fulfill his promise. I am so happy that he is doing this and I pray that God will continue to bless him.

This really sends good vibes and encouragement to people who come from less-privileged background as they will have hope that help can come from anywhere at any time. Rich people shouldn’t always be about using the poor; they can also help to make them great. I hope other wealthy people will take a cue from what Otedola has done.

I am not trying to downplay the plight of orphans but it is not until you go to orphanages that you can help people. There are some people who have parents but their condition is even worse than people who have parents. Wealthy people should look around them and spot the talents that abound in their community; it could be their cooks, security men or other home helps.”

Ayodele also stated that Megabyte did not feel cowed when he met Otedola:

“Megabyte did not feel intimidated or have inferiority complex when he met Femi Otedola. He performs in front of huge crowds so his confidence is intact; he wasn’t scared at all,” he said.

On whether the Forte Oil boss gave Megabyte some money apart from the scholarship, Fayemi said:

“You know we just met him so there are other things that will still come. With due time, everybody will know about it. It doesn’t have to be money. For now, the scholarship is the most important thing.”

Revealing that Megabyte recently signed a record deal, Fayemi said,

“He is actually signed to a record label and the identity of the company will be announced soon. I cannot really say much about it now but you’re the first person I’m giving this information. Just keep your fingers crossed.”

A man identified as Abraham Umar, a bus driver, has been killed by suspected cultists in the Ijanikin area of Lagos, after one of them reported to be obsessed with his girlfriend, could not get the girl at will.

According to Punch Metro, Abraham, aka Abi, was eating at the girlfriend’s mother’s bamboo restaurant when the gunmen invaded the place around 9pm on Tuesday.

They reportedly shot the Benue State indigene in the head, killing him on the spot.

It was learnt that the case was reported at the Ijanikin Police Station and the girlfriend, identified only as Elo, was arrested.

A witness, who did not want to be identified, said the gunmen came in a group after Abraham, who plied the Lagos-Badagry Expressway route, parked his vehicle and went to eat.

He said,

“He was with his conductor and the owner of the commercial bus when one of the gunmen tapped him on the back. Another one pushed him and slammed his head against the wall. Then one of them put a gun to his head and shot him dead. Everybody ran away.”

The victim’s sister, Aminat Umar, while fighting back tears, said Abraham’s friend, one Peter, broke the news to the family.

She explained that the victim had called her after parking his vehicle around 9.21pm.

“He said he was on his way home. About 10 minutes later, his best friend, Peter, rushed to our house, saying Abi had been shot at Cele bus stop and that his corpse had been taken to a police station.

“My mother and uncle ran to the Ijanikin Police Station, but were told that nobody was brought there. They went to a private hospital around Cele bus stop and were again told that the body was not brought to the hospital.

“The hospital workers said they should check the station. The police later admitted that he was there. I was told that his conductor and the owner of the commercial bus were in the cell,” she added.

Our correspondent learnt that the deceased lost his father, a former naval officer, when he was barely six years old.

His foster father, Muhammed Umaru, said Abraham had been receiving threat text messages from some men who asked him to stop his relationship with Elo.

He said:

“They told him to leave the girl because she belonged to one of them.

“My son’s friend, Peter, said the young man behind the messages had once confronted them. I was told that the rival was dark in complexion and had dreadlocks.

“I told his aunt and uncle, who asked the girl to stay away from Abraham and also warned him to leave Elo alone. But they refused to quit the relationship.”

The deceased’s uncle, Sani Umar, described him as gentle and easy-going.

He said:

“He was a calm man and never involved himself in any trouble. This incident is just unfortunate. The problem was that the girl he was dating had another boyfriend who is a cult member and that was why he was killed. We want justice; he must not die in vain.”

Elo, 17, who had been arrested by the police, however, said Abraham was her only boyfriend, adding that she could not tell why he was killed.

“He called me last night (Tuesday), saying he was going to my mum’s shop and if he could wait for me there. I said he should not wait because I was at my brother’s place in Ajegunle and would not be coming back that night. I told him that we were planning my brother’s wedding. On Wednesday when I got back home, I was told Abi had been killed. I don’t know about any threat because he did not tell me about it,” she said.

A source said cult killings were rampant in Ijanikin, adding that security operatives had not been able to curb the activities of cult members in the area.

He called on the police authorities to come to the aid of residents.

He said:

“The cult members go into houses to kill people at will. Members of a family are still at a hospital after they were attacked by these boys. Two weeks ago, two boys were shot and killed at the bus stop because they refused to release their phones.”

The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Chike Oti, said four suspects had been arrested.

However, Oti noted that Abraham’s best friend set him up over the 17-year-old girlfriend.

He said:

“Abraham’s friend had a crush on the girl. It got to a point of obsession as he started talking to the man’s girlfriend to leave him. However, when he was not getting the desired cooperation from the girl, he set up his friend with some other guys, who killed him.

“The matter was reported at the Ijankin Police Station and immediately, the state Commissioner of Police, Edgal Imohimi, ordered the Divisional Police Officer to fish out the murderers. So far, the DPO has picked up four suspects, while the principal suspect, the one who had a crush on the girl, is still at large. We are on his trail and he cannot escape justice.”

Angry Nigerians have taken to twitter to narrate their bitter experiences with the Nigeria police officers.

This was coming after a lady alleged that policemen refused to help her, even though they were present when her bag was stolen in front of Panti Police Station.


The Twitter user, Eniola Toluwalase, @T_oluwalase, said about ten armed policemen witnessed her bag being stolen in front of the station.

“My bag was hijacked this morning by 6am directly in front of the Panti police station. About 10 armed policemen witnessed it. I begged them to chase the guy since their truck was there. They said they are going somewhere and I need to go lodge a complaint inside the station,” Toluwalase revealed.

According to a report gathered by The Punch, other Nigerians especially Lagos residents on Twitter have been sharing their own experience;

Chronicle@ristoflex revealed that rather than get help from police, when his phone was stolen at Ikeja, he said the policemen present told him,”welcome to Lagos.”

“Not surprised. A guy once snatched my phone at Ikeja under bridge in front of two policemen. They were laughing at me and said welcome to Lagos. I was more pained by the acts of the officers than the phone stolen.”

Another Twitter user, Deji Bankole @IamDejiBankole added his experience, he said, “About to 3 years ago my phone was snatched in Oshodi right in front of some policemen. They just looked the other way. Immediately I went after the guy. He didn’t believe I was could catch up. He dropped my phone only to pass by the same policemen & they asked “you get am”. Crazy folks!”

Laure @lorelle92 was laughed at by policemen when she went into their station to report a matter; “Like the time I went to report a very serious issue and they laughed at me saying ‘leave am, e be like say she fight with her boyfriend.'”

Elliot the photographer @Ovadje_El, said his bag was stolen too, “Exactly what happened to me last year during the local govt election. I was robbed. The police carried me cross the Carter bridge, instead of going after the thief, they ask me to go to Iponri police station to lay complain and they drove off.”

Two suspected dollar fraudsters in Lagos, Mr. George Osagie, 51 and Makinde Kudus, 28, have confessed that they were trained as scammers and have duped many people of millions of Naira with fake Dollars.

They revealed that once they were able to stir the greed in any person, such a person became an easy prey.

The suspects were arrested in a popular hotel and paraded at the State Command and exhibits were recovered which included the fake dollars they had used in their operations.

This was confirmed by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Imohimi Edgal, at the State Command, Ikeja, Lagos.

The police boss said on 28th June, 2018, the police received information from members of the public that there were some group of persons going around the metropolis defrauding innocent people through magical means. Based on the information, operatives from FSARS, Ikeja and the Command swung into action and arrested them at Nglasia Hotel, Ilasa, Lagos.

He said that they were searched and in the process some exhibits were recovered from them which included gallons of liquid label, cash tank of US dollars suspected to be fake and platinum brokers international incorporation documents.

CP Edgal said that during interrogation, they confessed that it was their means of livelihood and they had duped many people because of their greed.

He said that on further investigation, the police discovered that the gang had duped one Victoria Awoniyi of the sum of N5m, Taiwo Kayode, N300,000, Adebisi Adebayo, N500,000 and many other victims. The police boss said that investigations were still on in view of arresting other members of the gang for prosecution.

The suspects, they admitted that it was their daily routine and that the exhibits recovered from them including the fake dollars were the instruments they used.

They confessed that many became victims due to their greed and foolishness. They said that some of the victims believed that they can double their money with the dollars they were shown but do not ask where they got the dollars from and why they (the suspects) wanted to help them multiply their money instead of doing so for their own relations.

In just a day after she got wedded to her groom, a 24-year-old beautiful bride from Malaysia, Fatin Nursyahirah Yusuf passed away after suffering from cancer.

The 24-year-old married her beau, known only as Azzam, on Friday morning, August 3. Sadly, Fatin Nursyahirah succumbed to cancer early the next day, Saturday.

She had been suffering from stage four sarcoma cancer.

Shukur Yusuf, 30, who documented his sister’s wedding on Facebook, said Fatin was admitted to hospital after Friday prayers when her breathing deteriorated.

Shukur said his 24-year-old sister, affectionately known as Kakak (big sister), had undergone two surgeries and radiotherapy sessions since last year. But the cancer had already spread.

“She was inconsolable. I tried to encourage her even when I was crying myself,” he said, adding it was his sister’s dying wish to go on with the wedding.

Azzam and Fatin were engaged in June last year, and Shukur said both of their families agreed to go on with the wedding despite Fatin’s condition.

“We were very moved by Azzam and his family’s sincerity who accepted an ailing person to be part of their lives. After the solemnisation ceremony, we felt grateful and relieved that they were able to be united as husband and wife, even if it would just be for a short while,” he said, adding his sister looked beautiful during the ceremony.

He also wrote in his post that the simple ceremony was attended by family members, witnesses and the kadi.

Shukur said his family has accepted Fatin’s passing as part of God’s plan.

“She was a happy-go-lucky person. But she would keep her problems to herself as she never wanted to trouble anyone. That was Kakak,” he said.

Nigerian top singers Davido and Tiwa Savage re-unite.

This is coming after the celebrities had a short misunderstanding on the popular social media platform, Instagram.

What started as a little joke turned into a feud as Davido and Tiwa Savage un-followed each other on the App.

It started on Twitter when Wizkid announced his search for a sister, a line from Davido’s latest song Assurance. And Davido replied with “Tiwa our sister”.

Although Tiwa had responded to the tweet in a playful manner, a follow up had indicated that she really didn’t find Davido’s tweet funny in the least. And after a short while, the duo unfollowed each other on Instagram

Well, it seems they have reunited with each other after their exchange on the platform.

Nollywood actress cum producer, Maryam Charles, consider men that batter their wives as fakes.

In this interview with The Sun, the Anambra State-born role interpreter speaks on her career, love life and challenges of being a plus-sized thespian. Enjoy it.

Can you briefly tell us about yourself?

I’m Amara Maduka, from Anambra State. I’m from a family of three. I’m the first daughter and second child. I’m an actor, writer and aspiring producer.

How long have you been acting?

I have been acting for five years now.

Can you mention some of the movies you have done?

I have featured in Maduka Daughters, Village Flavour, Okirika, The Israelite, Good Marriage, and Three Bad Girls, to mention a few.

How did you join the movie industry?

I joined the movie industry after leaving school. I knew I have the talent and I decided to pursue it.

What were the challenges you faced at the early stage?

My weight was a big challenge. I was very fat at the time and I didn’t get featured in roles I knew I could deliver, because all the producers saw was a fat, ugly girl. Not my talent.

How did you overcome it?

Oh well, when you get tired of being fed bullshit, you have to make a change at some point. All that matters is how you see yourself. I knew I am more than what they could see and that image alone kept me going.

Did it make you depressed?

I battled depression at some point. But like I said, if you know who you are, nothing can stop you. Not for too long.

How supportive were your parents when you took the bold step to join Nollywood?

I have just my mom now. My dad wouldn’t have allowed it, but my mom is supportive.

You lost your dad?

Yeah in 2012.

Did your boyfriend at that time give you the go ahead?

I’ve never really dated anyone all my life. It’s funny but true. I’m just learning to truly give love a chance now.

Why?

I’m too sensitive. I thought not dating at all was best to avoid heartbreaks.

So, are you saying you are still a virgin?

I said I didn’t date. I didn’t say I don’t have sex.

Former Big Brother Nigeria contestant, Uriel Oputa, has made it known to her body-shamers that no matter how much they try, their constant criticism does not in any way affect her.

In a chat with Sunday Scoop, Uriel said:

“Body shaming does not affect me; I just move on. I feel people who do that are not confident in themselves. I feel those people are cowards who lack self-esteem. I have no plans to do a boob job.”

Speaking on her new talk show, Uriel Talks, she said:

“Uriel Talks is a talk show where I talk about issues that affect people. The last one I did was about whether it’s right to move in with your partner when you’re not married. These are things that happen every day so we’re just trying to analyse them. It is an interactive show where people share different views and opinions.

I talk a lot and I like to hear other people air their views as well. On the show, we talk about everything or anything. At the beginning of the show, I usually showcase a dish that I prepared beforehand. I have plans to take the show on TV but for now, it’s just on my Instagram page and YouTube.”

On if there are limits to the things that would be discussed on the show, Uriel said,

“I won’t talk about religion. I also won’t really talk about sex because that’s not my brand; I won’t dabble into things like that. I will talk about relationships but not about sex point-blank.”

A group of Vigilante members in Ekiti state, led by one Femi Ogunleye aka Akilapa, and six of his members have been arrested by the State Police command for illegally arresting and torturing a man to death.

The command’s Public Relations Officer, ASP Caleb Ikechukwu, who confirmed their arrest on Wednesday, said members of the suspected vigilance group had been terrorising residents of Ado-Ekiti. Ikeckukwu said the command operatives arrested Ogunleye and his members in the early hours of Monday while being in possession of a fresh body of a middle aged man identified as Oke.

He noted that the suspects were arrested while attempting to bury the remains of the deceased within the premises of Ogunleye’s residence in Ado-Ekiti.

The police spokesperson named the other suspects as Simon Oluwaghohunmi, 35; Muhammadu Saradeen, 36; Ojo Muri, 30; Peace Okon, 44; Sola Sunday, 20; and Ogunleye Onaopemipo, 20.

He said the suspected gang members on July 29 allegedly accosted the victim at Post Office area in Ado-Ekiti and forcefully took him to Ogunleye’s house where he was tortured to death.

"The gang had been charged for cultism and unlawful arrest of innocent Nigerians, their latest victim was unlawfully accosted and taken away on July 29.

The Special Anti-Robbery Squad received the information of illegal arrest and torture going on at Ogunleye’s house located on Omisanjana Road in Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital.

When men of SARS arrived at his house, the body was found and a grave that had been dug for its interment,” he said.

He said that police recovered from the suspects one Pump Action Gun Breech Number 000574 loaded with seven live cartridges, police belt, three cutlasses, one long stick, a sword, three battle axes, one iron rod carved like local gun, Ifa divination tools and a mini laptop computer.

Police in Abuja have been accused of allegedly helping the killed of serving corps member escape after causing a fatal accident that killed the young man identified as Tony.

Tony was a member of the Capital Movement in the City and his colleagues alleged that the first respondent after the accident, instead of rushing the victim to the hospital, resorted to looting his car and then making attempt for the BMW car of the culprit to be towed away.

On the 29th of July at 4am the morning after TCM Festival, Tony Zitta a corper serving in Abuja and a Founding member of the Capital movement was driving home and was hit at the junction of Diamond bank, Wuse II alongAdemola Adetokumbo.

An unidentified BMW 325 CI rammed into Tony’s Toyota Camry leaving him unconscious. Witnesses at the scene claim that the first police response unit instead of helping him, looted Tony (who was with the ticket money from the event) and looted his vehicle.

Some ladies at the scene however came and intervened as the first policemen tried to steal his items successfully saving his computer and camera.

As the ladies created a commotion other people came and made sure the second group of responders carried the BMW and Tony’s camry to the police station as some friends of the BMW owner had sent a tow truck to try and move the BMW away from the crime scene.

Meanwhile an unidentified female Samaritan rushed Tony to Garki hospital where they said they could not handle his situation, as they believed he had a brain injury and supposedly took a CT scan then referred him to Wuse General Hospital where they were told there was no space

He was referred to Gwagwalada teaching hospital an hour away. They claimed they drained his head of blood & he was stabilizing. The family & friends brought several doctors & neurosurgeons to see him but the hospital didnt allow claimin he was ok. Then on Monday morning he passed.

There are so many conversations that should be had concerning the death of Tony Zitta and we all need to make sure his death wasn't in vain. Because at the end of the day it was not only the accident that killed him but the System

Identical twin brothers from Michigan who have been inseparable since birth are going to marry identical twin sisters in a joint ceremony and also move in together in the same two-bedroom apartment after the wedding.

The pair Zack and Nick Lewan, 24, and their future wives Krissie and Kassie Bevier, also 24 said they all do everything 'in twos' and that includes getting married.

According to the Jackson Citizen Patriot, Krissie and Zack and Kassie and Nick plan on tying the knot in back-to-back weddings this weekend. The couples will then share their reception on Saturday night before moving into their two-bedroom apartment to start their new lives.

Krissie and Zack's wedding will take place on August 3, the outlet reports. Kassie and Nick's on August 4.

I'm in disbelief sometimes of just how everything happened,' Nick told WILX-TV .

Krissie said it was important that she and her sister get their own wedding days as 'being a twin, you never get anything on your own'.

The couples also plan to spend a few days of their honeymoons separate. They will each travel to Florida four days apart to celebrate their weddings and only spend a few days at Disney World together.

According to the report, Kassie and Nick first met as students at Grand Valley State University four years ago. After things went on well for them, they brought their siblings along on their first date to a church service, and from there Krissie and Zack hit off immediately and started dating shortly after.

It was also reported that the twins who are so close even planned their engagements on the same day. Nick and Zack both popped the question to Krissie and Kassie last year during a family trip to the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn.

The singer took to Instagram to share the sad news, revealing that she passed away on Tuesday, July 31st.

A man has taken to twitter to narrate on how his neighbour who is also a pastor resorted to fighting him physically just because he decided to retaliate the evil he initially did.

According to the man, he usually comes home late and so he parks his car behind every other cars in the compound. So anytime this particular neighbour needs to leave for work in the morning, he comes to wake him and he always obliges.

So it now happened that one day, his neighbour's car was parked behind his car and he needed to leave. But surprisingly the pastor didn't respond when he went to call him to come move his car. He then decided not to make a fuss out of the situation and went out using an alternative.

Just the next day, the pastor needed to leave because his car was parked at the front and so went on to call the man. But remembering what the pastor did the day before, he decided to retaliate and that was how the scuffle began.

A man identified as Julius Nwode has butchered his father and 7 year old sister to death in a community in Ebonyi State on Sunday.

The 25 year old Julius reportedly killed his father, Nwode Nwignoaka after taking hard drugs, Premium Times reports.

The incident happened at Ifelemenu community, Ekpaomaka in Ikwo Local Government Area of the state.

According to an eyewitness, Julius went berserk killing his father and sister before attacking six other residents of the community who came to intervene in the matter.

He inflicted serious machete cuts on the six other residents of the area before he was later gunned down by a husband of one of the victims of his attack, a source said.

While the reason for his actions could not be ascertained, a source who did not want to be named, said the suspect had taken hard drugs when he came into the house.

An altercation reportedly occurred between him and his father who asked him where he had been.

“When he was attacking his father with machete, Julius’ sister came out and asked him why he was attacking their father. And he descended on her and macheted her to death after killing the father.

“Some neighbours who saw what happened came to the scene. Julius attacked about six of them with the machete. As he was leaving the area wielding the machete, a man called Peter whose wife was among those macheted, went inside his house, brought his gun and shot him and he died instantly,” he narrated.

The corpses of the victims have been deposited at the Federal Teaching Hospital Abakaliki while the injured are currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital in the state.

The spokesperson of the police in Ebonyi, Loveth Odah, confirmed the incident.

She, however, said Julius reportedly killed himself after killing his father and sister.

“The boy is about 25 years and he burns candle and reads some religious books. So he came home and attacked his father and seven years old sister with Axe and machete. Thereafter he killed himself,” she said

She said the police were still investigating the incident and she has not been properly briefed on the number of casualties.
