His character may have been questionable before this incidence for him to have been a suspect. I always tell people, your integrity in all situation should be able to set you apart. There are things that would happen in an organization and there are certain kind of people that would never be fingered or assumed culpable. But there are certainly that group of people/person that are usually viewed with suspicion. He may have been part of the later. |
Contractors and events managers cashing out big time in this political season. I want to be part of the two political parties campaign team. Lots of money and vehicles would be shared at the end. |
Vanpascore:He would recoup his money before he leaves. That's the game. I am sure he is aware that he may not survive this. He didn't get his act together. I hope he is not that daft. |
Mehn, I want to join campaign train of any of the big four. Possibly, Atiku or Tinubu. |
As the national leader of your party and the ruling party, please show them the way. Tell the current leadership of your party the strategies. Things are becoming so difficult, expensive and unbearable for Nigerians. Tinubu, since you know the way to prosperity, please, cut soap for Buhari, abeg. The Level of poverty I see these days in Nigeria is worrisome. Unemployment level has reached an all time high level. Relatives, nieces, nephews and street people are all on my neck for non existent jobs. I could only look and feel pity. I will do the best I could but being unemployed in Nigeria at the moment could be the worst trauma anyone could possibly experience. |
He should just respect himself and stay there. I don't know why SE based priests always feel powerful before their diocesan Bishops. Is it because of the crowd they pull during their crusades and adoration?? I wished he was under Cardinal Okogie of Lagos arch diocese. |
gypsey:Correct!! But outside, everything seems normal and working for them. You will be shocked when you hear their daily emotional struggles. |
All these geniuses could be weird sometimes. Their private lives are so hidden that you hardly knew their inner lives and challenges. |
Protracted sickness and joblessness |
See Atiku ![]() |
She seems happier than the man though. ![]() Just like the way my wife was much happier and smiling than me in all wedding pictures |
MT:I was shocked when I watched the British parliamentary session, where that immigration woman was ranting. I feel for education migrants in the next five to eight years. People should start devising means of beating the system legally to stay back after their studies. Me and you know that 99% of Nigerians that travels to UK for studies have intention of staying permanently and some have brought their families as well on dependent visas. My people, please try and be a step ahead of the British system in the legal way. This conservative government is ready to put education migrants in dilemma in the next five years to come with unfavorable migration policies. |
I love this. People should be allowed to make their own decisions. No intimidation. Tinubu should be allowed to campaign freely and solicit for votes in any part of SE. Likewise, Peter Obi should be free to campaign and solicit for votes in any part of SW. I love what I saw in Ibadan and Abakiliki. Whether the crowds were rented or not is nobody's business. Level playing field is all we want. |
To even reason am that it was in his State, Delta state that the Southern Governors took the decision that power must come down to South. Now, the architect of that power shift is the one pushing for power to still be retained in the North. Politicians are all serving their own personal interest. People are here hailing Wike and insulting Atiku. Atiku is still a very disciplined politician. He made it clear that if power should come to south, it should go to SE. If PDP agrees to that, he would drop his ambition. That was the statement from Atiku. But Wike refused, insisting that it should be an open contest because he was interested. He was soundly defeated by Atiku and he immediately became the defender of the Southern region. They are all working for their own personal interest. |
MALIGNANTGuest:Even though I am a staunch catholic, I was not pained by your comment. This is exactly what is happening in our society. The church has been sold out. The rich can hire the priest at short notice but if you are poor, you have to book them through the parish office and be on the queue |
The way we squander overseas grants and donor funds in this country ehh |
Nawa o! So the woman even senior Tinubu ![]() |
Even though I admire greatly, honestly, the woman is fast aging. That position does not fit her again. WTO requires energetic and cerebral person. Just like Adesina of AFDB, Benedic Okey Orama of Afrexim or the President of the European Union, Ursula Van Dayen. |
Mehn, the stress of the campaign is really telling on Peter Obi. You could see it in his face and skin. Wishing him all the best. Nigerians should give him a chance. |
So sad! Lots of children in Nigeria do not know what it means to be a child. They have been robbed of their childhood. I see lots of hopelessness on the Nigerian streets. |
Is the N30m for the building or the cost of buying just one flat in the building? |
Money wey this US get no be here. I wished I could be one of the training facilitators for this exercise. Please o, the money should not be disbursed to INEC. US should partner with them and be in charge of disbursement. USAID is there to support the US government with programming and allocation of resources. |
As the national leader of his party, why is his party not implementing all these promises he has been making? He has access to the president and the national economic council, including the various ministers incharge of different portfolios to advise them. Anyway, what do I know? |
I have completely stopped driving my car in Lagos except if I am going to see an important client, taking my family out or going to church with them. Anything outside these activities, I take public transport. The stress of driving itself, Lastma wahala and uncertainties of Lagos traffic have all conspired to make personal driving a nightmare in Lagos. |
Insecurity everywhere May God protect those that will be travelling by road to their various destination during the xmas period. Amen |
Honestly, I go like see how Ekweremadu looks like in remand home, probably in uniform. This thing supposed don humble the man. Na the doctor I pity pass. |
ImaIma1:Noted. But I will never agree to my 4 year old child being put in primary 2. In Canada, most 5 year Olds are just starting the elementary school. There is nothing like holding back. A star will always be a star when the times comes. I still stand on my initial position on this matter |
10 years and in J.S 2 ![]() I don't know why parents in Nigeria push their kids to skip levels in their education. Where are we rushing them? My daughter is eight years and in primary 4 and doing very well. She must be well rounded and up to 11 or 12 before proceeding to secondary, J.S 1 My son is seven and in primary 3. He was given double promotion but I told the proprietress that he must do primary 3 instead of moving him from primary two to four. Two of them must do primary six and be between 11 and 12 years before entering J.S.S 1. There is no rushing. Slow and steady gets you there. Nigerian parents would want their kids to be 14 years and done with secondary school. Just get him a private school teacher and let him make friends with good pupils in your neighborhood and in the same class with him so that they study together. His age is not the age of getting a mentor. He should mingle more with his age mates and do assignments together with them. |
I had to turn down an international NGO job that would have paid well if I had agreed to stay in that region. I earlier thought I would be based in Abuja after the interview. But they said, due to operational reasons, they have shifted the role to be based in Dikwa with regular visits to Damboa and Maiduguri. The pay no gree me resist the offer but my wife and mum no simply gree. I had to decline the role. Nice exposure bro. |
Very funny. This Ngige stubborn sha ![]() But I somehow like what the FG did. It fit ASUU well You want to be paid for work not done. Typical Nigerian mentality |
Tinubuagbado:Very stupid comment!! You and the person you quoted are plain stupid. Who told you that yorubas are your enemy You guys are just too dumb for my liking. Castigating a whole tribe of people!! |
