It is a Citizens right to report ANY MATTER to the Police.
It is the duty of the Police to DECIDE if that matter is within their jurisdiction.
We should not also forget that a matter that starts as "Civil", might quickly degenerate to a Criminal matter and as long as the Police has a Duty to maintain "Law and Order", they can intervene in ANY MATTER that threatens Law and Order or "liable" to cause Breach of Public Peace.
A "Debt" cab also be a criminal matter, depending on how the Debt came about.
If you "obtained someone by trickery", you are owing the said person by the amount you defrauded him but under EFFC Act, that is a Criminal offense and the Police/EFCC Officers will surely drag the 'Debtor'/

If the Creditor starts dragging the Man that owes him and the Police feels it is liable to cause a breach of public Peace, the Police can intervene, ask the Debtor to py up or make arrest, all in an effort to maintain "Law and Order".

I think the person who started this thread is trying to send a message out, that the person(s) his is owing, cant arrest him with Police or use the Police to make him pay them.
Infact, when l bring two crazy red-hat Soldiers to your door, you will cough out my money instantly because those ones will beat you to supor and then detain you at Barracks, till your people pay the Debt and incidenta expenses join.

Most multinational cooperates utilize it in protecting important personnel on zones known as high risk.

In addition to that foreign countries utilize it on Nigeria soil at high frequency.

One serial offender is a very big communist country.

The signatures captured by a counter device shows big spike in what we call unique signal. The unique signals are evidence of high level signals intelligence taking place.

I was able to crack one case of fraud to the tune of 11million naira 3 years ago and the suspect was traced to a cell tower in a village near Umuahia, Abia state, before we now involve the police to finish the job,and all the money was recovered.

If you've got an android phone and you had location switched on and a google account on ot then you can use find my android to locate it.

If you've got an apple phone and you have find my iphone active then you can use find your device by logging into your iCloud account on any PC or mac.

Your best bet would be to lock it and put a message than anyone who finds it should call a number.

I'd like u to understand this issue is beyond Dangote. Its surprising really no one here is bashing the governmental system that connive to make all these thrive. Its not only cement, every other aspect.The system thrives by under developing its own citizens. Placing myriads of limitations before aspirations, the believe that a pauperized citizenry is more manageable. The fear that citizens could turn their capabilities against the government.

This has happened to me too, Some people are careless, I also had a very bad experience with someone changing the brake pad to my RRS and removed the bleeding screw,I slept shagamu for one night, it was leJeun3 and superrescue it would have been two days cos of someone not doing their job properly
