What anti-termite treatments are available in Nigeria that actually work?

I've heard of condemned engine oil and kerosene.

Do those work?

Whatever works how long before it needs to be reapplied?

Thanks in advance.

Suing Access Bank will be futile because in this case you cannot kill the messenger

It’s CBN that secured a court order. They’ll have more grounds for a case if they sued CBN
Sue Access Bank, join CBN

In any case they can win for the restriction secured ahead of the court order, the CBN acted ultra vires

I have friends that the CBN uses to secure court orders for this purpose, the CBN knows the correct thing. The CBN was simply being political here.

Osamabinla:
Very funny country

First, it was the soldiers who denied involvement in the lekki shooting. They even went as far as going to Twitter to label it Fake News. Later when the pressure was too much, they began confessing that Lagos State Government sent them meanwhile the same Lagos state Government who sent the Soldiers to Lekki also denied knowing anything claiming it was powers beyond their control while those in Abuja said they were hoodlums disguised in military uniform.

LCC too who initially claimed they had a clear footage of all the happenings at Lekki toll that night came out to say their camera stopped working at 8pm because Ikoyi toll that got burnt that same night. How on earth is that ? Lies

The lady that was arrested by immigration and had her name on the no-fly list. Immigration officials initially denied the arrest. Later they admitted and have now lied again that the arrest had nothing to do with the endsars protests meanwhile they have a long list of people involved in the endsars protests included on that no-fly list.

Now CBN officials have totally denied blocking peoples accounts involved in the protests. They said the public should disregard it that it is fake news. They said they don't know anything about it. However some smart dudes have gone ahead to sniff out the truth showing it was the CBN Governor who indeed got a court order to block the accounts for whatever reasons known to him.

The question is why do all these Government officials lie? They will stab you at the back and claim they know nothing about it that Infact they were never at the scene and its the handiwork of their opposition who are bent on dragging them down.

The mother of them all. They want to start regulating social media after Liar Mohammed denied involvement in the hate speech bill meanwhile he was the one who actually sponsored the bill. What a country!!!

There is a high likelihood that the CBN will link the account closure to terrorist financing. Yes. For this kind of case to be won, people involved need very sound and very senior lawyers like a "SAN" to rep them. CBN has some new anti terrorism financing acts/laws which alot of people are not aware of.

Owners of the account need to be able to proof they know the source of every kobo that entered their account including those who sent the monies during the said time frame which I doubt they will be able to do. Most of the monies came in from random and good spirited people while some may have ulterior motives tho.

CBN anti terrorism act doesn't permit using your personal account to fund protest of any kind whether peaceful or violent in Nigeria. There are a lot of hidden rules alot of people don't know.

Bottom line, those guys need a very very very sound lawyer to win that case.

And for this generation, we need to be way more smarter. Bitcoin and smart wallets are the way to go. When posting things online. Start adopting the use of private VPN that can't be easily traced. Do not use your real name or email in public. To capture public events of this nature, make use of drones. Don't store video that can implicate you on your phone. Save all your files in the cloud and ensure its very secured and untraceable at least in this country. #BESMARTER

We sued GTBank and won and got paid for them doing such nonsense! Surely you won’t get the 100m but you will 100% win the case.

The judicial precedent is GTB PLC V ADEDAMOLA (2019) 5 NWLR 30 AT 43 PAR E-F: Before freezing customer's account or placing any form of restriction on any bank account, the bank must be satisfied that there is an order of court.
4,000,000 Naira as damages
500,000 Naira as cost of the action

Pecuman:
It's has come to my knowledge that the army and DSS and the BSO are trying hard to find a Scape goat to blame.
Thet are frantically looking for people to tagg they wanna turn the truth on its head.

These organizations have media rooms whose sole aim is to pollute the social media with satanic agenda and in the process sow discord and mistrust and division and state sponsored chaos.

In this case they have always used the igbos as their punch bag.

Immediately after the lekki tollgate shooting ,the state(federal) ordered their media dogs to commence social engineering tactics targeting the igbos .
I followed the trend on all platforms .I am a social engineer too.
I saw the way a single individual with 200 accounts on various social media platform ,bearing hausa fulani names and working for the state(federal) started posting unsubstantiated accusations ,blaming the igbos for the attack on the palace of the oba of Lagos.
Then that same individual, switched to a Yoruba name ,and started supporting the hausa fulani accounts who made the spurious accusations .

I watched as the fake news gained currency . Then others cane in too , same set trolls, e-rats and BOTs, but this time I greater numbers .
They invaded Naira land, tweeter, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp groups ,telegram and the comment sections of YouTube videos.

They kept pushing fake news . This social engineering agenda is sponsored by the state (federal) And that makes this greatly silly and worrisome .

Again they threw up another fake news ,that nnamdi kanu ordered Yoruba properties be destroyed .BUT THE MAN CAME OUT SWIFTLY TO DEBUNK THEIR FLIMSY ACCUSATIONS. In social engineering, you have to immediately debunk fake news peddled against you else it gains momentum and looks like the truth to the gullible readers .

And then the troll and e-rats and BOTs who are individuals with multiple accounts across several socia media platforms , started to cook up another narrative.
They skillfully pointed out some Igbo dominated markets in Lagos and asked why they weren't destroyed !! I am a social engineer too.but when I saw this one, I was shocked at the lenght the state (federal) to stereotype a whole tribe just to cause division and sow discord.

They have forgotten that most of the shops they were burgled in surulere were Igbo owned . They have also forgotten that most of the well stocked shops inside ShopRite are also Igbo owned .

Just to let you know that as it this morning , over 4 ShopRite malls have been looted dry and also one spar mall have also been looted dry.

These troll , e-rats and BOTs working with multiple accounts and bearing hausa fulani names and don't forget they also switch to Yoruba names when the wanna sow discord in the south . But the maintain the northern names when they wanna praise buhari and the Nigerian military.
These trolls are the real enemy of Nigeria .

PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI ALSO PLAYED THE ETHNIC CARD IN HIS SPEECH. DID ANY OF YOU NOTICE IT?

HE WAS AFTER APPEASING THE DISGRACED OBA OF LAGOS , BUT HE FORGOT THE FRESHLY MURDERED 22 INNOCENT SOULS IN ZAMFARA, A MURDER THAT HAPPENED BARELY 10HRS BEFORE HIS RECORDED BROADCAST.
HE FORGOT TO MENTION THE #LEKKIMASSACRE.

WELL I just wanna advice you guys to thoroughly sieve through what you read online ,else you will have your sanity stolen by these government sponsored fake news purveyors.

Despirado121:
Minister of State, Labour and Employment Festus Keyamo has called on the police to release the videographer behind the video which sparked the latest outrage against the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), Igbere TV reports.

Nicholas Makolomi was reportedly arrested on Monday at an undisclosed location in Ughelli, Delta State by detectives.

Last weekend, Mr Makolomi released a video of persons which many believed to be SARS operatives shooting an unarmed man near a hotel. The police countered the claims.

The video led to a mob attack on an off-duty SARS operative Ohwovwiogor Fidelis at the Ughelli central garage axis. He survived the attack.

On Wednesday, Igbere TV reports that Mr Keyamo urged the police to release Makolomi and drop all charges against him.

https://twitter.com/fkeyamo/status/1313713271934005248?s=19

Keyamo had on Sunday denied that SARS operatives killed a man in Delta – his home state.

The minister said he spoke with the Delta police commissioner, area commander in Ughelli and brother of the alleged victim who confirmed nobody died.

He said the outfit involved in the case was Operation Delta Safe and not SARS.

I saw a Hyundai Sonata 2012 online and I liked the car so I called the seller and arranged for someone I know who is a driver he drives from Warri where I reside to Lagos every day so I told him to help me check out the car, since he’s a driver he should know about cars. So he got there checked the car and told me it is a perfect car that I should pay so I paid and he brought it to me.
When the car got home I started it and immediately I told him I don’t like the sound of the engine that it is too loud and he said it is fine I shouldn’t worry that’s how the car is.
When I drove it I discovered all the bearings on four legs were bad so I changed them the next day, and did lots of maintenance on it.
Fast forward exactly one week later which is yesterday I started hearing a metallic sound from the engine while I was driving so I quickly rushed to park the car. On calling a mechanic this morning he said the it is crankshaft and connecting rod noise that they have to dismantle the engine and change them or he’ll advise me to buy a new engine that if they repair the one on it it wouldn’t last at all.
I am here regretting my life who sent me to buy this car!
Car is in Warri.

Warri is close to Benin.

Reach out to Sata Motors in Benin City.

Either arrange for them to see the vehicle or tow the vehicle to them to determine the real issue before going ahead.

At this point without a physical inspection, everything is conjecture.

Naturally, when religions are woven intricately into the fabric of politics, disaster would always happen. And this can be proven well by Christianity which was a highly peaceful and persecuted faith only to become a powerhouse, and then some people began to use it as a tool of oppression.

However, Christians by themselves undid the errors of polluting Christianity with politics by forcing a separation of state and the church, and Christianity went back to sanity and could once more became an outreach faith. This change was led by Christians and not outsiders!

The problem with Islam is that it has always been designed to be a state powered religion because it's proponents understand that reason and logic are the greatest threats to its existence.

Islam is the major threat this world faces at this moment. We in Africa understand it, the Asians understand it. I hope the West don't understand it too late.

How's everyone doing?

This thread has been silent for a while.

Hope this post jerks it to life lol.

I got a remote cyber security job interview on Monday.

I need to clinch this job to hedge against the continuous fall of the Naira.

How do I ace this interview?

Thanks in advance.

So far I have been using LinkedIn Interview preparation videos and sample responses.

Openbusiness4:
I can't even remember the last time I asked any girl out. Because I have been there, done that, been in and out of "boot--y camp" and paid my dues. Wooing is like a solitaire game, if you know how to arrange your cards well, everything else will work in your favor without stress. Forget about the timer, even if you get the highest score possible, Microsoft won't pay you for it. Same thing with women, stay calm, no need to rush, there's no medal for being the first to date her or the last to eat her cookie jar. Just be yourself, have normal conversations like you would with any of your guys, fun and witty convos with a pinch of friendly insults here and there grin and an occasional mix of gtfoh gfy whenever needed. Be firm, be flexible, be sensitive but NO ass licking. Be scarce from time to time leave her message hanging. Read don't reply, and when she asks why tell her I had other important stuff to do. Yes ooo, learn to vex her from time to time. Don't be like those mumu guys that are always stressing their lives trying to make her happy 24/7. Stress her life, vex her, annoy her, drive her crazy with your i don't care attitude, make her feel like she wanna bite your head off, be the guy that is her naughty troublemaker and favorite happy hour at the same time. That back and forth swing from nice and mean, nice and mean is what gets her hooked to you like drugs. Women like excitement and nothing is as exciting to a woman as having mood swings, they just don't like staying on one energy level for too long, they like to swing from one mood to another; and if you know how to push her mood swings, you have won her already. And always have it in mind before you engage any girl that you can't date every woman, you can't win them all, no matter how smart, funny, cute, rich, handsome, eloquent or whatever, you can't date all of them. So don't put pressure on yourself. Ticket wey go cut go cut, ticket wey go cash out go cash out. Just do you and let the natural energy of your positivity filter out which girl is worth your attention and desire, and you won't have to suffocate your life juz u wana get laid or have a trophy girlfriend to show off with. Nobody cares mehnnn. Just b yourself and the right girl for you will like u for who u are. Any other way, na trade by barter, money in exchange for sex, stress and pain in exchange for fake love. My hand no dey dah wan ohhhh...

And one more thing guys, when chatting with a woman u wanna woo, pls an plsssssssss, dunt be one of those mumu guys that treat her like an angel from heaven oh!!! U have lost be war before u even enta d battle field be dat. U know those guys na, Mr complimentary, abi na complimenter..... always complimenting, always saying nice tins, ur fine, ur too pretty, everytime abou u is perfect, I like ur smile, I like ur shoes, l like dis, I like dat, hope u slept well, hope ur dream was lovely etc, d mumu guy dat always agrees wit her on everything. Lemme tell u, u don push ursef enta friendzone automatically b dat, in fact from friendzone, u go enta ghosting zone where she wee start avoiding u, ur calls and ur chat. She will read and reply 2 days afta or not reply at all. And when u lick her ass more and more, u wee finally enta Blockedzone, as d Mumu in Chief she wants nutin to do with grin. So don't follow dat way at all. If u must compliment her, neva do it directly. instead of telling her she is smart or intelligent, tell her ur own grandmother was a very smart woman and she reminds u of her once in a while, and watch how she wee be vibrating upandan to show an proof to u how smart she is grin, na d simple trick be dat. Then most importantly, u be a mirror ohhhh wen texting. If she reply with short texts, reply her with a shorter text. If she drops K, drop ur own ohhhh. Don't be d mumu guy dat has a convo with her like dis:

Guy: baby good morning, how was your night, hope u slept well. Just wanna check up on u. What are you doing to day?

Girl: nothing! Thx

Guy. Ok, well, I saw your dp, u look so beautiful, I like ur smile. God really spent time to create u. You're so special

Girl: thank u

Guy: hhjjkkksklsppdpodmddbsislslsksolsmzjuzb hsjksoeoosooeodkmkddduud usiisoso suisidkididosososos (***another marathon message***)

Girl: K

Guy: iisoslppspdp idodoopddllddo isoeooekdkdhdu jsjsjskkkdl udodlppdpdp hsjsjdiododld usjsieoosdhdv
Jsjsiosod9do 8r90rpldo ud99epedl usual sud80e0dg ushsjsiisu usisslppsoshz hsus9osls ususidido

Girl: Yes

Mtchwwwwwww!!! Neva ever be dis mumu guy up here ok?
Never text or chat a woman like dis. U gotta text her like a mirror, tit for tat

Guy: hey, wassup?

Girl: nothing

Guy: and?

Girl: and what?

Guy: nothing

Girl: ok

Guy: get a job

Girl: huh?

Guy: lazy ass

Girl: am not lazy. Why would I call me lazy?

Guy: lazy people say "nothing" when u ask them wassup

Girl: lol, am actually reading a novel, bla bla bla, then I want to cook and yen yen yen, cho cho cho............

Daz aw u engage a convo! From der her mouth go turn to tap, na she go dey type long messages. Just b giving her short and witty, or simple and proportionate to d amount of text she is giving u, don't get carried away and start dropping long epistles or she will withdraw an start giving u K, yes, no short one word replies again, from der u go enta ghosting zone................. Daz all for d class grin
