As for wealthy Asian countries, the stats prove them correct. Wealthy Asian countries are by far safer than their counterparts in Europe. This is largely due to the harsh laws meted out to criminals. Such companies exist everywhere, but they are few in Nigeria, mist of which are multinational. Very companies across the world pay more than their US counterparts. Most times, those companies are even American companies' branches.

Something is not a mistake when it is used consistently by netizens. It is only Nigerians I have read use BORROW instead of LEND. Ghanaians, Kenyans and South Africans don't use it. Even Europeans and Asians whose native languages aren't English don't do so. It is wrong, and I will always point it out whether I am in Nigeria or abroad. When I was in Nigeria, I always pointed out that using "Am" instead of "I am" when starting a sentence is wrong. You cannot use English from primary school to tertiary stage yet knowingly and consistently use the wrong words or phrases. A mistake is using LENT instead of LEND sometimes. Improper English is when everyone uses BORROW instead of LEND, even people one ordinarily expects to write correctly.

Then, after doing such, the same people would chant online that the British Council should waive off IELTS for Nigerians. That time has passed. Never would it happen without opposition from me. Next time I see such campaigns, I will write to the British Council with evidence never to grant them such wishes. They must continue to write IELTS till thy kingdom come!

The Philippines is South East Asian's most westernised society. The second should be Singapore. Europe is changing its immigration policies due to the social tensions immigrants, especially if you know you know , have caused in the continent. I strongly discourage a married man or someone who lived a stable and fairly comfortable life in Nigeria from migrating via a tourist visa to Europe. The only place I can agree on is the US. Such that even if you return without a passport, the money you could/would have amassed would be worth the struggles. But Europe? Worse na Asia? You won't like it.

If you must relocate via a tourist visa and wish to remain, which is illegal by local laws, the best option is the US. Anywhere else is off-limits. In fact, you could be duped via the tourist visa issuance as na dem agents, not actual embassies, go issue you the visa. In summary, re-invest the money into your business, cut costs in your present lifestyle, and do a vasectomy to prevent having another child(ren).

Numbers 1, 2 & 4 will generally do better and earn more if they migrate legally to the US than staying in Nigeria. Only number 3 (politicians) are better off staying in Nigeria because the only way they know how to make money is through connections and stealing public funds.

That is another issue. People are viewing japa from the UK lens. The US remains the best place to migrate to as a black person, hustler, student or professional.
