twoondei:Don't think it will pass on to them cos they just have to Google it |
I must say I agree with some of your points but I disagree with some, have seen brethren fighting over Bible quiz competition, if anyone will indulge in sequel immorality on excursions, such person will do say during night vigil and evangelism outreach, it is not about the events, it is about the life they chose to live. I noticed something in my fellowship while on campus, anytime we have anything to do that involves cooking and eating, we tend to get close and free with each other. The jokes, laughter and fun we had somehow strengthen the bond of unity. Somethings are not bad on there own, but check d lives of people involved. We are indeed spiritual person, but we still have a soul and lives in a body, hence d need for entertainment and relaxation and I think it is better to get these from the church than from the outside. |
Most people who reject such women don't really know the long term implication, most especially if they transfer d rejection to d child when he is born. The child will grow up seeing people hating him, making the society look unfair cos he hasn't done anything to warrant such, such kids tend to turn against the society and become hardened criminals. I just pray God send relieve and love to this woman and other women facing this type of challenge. |
Lol. Like seriously? So funny. But dey suppose put like 6 candles on top d rice now. Plus where stew? |
“Personal interest must not override that of the party that beget you. “Personal interest must not override that of the party that beget you. “Personal interest must not override that of the party that beget you. just wondering how APC beget Bukky, if any party beget him, PDP should take that credit. he used APC to achieve his aim, and he just succeeded. |
this I think is one of the disadvantages of long courtship, getting into a relationship when u know u can't get married in like 4-5 years have huge disadvantages, d guy tend to get so use to u that he takes u for granted, some believe u can't leave them after so many years. I think whatever u do, first sit down and count d cost, forget about what people will say, they will always talk, it is ur life. I also think u need to still talk to him, let him no waiting for him is not d problem but u need to know what u are waiting for, of cause he will get angry, that's d weapon he has been using against u, he will just flare up and u will stop talking, but don't be intimidated this time, insist on knowing watxup, if he cares for u at all, he will talk to u. and from his response, make your decision . |
the govt can't pay salary cos allocation was reduced but how many of his commissioners and SAs is he owing? the people collecting huge salaries are being paid but those collecting stipends are being denied their pay for seven months, let Aregbe continue, people are suffering today, but he will see those he love suffer tomorrow |
Onemansquad:that can still happen in ur dream lolx |
Former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu was once poisoned in the course of his duties as anti-corruption czar, former President Olusegun Obasanjo has revealed. Obasanjo, who spoke at an international forum on 3rd Tana High Level Forum on Security in Africa in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, yesterday, also disclosed that Ribadu created enemies for him because of the ruthlessness with which he carried out his responsibilities of tackling corruption in Nigeria. Obasanjo, who spoke from the floor following a presentation on Illicit Financial Flow and Governance of Natural Resources made by Ribadu, affirmed that he had known from experience that the fight against corruption attracts a lot of enemies. The former President declared that he has no fear of anyone still living in Nigeria, adding “it is rather them that fear me.” Saying that Ribadu took on a lot of highly connected persons in his fight against corruption, Obasanjo said that the former anti-corruption chief was once poisoned, causing a scare among concerned quarters. “It was a matter of life and death,” the former president said, though further details of the incidence were not given. Obasanjo said that once Ribadu was appointed, he gave him a free hand and that Ribadu investigated him, his late wife and several persons close to him at that time. He also narrated a story of how a serving minister, who was his senior in secondary school, was indicted and prosecuted by the EFCC, adding that when the minister was found wanting “there was no issue of seniority again.” On leadership Obasanjo, who is also the chairperson of the Tana Forum, re-echoed Ribadu’s submission that at the centre of anti-corruption fight there was the need for willing political leadership at the highest level. He, however, added that the leader also needs relevant legislations to work with, narrating his experience with the bill establishing ICPC which, he said, was whittled down by lawmakers, who felt they could be victims of the law. In his remarks, the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Hailemariam Desalegn, thanked Ribadu for his presentation, which, he said, highlighted many good things about Nigeria different from what is portrayed in the media. In his presentation, Ribadu offered measures African countries can take to tackle illicit financial flow and repatriate money already illegally taken out of the African countries. He said what Africa needs is honest and committed leaders who will set examples with themselves by eschewing corruption and close avenues of illicit financial flow. According to him, it is the seriousness and commitment showed by the political leadership that will convince other foreign countries to work with them towards recovering looted monies stashed abroad. Ribadu also emphasised the need for concerted effort among countries and a synergy between law enforcement agencies so that looters could be caught. – Via Vanguard source: thesheet.ng/aah-obasanjo-makes-stunning-revelations-on-ribadu-you-need-to-see-what-he-said/

Eureka123:well, thank God there is no such day, so u may need to perfect d slap on a table lolx |
Eureka123:like seriously? |
Here is a question, if tomorrow is declared the world 'get real day', that is, a day when u can do anything u wish without anyone, no family, no friends, or a bf/gf judging or criticizing u, what will u love to do. |
this remind me of d situation in kwara state. simply put, Tinubu is 'his Excellency' while Ambode is just d governor... |
God said he will make Cain a wanderer as a punishment for his sin, Cain complained someone may see him and kill him, now who was Cain afraid of since they were just 3 on d earth and he will b going to a distant land? d answers to these questions are not far fetched, but we first must understand that d bible was not written in these generation neither was it written by a Nigerian. back then, people lived really long, not like today where we celebrate it where it so unusual to see someone clock 150 years. the bible did not specify the time Cain got married, so it couldn't have been immediately, plus he was a cursed wanderer, so he couldn't have married immediately he left the presence of God. so he married his Sis |
I think where d president and his vice are living or operating from is not that important at d moment. if Nigerians have been seeing change as promised, don't think that will b an issue. wait o, like he need to settle down in d villa before declaring his assets? I don't see any big deal with the gap in d age, but I think the girl is way too small for u. ans this: can u follow this girl home to be introduced to her parents as her boyfriend or whatever u guys have going is a secret? cos I don't think any parent will b happy their girl is dating a 28 year old. forget about the physique and intelligence, they can't substitute maturity which come by experience and age, pls let this girl be. at 16, she doesn't even know herself talkless of knowing what she wants. and u may not b going for her pants now, but one thing do lead to another. |
I think there maybe personal reasons Aishat wasn't present at the dinner, but if the reason have to do with religious believe about role of women, I will be disappointed cos that will b a great hypocrisy. why allow d woman to go round the country to campaign but ban her from attending public outings after winning? doesn't make sense |
there is a rev sis like that here in my LG, though she dressed like the rest of us when we were on camp, she doesn't wear nysc uniform during CDS, guess they allowed her |
pls send to FolukemiJs@gmail.com |
ddaammyy:I so agree, especially if the network is faster in that toilet than in other places in dat place |

well, I have an idea o. let GMB book an appointment with GEJ next week, when going, he should go with a list of prepared questions and a big note book and at least 2 ball pen, in case one fail to work. then he should start asking questions, esp on how GEJ has been able to deal with security, power, and education probs in d country. lolz. :Dwell, I have an idea o. let GMB book an appointment with GEJ next week, when going, he should go with a list of prepared questions and a big note book and at least 2 ball pen, in case one fail to work. then he should start asking questions, esp on how GEJ has been able to deal with security, power, and education probs in d country. lolz. |
concerning Pastors in politics: I can't say whether it is right or wrong, but i have questions that may help me decide. 1. Pastor Adeboye for example said he won't stop any pastor from joining politics but such pastor must first resign. now d question is, as a pastor, were u appointed or called? if called, what is the weight of your calling? now, it is easy to terminate an appointment, but is it that easy to end one's calling and ministry? considering that the bible says His gifts and calling are without repentance. 2. in the old testament, during the time of the Judges, it was God who raise a Judge who acts as but a spiritual and political head, but after Israel demanded for a King, the King became the political head while the Chief priest (and a prophet or seer) holds d political fort. can't remember a place a priest tried to take over the political office, King Uzziah however tried to handle d spiritual part but he ended up with leprosy, Saul tried it too, he was punished for it. looking at most countries in the world, the head of state, president, whatever name we call it stands in the political office, either chosen or imposed, now, should a pastor who is suppose to hold d spiritual fort switch to political? can we say that is actually the mind of God, scripturally speaking, sentiments apart? |

some comments on this post actually reveal why she decided to change her skin colour. think lot of us don't really understand what beauty is all about. have met dudes I was attracted to, but relating with them later on, d attraction was wiped off my face so much that I wondered what d point of attraction was, d cute dude all of a sudden looked ugly becos of wrong attitude. most women like d dude black, lotta guys like the girl fair, that tells that something is wrong somewhere. d bottomline is to love who u are, if can't accept u, others will not. |
don't just do things for that special person cos u like those things, he/she is not you so it is normal that u fancy different things. for example, advertisers don't just dont send messages cos they think it is cool, they make research, that is how they will know the type if message to send, when to send it, and how to send it to make the message effective. if that person is indeed special, take out a lil time to pay attention to what bring smile to d face. at times, u think an expensive dinner is the best, but it may not b a big deal, however, a text message early in the morning may b a reason to smile all day. sometimes, little things are what matter the most. |
kinda wish the first bottle will b brought back. like it |
though it is so hilarious, but I must confess some of those things are true. God will help us all |
