The best friend of my friend married his only sister.

They dated for years without their knowledge, until the
day the guy and his family came formally to seek my friend's sister's
hand in marriage.

Today, they are happily married with kids! And for the fact that he
married his best friend's younger sister, he treats her with the best
any man could give to his wife, at least, for his friend's sake.

You can still dialogue with her again. Let her know how much you love your in-laws.
Tell her you're of the opinion that she should be prudent in her spendings in order for
both of you to save hard for the future, especially for the children's education and
upbringing.

Tell her words in such a way that she'll naturally realize that whatever you're saying
is not because you hate her family, but because of how much you love her and the kids.
And how your desire is that you two will be so financially stable in the nearest future that
taking care of her whole family wouldn't be a big deal afterall.

If she is a wise woman, she'll reason with you. The book of Proverbs Chapter 14 vs 1 says:
"The wise woman builds her house, But the foolish tears it down with her own hands".

But taking a second wife? Don't try that, bros. That is if you really want to live long.
Managing one is not easy, then tell me how you'll cope when they become two?

Matthew briggs: I can't fall in love. I think maybe due to my deep understanding of what love really means. Love is not sometime you fall into, It's something you grow into.

The highest that has ever happened to me is me crushing, been attracted to a persona, fancying or liking someone. But I never make the mistake of thinking I am in love because my friend Love for me is really a strong word.

I like your type. Nigerians use the word 'Love' so indiscriminately that I no longer believe geniune love exists.
I belong to the School that believes you've to 'say it only when you mean it'. I am always sceptical when someone tells me I love you,
simply because people have misused that word that supposed to uplift our spirit and make us feel loved.
They say 'I love you' when they meant to say 'I lust for you'.

I watched the live broadcast from channel 199 (on DSTV) on MADIBA LIVE and I am still on the channel as I type. President Jonathan was the only President that was enormously acknowledged by the press, numbering about 10 to 15 as soon as he stepped into the arena. But with other Presidents, what I saw was just about 3 to 4 pressmen.
Nigeria was duly recognized and there was an ovation when Jonathan arrived.

Yes, Nigeria might be corrupt, but Nigeria still remain Nigeria and I am very proud to be a Nigerian. My sincere prayer for this great
Nation is that one day, Nigeria will rise again to fall no more and all the years the locusts, caterpillars and cankerworms in politics have eaten,
will be divinely restored in multiplefolds. And we'll regain our rightful place as The Giant of Africa!

Please instead of running our country down, let us continously lift it up to God in prayers and in our attitude.

Working as a sales person requires a lot of drive, patience and determination.
It's not always easy trying to persuade people to buy your products and
services, but those I pity most are those sales personnel from the
Insurance Companies. They oftentimes behave like the Jehovah's Witnesses!
They hardly give up!

Yes he is.

1. When my hand itches me, it means someone wants to give me monetary gift.
2. When my eyes itch me, it means I want to see somebody I haven't seen for a very long time or something special.
3. When you prepare to go out and you keep on coming back to the house to pick one item or the other that you forgot, it implies a visitor is on his/her way to your house.

Funny enough, I still believe Numbers 1 & 3 because I still experience it till date.

Oh! I could remember those days as a child, when I will go with my mum to UNTH, Enugu.
Those lovely angels on white walking so fast from ward to ward with a shiny
silver plate (or whatever it is called) in their hands!

The white got me so attracted to medical profession that I aimed to be like them someday.
Until I had injection absess, as a child, no matter how much mum & dad tried, I never got well of any slight headache unless
I have been given an injection. That was how much I love medicine.

I desired to be a Doctor. My love for that profession made me read Pure Science in Secondary
School. Just when I thought I'ld realize my dreams I lost that father who was willing to see
me through any level of education, then struggle began.

But I thank God for who He has made me to be today, cos He is the Only One that knows
the ending from the beginning.

When will they stop painting us black in the eyes of the whole world?

When will they stop tarnishing our beautiful image by respecting themselves
in and out of the shores of this great nation, Nigeria?

Why are they making things so difficult for the youths of this country.

Please if and when the Isreali authority gets hold of any of them, they
should be made to pay for causing us so much embarrasment!
