That source is lying. Those are a tool used by opposition to dicredit the ANC. Our villages combined together have a population of less than 10 million and over 80% have since urbanised. All (100%) our townships across SA including over 80% of our villages have been electrified and have clean running water.

Nigeria has got a pool of professors both muslim and christian who can be utilised to investigate the neutral system of governance which can be employed to favour both islam and christian and put the matter to rest once and for all.
