Billyonaire: This is a non-issue. Get him a maid. I am guilty of not making beds when I wake up, but a maid does it better. I cant cook, and my lady says I must learn to cook, but a cook did it. If a man is incapable of chores, he should work for the money and pay maids to handle every little chore. Goodluck in your marriage, by the way, I am a chronic bachelor so I cant offer much advise on the bedroom issues.
You're really living your billionaire dream albeit in a virtual world grin grin

Siena: Some people find this funny, but it's no laughing matter, I can assure you.

When I was growing up, I had an aunt (can't recall how we were actually related) from my dad's side. She would come to stay with us for a month 4 times a year. Jesus! This woman was filthy dirty, could go for days without a bath. She would wear the same clothes with sweat stains for days too.

I remember she had this black long-sleeved cotton top, the sleeves had silvery trails on the cuffs - because she used to blow her nose on them. She would scratch her armpits, her nails were black, and her dirty clothes she stored in a plastic sack in her bedroom.

I remember once she blew her nose whilst we were eating at the table, and she casually wiped her snot on the fabric cushion of the vacant chair next to her. My mom was so embarrassed, she looked the other way.

We visited her only once - and never went back. Her house was a hellhole, no self respecting pig would want to live in such a sty. Her bedroom reeked, you could see flaking paint on the walls, which I later realised was where she'd blown her nose in her hands, then flung the contents across the room - on the floow, walls, wardrobe etc. Her bed looked like the sheets and pillow cases had never been washed - they were grey, and stiff with dirt at the end where her feet rested.

The only toilet and bathroom in her house were no-go areas. Dry poo encrusted the bowl, there were even skid-marks on the wall, like a poo-stained bottom had been wiped clean in various areas. I never used this bathroom, for the 3 days we were there, I used her neighbour's shower and toilet.

Funny thing is, this woman wasn't old - she'd have been in her late 20's at the time, and reasonably attractive. She was also educated. So why was she so dirty, and immune to the stench around her??

So yeah, I can understand where LadyCCP is coming from. At least I wasn't married to this woman, and could get away. Her case, I honestly don't know what to say. She can ignore him, and hope he'll change, but I fear that ship has long sailed. It might be an idea to embarrass him into at least making an effort - invite guests round without telling him. The risk here is it might not bother him, but will certainly embarrass the OP.

I dunno - some people just seem to thrive on filth, and fall ill when presented with a clean-smelling alternative.
He he he cheesy grin I must be very lucky not to have lived with any one that dirty, truly level pass level.
I can't stand dirty people!

sweetcheecks: You can come here to ganna for support I know you will get it becouse like you people refuse to face the truth and its always easy to blame others.

1. When in reality even the first bout of xenophobic attacks really start with you lot(Somalis)in Cape Town after you shot a child who stole a sweet in your shop. In South Africa you do not just shoot a child/person who steals in a shop. You hold them and call the police to arrest them or get their parents to pay the sweet. You do not do that in any country even the Nigerians who are helping you insult SA if you were to shoot people at will they would do the same.

2. It amazes me how you people have been insulting Blacks which includes Nigerians in this forum and calling them names now you come back seeking their sympathy and still find it correct to insult the same people you are try to het sympathy from. Is the normal? Calling same black people "filthy niggers". That right there is your attitude.

3. If in your country women are not allowed to drive it does not mean you should come to SA and try to drive women off the road. They are aloowed to drive your sick religion is not applicable.

4. SA unlike Nigerians will not allow you to come to our backyard and still make disgusting remarks about our way of life, religion and call us infidels even South African Moslems never calls us such rubbish.

4. We have laws around ownership of guns and having a machine guns in the middle of a community means you are ready for war and war will then come to you. You leaving Mogadishu and not being able to work out your issues with your own people for over 60years just shows how bad your attitude will extend to others who as per your confessions you call " filthy niggers".

5. The latest row was also coused by the Somalians who shot and killed to Zimbabweans saying they were making noise disturbing their peace. This is not Mogadishu you do not shoot at people at random and that community did well to teach you a lesson. That although we may be called xenophobic and thought shooting innocent Zimbabweans will not be retaliated you were mistaken. you cannot shoot at will, that will not be allowed.

6. People are really not aware of your war ravaged minds and attitude. The whole world watched as your brothers carring machine guns screaming " allah akbur" as if you were in your war zone. Wrong turn, SA will not allow a jihad.

7. You are the most accepted people among the people you call "filthy niggers". Most of your so called " own businesses/shops" are ran from the homes of those" filthy niggers" and in the core of their communities, supported soley by the your so called " filthy Niggers". If those " filthy Niggers" would boycott your shops your businesses would die.

8. I understand you have never known RESPECT ( Not biting the hand that feeds you) & how to live among people, as you could not even live among your own people for 60 years fighting your own " somalis" ( non-blacks) shows a loose screw in your heads.

9. There Egyptians and others also operating in the township doing and owning the same businesses you do, unlike you and your evil attitudes they do not get caught into the cross fire. You must ask yourself why?

10. Lastly, if you do not like it just "Voetsek" and for your
claimed help given to SA we will never know will we? Help from Somali? Lol! you have been fighting for
almost a century the help I know off has been the other way around, that is have been going your way.

LASTLY? free advice you will not bring your jihad into our shores. Learn to respect others and if you continue to call SA blacks weak they too will continue to show you that they are not weak.

And white South Africans are just that South Africans you on other hand you are not. Careful how you deal with people in their own playground it might just save a lot of lives and the need to just to run around screaming XENOPHOBIA.
You nailed it! Without any prejudice most Somalis are very racist themselves, also they always find a way to leech on their hosts.

PoliticsRe: Why Do Yorubas Hate GEJ So Much? by funnyx(m): 7:11am On Jun 17, 2013
Zet72: The level of hatred exhibited towards GEJ by the learned fraction of yeroba race, is not because of his average performance or the imbalance in the ministerial appointments as claimed by some posters, rather it is the unification that GEJ is bringing between SS&SE which if, it stand will change the startusquo& the way Nigeria politics is run between the northern& western elites. The power that be is allergic to the coming together of the old eastern region
100% garbage!
What has Yoruba got to gain or lose from unification of any parts of the country? Some people like you are just afraid of their own shadow.

Gone are the days when Ireland was bubbling, that was before the credit crunch but things will still get better with time as the govt is working hard. Also as a student in Ireland you can not work full time only part time jobs are allowed for students.

Ikengawo: The level of malice towards GEJ is unparalleled in Nigeria from the SW.
Everything from yoruba newspapers to bloggers to politicians and speakers are vehemently against GEJ, why?

You can say 'incompetence' but Yar' Adua didn't get this level of venom from that region and he spent his entire presidency in a hospital bed. The North it's self isn't this vocally anti-GEJ. Anything GEJ says they're willing to accept the opposite without question, even amnesty for Boko Haram which Boko Haram specifically said they don't want.
The bold parts is a blantant lie!

payless: We don't hate Jonathan. We disagree with his policies. As a matter of fact, my entire family voted for Jonathan. Don't forget it was Yorubas who fought against the fight that was waged on Jonathan when Yar'Adua's cabal were preventing him from becoming interim President when his boss was abroad receiving treatment. Yorubas like Tinubu, Bakare, Shoyinka, Obasanjo, Gani Fawehinmi Jnr. and many more. It was Yorubas who organized public protest in Lagos and Abuja in support of him. The only notable faces who were in support from other region were Akunyili and Nnamani. On the record, the noise makers of today from SS were no where to be found during this saga.

Jonathan has squandered the goodwill given to him by many people in 2010. Jonathan now sees the same people who fought for him and also voted for him as his enemies. Jonathan is an ungreatful human being. A deceiful man indeed.

We don't hate Jonathan. We only disagree with his policies.
Thank you for this post especially the one in bold, many noise makers of today from SS and SE were no where to be found when Jonathan was being deprived of his right to be an acting president but now they make so much noise and take credit for what they contributed very little to.
HealthRe: Health Section Guidelines And Complaints Thread- by funnyx(m): 5:34pm On Jun 16, 2013
I believe this thread is a front page material: https://www.nairaland.com/1326695/mouth-odour-could-h.pylori#up
HealthYour Mouth Odour Could Be From H.pylori by funnyx(op):
Do you suffer from mouth odour?
Have you tried several mouth wash, chewing gum or even mint without any result?
Do you regularly have stomach pain just below the sternum?
Do you regularly have heartburn?
If your answer to most of the questions above is yes then you may be suffering as a result of stomach infection called Helicobacter Pylori.

I just thought of sharing my experience here as I believe many others could gain from it. I am a guy that never joke with my appearance and most especially my teeth. I have spent a fortune to make my teeth look look perfect, you might be thinking that I am obsessed with my teeth but this is not the case. For some reasons I will not like to go into details but my teeth were in a mess, some were visibly rotten and very unattractive so I made a vow to make them look perfect using any medically available means. As soon as I start working about 16 years ago I started saving towards having crowns put on my teeth but due to fear of the unknown I hesitated for several years until about 5 years later before I took a bold step to have my teeth done, the procedure costs me up to N70,000 then.

However, these crown were not the best type as its a bridge type which makes me to suffer from gum disease, inflammation and pain for several months. About 2 years ago, the pain became unbearable and I have to see a new dentists who advised that I remove the crowns and put new ones, he warned me that if i don't do this on time I may lose several of them and could even be worse as the damage to my gum will even make it impossible to have implant fitted. So I applied for a loan to cover the dental bill which amount to £5500.

having done all these and with a very good result in form of well arranged and sparkling white teeth coupled with a once a3 month visit to hygienist (above the usual once a 6 moth) I am surprised as to why I suddenly developed bad mouth odour. My wife usually tell me when I need to brush my teeth as soon as she noticed. I continue to suffer until a friend of mine told me if my peptic ulcer has been treated, i told him I regularly take omeprazole but it appears not to be working anymore. He advised me to request for H. Pylori test from my GP, after the test which came back positive I was put on 3 course medication which are:
Clarithromycin, metronidazole and omeprazole.
I was so happy with the result of this treatment and suddenly my mouth odour disappeared!I am now more confident, do not need to regularly use mint or chewing gum.
I hope someone can learn from this and possibly be able to kick out their mouth odour. Please doctor in the house can you shed more light to this infection and its symptoms so others can learn.

FoodRe: Chinese Fish Imports Threaten Growing Domestic Production by funnyx(m): 5:54pm On Jun 13, 2013
grandstar: the issue is not importation but competitiveness! chinese fish is cheaper. if nigeria wants to compete with the chinese, huge megafish farms are needed and perhaps also producing for export. if they are internationally competitive, chinese will fail.
We can operate smaller ponds and get many employed rather than have some big mega farms. Also we do not have to compete with the Chinese in our own country! The govt should empower more Nigerians to get into fish farming to meet local demand rather than open the door for foreign competitors. Even in Europe farmers are protected via subsidies, if our government cannot protect us in our country who will?

Buhari's public relations and communication skills are very poor, I've always support Buhari because of his antecedent to fight corruption and instill discipline and patriotism. I know he has his shortcomings just like every one else but unfortunately he's not good in hiding them, he should have learned the act of pretence from gej grin grin
With the way things are going, I doubt if he can win the presidency as voters in the SW are not likely to vote in unison for him. The best option for APC will be to field another candidate who will be nationally acceptable but how they'll find him I don't know except if they're willing to look beyond the north.
