DFOmobolla:Oga please writing was discovered by black Africans. Nobody is disputing this. We read this way back in school. Please if you have any source that claim otherwise quote it here. Numbers started as a result of the trade between Egyptians (black Egyptians) and Sumerians (Arabs). Record keeping started in Egypt. There is nobody disputing these facts. These are common knowledge for those that studied history and library science |
I've read the first page and I must say I'm really disappointed at the level of fallacious comments there. One fallacy that kept repeating itself from various NLers is that the west, the east or the north created the Midwest. This is absolutely bullshit and I encourage you all to read your history so you are grounded properly When you understand how and why the Midwest was formed. it would give you a direction to where their alliance lie |
9japride:don't be deceived, enlightenment is not the case here. Buhari was also said to be enlightened until he became president. Buhari = Atiku. That you believed Atiku would have been better shows you are not yet wise, you are being swayed by their propaganda. People don't just change overnight. That is the case with Buhari, we warned them the man was an idiot whose deputy Tunde Idiagbon was in charge during his time as military head but people refuse to listen. All the credit people gave to his administration was actually that of Tunde Idiagbon. Buhari was a figure head then. Today it's the same, the cabals are in control. The same nonsense they were telling you about Atiku was what they said about Buhari then until the mistake was made. As for me Buhari did not disappoint me. I know him very well because I experienced his previous military regime. infact I would have been surprised if he had performed differently. As for Atiku, the man had been the head of customs, been a vice President and also been in the oil sector what was his performance there that makes you think he will perform better. a leopard does not change it's color. During his time in customs, there was serious nepotism there. you can investigate this. If you think when he became president these trait would disappear then you are not wise. Another thing is that Atiku is too desperate for the seat of president. I believe you saw the same desperation in Buhari. How did it turn out when he eventually came in. Please we should be grateful the Fulanis have finished their term so that a southerner can come in. I'm quite sure no southerner would perform badly as Buhari. |
He wasn't properly advised. There is already too many filling station in Benin |
9japride:@ the bolded, No it should not baffle you. Actually I know it would have been a miracle for PDP to win that election. One of the reasons is that of all the candidates that contested, the candidate with the lowest number of fans was Atiku. Any other candidate (in PDP primary election)would have easily defeated Buhari. Atiku was not new to the Villa and there is nothing he has to offer. Most people just decided since the two parties decided to present useless candidates, they simply chose the lesser evil. which is allow Buhari finish his 4 years and hope after that a better candidate would emerge. If you notice protest against the administration actually started immediately after the election. A sign that the people have no hope for the incoming government |
Xkale1234:don't mind them. They only used that excuse as a cover-up to attack Gaddaffi. He was actually killed because of the plans he had for Africa. Any African leader that attempt to do what Gaddaffi did will also be killed. |
thebosstrevor1:Actually you're the one that sounds dumb. it's not easy for him to get hold of the database when he controls it. This has happened severally in different organisation. you said NIN is a government project, so who is representing government in this case? and if he requests to have access to the database would he be denied? |
tunapawizzy:so you don't even know why they're about to go on strike. Na wa o. They're saying the Tfare been charged by Uber/bolt is too cheap and should be reviewed upwards so that their own money can also increase. |
brainhgeek:I don't know about this NIMC website but most government sites don't work well on mobile versions. Have you tried the desktop version? I experienced something similar in the CAC site. |
The Nigeria government is not ready for tourism. But why I'm happy is that everything is already crashing. we are approaching a time when our government will have no choice but to depend on other source of revenue e.g tax. You cannot talk of tourism when we have insecurity everywhere. I'm in Edo state. Benin City precisely and I have to fast and pray anytime I'm about to travel to Auchi, just still within the state. due to the kidnappers at Uhunwonde As a side note: I'm surprised Saudi Arabia is not within the first five |
Why are Nairalanders this foolish. The OP just wrote something out and without any proof people had turned it tribal and start insulting one another. They even turned it tribal. AND THE SHOCKING THING IS THIS INFORMATION IS FALSE. Absolutely nonsense. |
DaddyGoo:Na only you talk sensible thing here o. They're all saying don't match break as if it's an abomination to hit the break. The break can be applied once the car slows down. I also doubt if any driver driving the manual transmission will hit the break first when there is a tyre bust. |
tunapawizzy:Do you know why they're about to go on strike? |
tunapawizzy:except you don't understand why they're going on strike. Which competitor would be happy to solve this. and even if you solve it, once the old ones resume you will be out of business faster than you can imagine. |
shogotermies:Ah! baba in summary what they're saying is that the money Uber/bolt charges their customers is too cheap. They want the price increased so that their own pay can also increase. The drivers are stupid I swear. |
@teamoneline, there was a place in your write up where you used the word "their apc and PDP". Pls what do you mean by that because what I know is PDP is a national party same with the apga you mentioned. But let's leave all these Now I've been wondering if those that want Biafra are in the majority in SE. what is stopping the entire SE from electing someone that believes in Biafra as a governor in the entire 5 SE state. while the governors declare Biafra for you. It's that simple. The Nigerian government is banking on the fact that the SE can never have the support of all 5 governors. there must be 1 betrayal. but if you can have all 5 then Biafra is sure. |
really sorry for your loss. But the things is people will still invest with them. severally on this forum, people have been warned about these agro investment programmes. Yet people like you still invested despite the repeated warnings. How are we sure others will heed to this warning? once again, Sorry for your loss |
Juliusmalema:If you had read my initial post you quoted, you would have seen at no time did I question the name. But to say they went to Yoruba land and brought OPC to assist is a big lie. There is a difference between these two statements: "he brought the soldiers to fight for him" and "he created some soldiers to fight for him". |
Obalatule:You read about the crisis? and you're arguing with someone who experienced it |
Juliusmalema:The OPC in Edo state are made up of Edo indigenes. They were never invited there. |
Obalatule:itshekiri invited OPC? common now, you guys should stop these lies. just because you want to win an argument. |
providencia:Oga this question has become a recurring question on Nairaland. I can't remember how many times I get to answer this. here is another thread we did justice to this exact question https://www.nairaland.com/6310798/why-cant-federal-government-print so is it that our standard of education is falling or what? |
preshyusufu:believe any politician at your own peril. Even the politicians are surprised that we take them serious when they speak. The two of them are very good liars. The only difference is that the FG has been caught in it's lies more than Obaseki |
it will be very difficult for me to say who is lying here. both Obaseki and FG are good liars. |
FOLYKAZE:I bought cement #4300 in Benin City. I won't be surprised if some states are selling above that price. |
Drversatile:You believe that shit. There was a guy that willingly returned to the Benin prison then and the officers instead paraded him on TV with group of individuals that the police rearrested. |
I have never been more happier in my life reading such a news. They should have sent him back to Nigeria so he can enjoy the country with us. |
I hope you have made peace with your maker because you go soon die. |
4ckyou:you are really very naive. someone like Buhari would be very happy to have people thinking like this. |
4ckyou:and my point is only one region cannot bear such consequence in a federal issue. such thing affect the whole country and that is what is going on now. How are you sure the commander in warri, illorin or onitsha is not working for Boko Haram? |
4ckyou:please if you can't comprehend what is written don't quote me again. I didn't say your generals are not thieves. My point was you rejoicing about what was happening in the north as if the Nigerian Army is not being commanded by one CIC. |

, itshekiri has stated time without number that they stand with yoruba, they even invited OPC when they had issues with fellow Niger Delta tribes
