The sound is so annoying that I feel reluctant to apply breaks when needed. I ve changed the break pad, Drum, and Caliber but no changes. Pls car gurus, I need ur suggestions.

The engine stops turn off while driving and won't start again until after few minutes (Like 20 to 30 minutes), this have been happening constantly, I first thought it was fuel pump issue but the mechanic I went to said the fuel pump is working perfectly, that I should visit a rewire. I would really appreciate your comment.
