Call her for what? What is wrong with you, OP? If you were a lady now, NL boys would be shouting how women like money and fame. ![]() |
jawalis:There's nothing wrong in dreaming of a luxurious lifestyle but there's everything wrong with such a terrible crime. That guy defrauded people of their livelihood. He bought cars and jewellery with people's business capitals. Someone somewhere lost his hard earned money just for this guy to buy Gucci. Someone is depressed or even suicidal somewhere cause of him. Someone fell from grace to grass so that Hushpuppy can put on designers. People were out there working and he was lurking around waiting for the perfect time to steal the fruits of their labour. And your contribution is "nobody holy pass"? Dude, how can you be this heartless? |
babyfaceafrica:It's just a tribute. People write tributes to the dead everywhere. |
Sex is good for pregnant women but if she's not your wife, leave her alone. |
The problem is that we try try address an issue by always tackling one gender all the time. Every minute, a thread is created to call out girls and NL boys all gather to call them all sorts of names but at the end, it becomes a "we vs you" thing and it never yields any result. You'd be surprised by the progress the discussion will make when we start balancing out criticisms. For every action guys take, there's a a corresponding action from girls that caused it and for every action girls take, there's a corresponding action from guys that caused it. This is why it is always necessary to address both parties. For instance, it has become a trend for boys to call every girl they see ashawo. When a girl expresses interest in a guy online, her posts (or sometimes private messages) are brought here and people gather to call her names like destiny killer, hoe, dirty, gold digger, etc.. If you ask a girl out and she accepts immediately (probably cause she's been eyeing you before), you start wondering if that's how she easily falls for different men or maybe she just wants your money; generally her value becomes questionable. I know not all guys think this way but this is very common. As a result, it has become pertinent for ladies to protect thier image by doing the so called "hard to get" (which is ridiculous too). Point here is that you can't eliminate reaction if action is not addressed so the advice should go to both parties: Girls, stop playing hard to get, follow your hearts. Guys, don't look down on girls who accept you without stress or those who go out of their way to show interest in you. They are not necessarily easy girls, you might just be what they've been looking for. |
zera:You should have argued against her points instead of insulting her. |
brainhgeek:Lol... Ok |
Isn't this fake? I mean, how can Tinubu make such a self destructive statement ? |
Please, edit your title. The grammar is dizzying me. |
IamPlato:I've heard you o, inspiration detector. |
ojun50:Wickedness from who to who? ![]() |
Evilgenuis:But how many embassies do we have and how many "came under attack"? And how does that translate into most? Nawa o |
Playermayweda:It is a fan thing, bro. He didn't say he was looking for a relationship. Men seek both older and younger women every now and then, why can't women? Let's stop putting people in a box and trying to define what and how they should do to be acceptable by society. |
IamPlato:They never claimed to be in love nah... it was just a game. ![]() |
They are sweating... ![]() |
themaestro08:Hahaha... stay there and be doing alpha, simp and women analysis. ![]() |
Chukwudiajibo:Because she still loves you nah. When a guys does the same thing, we say the lady should take him back cause sex is different from love. Now, it's a lady and you're not having it. Oga, if she's still pleading after two years, she loves you. |
These are the youths that want to take over the leadership of Nigeria. Lol. ![]() |
Ezennwa:'Strange' is far reaching. I'll settle for 'fascinating'. Teach me. |
DropsMic:Nairaland is a forum. The developers don't manufacture contents. Whatever you see on it is reflection of the trends in the country and presently, politics is trending. |

How do you create empty posts? |
This is good news... but it also confirms my thoughts. Regardless of the number is criminals caught, provided a Nigerian involved, the title would still be "one Nigerian and 15/12/etc. others caught.....". The Nigerian must be highlighted cause it's the trend that's gain traction for the news outlets. |
They are beautiful! |
needanswer:Yeah |
needanswer:You are right. But we don't reall know how an Igbo man will fare until he's given the chance. They may do better, they may take it as a chance to undo all the wrongs done to them, they may be worse than others, etc. But like I said, everyone deserves a chance to show what they have to offer. I'm off to the grocery store. It's been nice having this chat. Good night! |
needanswer:Like you said, the idea of different groups being possible sources of credible candidates; major or minor. |
