LordAdam16:I don't want to derail my guy's thread as I have outlined and posted every piece of evidence to support his choice of Chile, considering his final aim - the United States. The visa that demon screams about is the L1 visa which anybody anywhere can get, provided s/he work for a company which has branches and offices in the US. Even in Nigeria, people get that visa direct through a transfer to the US branch. However, it targets only senior employees, not entry level staff. Two, fewer companies are operating in Nigeria, multinational or indigenous, with branches/offices in the US compared to Chile. So, the chances of someone getting into such a company in Chile are higher than in Nigeria, and the chances increase when the population is factored. However, an L1 visa is ranked low compared to H1B1 because literally any Chilean and Singaporean with a bachelor's degree can apply to jobs in the US and does not need to follow the standard H1B route most foreigners use to be sponsored to work in the US. Thus, through the H1B1 visa, Chileans and Singaporeans have an unrestricted route to work in the US. That makes the Chilean passport very powerful, as I explained here: Gerrard59:Tensa20 is doing the right thing at the right time because when Indians discover Chile, they would flood the system and take advantage of it. I recall Tensa20 showing me a video where an Indian explained the benefits of the Chilean passport, yet Indians mocked her. The current H1B visa system is pure tumbo-tumbo. International students are forced to return home without an opportunity to work in the US, considering the cost of an American education borne by foreigners. Recently, I watched a video where a Japanese male returned to look for jobs in Japan, and later get transferred to the US because of its high salaries. This would be through the L1 visa and it is easier since literally any company doing business in Japan, indigenous or MNC, has a US branch/office/factory. He could not get a job in the US due to the lottery system of the H1B. The visa has 85000 slots, of which 65000 are for BSc holders only. Meanwhile, the number of applicants would soon nack 1000000. The time it takes companies to employ a H1B holder can be up to a year. These are facts which are scattered on the Internet, so when demons mock OP for his choice especially coming from Nigeria, it really annoys me. The US embassy is denying fully funded Nigerian applicants visa. To get a visa interview date is 2025. To fast track it, applicants pay a bribe of at least half a million naira. People lament these things on Facebook. Visa interview o as an interview does not guarantee visa issuance. In fact, due to the difficulty of getting sponsorship to work in the US, the number of Nigerian students studying in Canada has surpassed that of their counterparts studying in the US. Indians working in the US are warning their compatriots to opt for Canada, get citizenship and apply to work in the US via the TN visa (which I also explained). OP has done his research crossing all Ts and dotting iS. I have learned much about immigration policies from him, even more than I knew. He is doing it right, and I surely believe he would achieve his dreams when the time comes. My own be say, he should be petty when that time comes. Be very petty. Don't forgive or forget, hold that grudge and gloat at them. |
highchief1:Having sex with another woman while being married is adultery, which is part of the ten commandments. Yet you mentioned "God" twice in your posts. Not surprised anyway. Nigerian Christians and their selective morality. |
nitt:That is the major thing. Wealthy individuals can set up the infrastructure, which pays off in the long run. But wealthy individuals have a limit in fighting an insurgency backed by the State. If security is tackled to its barest minimum and not backed/supported by the State, people will invest. After all, many did during the last years of GEJ's administration to the early years of Buhari's first tenure. |
chineduisaac:Enrol in a Spanish class. |
MrBrownJay1:It is the lack of responsibility that pisses off about men who cheat. The married person, whether man or woman, has the upper hand in the equation. That person signed the dotted lines to be faithful and stuck to the rules, not the intruder. It is like blaming a female student for seducing her lecturer, whereas the lecturer should reject her advances because he has the upper hand. Come out clear and say, "see o, I like to have sex with different regardless of my marital status. I take responsibility for it." Inform the unsuspecting woman he married. Abdicating one's responsibility to be faithful to a random party is the height of irresponsibility. Too many irresponsible people these days. |
BlackAdam65:That is not true. This thread and the responses by most male monikers defeat that statement. Smart men don't get delighted because one of their kith married the lowest of women in another race because of what he would benefit - residency papers and citizenship in a country built by other men. How many Chinese men have you seen marry such a kind of White woman? Additionally, Nigerian men are not smart, collectively speaking if not, Nigeria should be one of the functioning black dominated societies. Individually, they are smart Nigerian men, but collectively? BIG FAT NO. Men wey dey smart, yet they cannot provide constant electricity for their people?! |
Stevosty:No pretty White woman will marry a Nigerian man living in Nigeria. She has more to lose than gain from such a stoopid initiative. In fact, she would be mocked and ostracised if she ever does such. It's why when a bunch of foolish Nigerian men open their gutters to say Nigerian men are "hot cakes" to foreign women, always seek to know "what kind of foreign women?" Look at the donkey that monkey married?! |
BlackAdam65:Nigerian men* African Americans, Barbadians, Bahamians, black Brazilians and heck even South African and Namibian men aren't this shameless. I will die on the hill that says the majority of Nigerian men are unintelligent and stoopid people. Terrible lots who have failed their women! |
Donpre:Many don't know this, and even when they relocate, they are still arrogantly ignorant. That was how one came here to mock Ukrainians because they migrate a lot to Germany to search for jobs. But he, as a black African, did not migrate to Senegal to search for jobs. Today, Ukraine is fighting a war, and her citizens are well-catered for by their white brothers. But let Nigeria fight Niger, and let's who will help anyone from either side. Americans are very loud people, but they are rich. Nigerians are too poor to be arrogant and ignorant. A loud set of people who are unintelligent and fantastically poor! That is a terrible combo. |
tensazangetsu20:I think one of the reasons Chile is not popular is because Americans don't visit/patronise/talk about the country as often as others. Rather, Europeans are more interested in it. Europeans are not as loud as Americans, partly due to language differences. Since the world consumes English-oriented content, those with native fluency tend to be the loudest/most vocal on the Internet. Additionally, many Europeans are more directly related to Chileans, Argentines and Uruguayans than Americans. If not, I don't see why Americans would always scream about South Korea and Japan when Chile is nearby, and Spanish is easier to grasp than Korean/Japanese. Fine, the Americans would argue they want to experience a totally different culture from theirs. Another reason why Europeans are more interested in Chile than South Korea, they prefer to stick to what they know. |
batb:Please Google Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs to know more about how humans view things. This absolute ignorance of elementary economics and social studies makes me question the quality of education many Nigerians receive during their secondary school days. Honestly, secondary school education should never be discounted or belittled. Special kudos to my parents, especially my dad. |
pacesetting:Many Nigerian youths have left their parents to eke a living elsewhere. How are the parents coping today? It is not feasible to advise youths to stick with their parents when the economy is not well diversified and good jobs are scattered across the country. This is why people should not have children anyhow or as a pension plan. |
Bvlgari:Terrible advice for a functioning society. In most parts of the rich world, single parents constitute the highest number of poor people, even more than single persons of the same age group. In East Asian societies, it is frowned upon, and the poverty situation is why East Asian women would rather remain single than have a child out of wedlock because it is expensive. Furthermore, the best outcome for children remains the two-parent household. Children raised in East Asian societies are better behaved than their Western counterparts. Few years ago, I used to support the notion of baby-mama but after witnessing the outcomes within my immediate environment, seeing how some people misbehave and reading research papers, I came to realise that the best outcome for well-raised children comes from families where there is the active involvement of the father and mother. Raising children properly is expensive and cannot/shouldn't be borne by one party DELIBERATELY. Children of both genders need a father and mother in their lives so they grow up into responsible individuals. We have too many irresponsible individuals in society these days. The last thing the society needs is more of such cretins. I am not a fan of children, but should I want them, I would do so when I am married rather than be a baby-daddy. Being a baby-daddy is the height of irresponsibility. Additionally, the notion that children are a retirement plan or would be there to "take care of the parent" is entirely misplaced. Yes, children should take care of their parents in old age, but that is not mandatory and always possible. What if the child relocates to a far-flung place to make ends meet? Won't you, as the parent, still be alone? As individuals, we should strive to prepare/plan for our future rather than expect people who did not ask to be born to do that for us. It is your responsibility as an individual to take care of yourself when you get old, not someone else. In summary, people should have children when they are emotionally, financially, physically and otherwise ready. Don't have children you cannot take adequate care of neither should you have them because you want to be taken care in old age. |
Merch:Which is why OP wished there were people like siblings who could help. In my books, the entitlement comes if the persons who could help are extended relatives, but I feel entitled and obligated to seek help from, and assist my siblings. Regarding not relying on people, hitherto I used to think so, but life has shown me that we need people to assist us when the going gets tough. Some people have relied on my assistance to move to the next stage of their lives and ditto myself. |
pansophist:To add, in most societies even in the rich world, the highest poverty rates tend to come from single parent homes, especially single mothers. Also, it is why statistics all over the world prove that the best outcome for children (education, financial, physical and mental health) are those from two-parenthouseholds. |
Blackfinegirl:https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/tourism-visit/visa-waiver-program.html The Chilean economy is not bad. The link above shows the list of countries that enjoy visa free access to the US. None of those countries are poor - they are wealthy. If any becomes poor tomorrow, the country will lose that status. An example was Argentina - she lost her status in 2002. https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/politics/2002/02/21/argentina-dropped-from-non-visa-travel-program/2dbdd16f-54af-4486-ad7a-15338bd9f24c/ Neigbouring Uruguay lost hers in 2003 but has worked hard to achieve less than 3% nonimmigrant refusal rate to the US, yet she has not be readmitted. Surprisingly, Argentina has worked hard to regain her status by ensuring there is less than 3% nonimmigrant refusal rate to the US, yet she has not been readmitted. Israel has less than 3% nonimmigrant refusal rate, yet has never been admitted. Croatia was the latest country to be admitted into the program in 2021. Chile had enjoyed unrestricted access to the US labour market since 2004 but was only admitted into the VWP in 2014 - ten years gap. If Chile is poor, she would have lost her VWP by now and would never be issued a separate H1B1 category - which they have never exceeded the limits. https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/israel-include-gaza-americans-us-visa-waiver-pilot-by-sept-15-2023-08-07/ If this pilot program succeeds, Israel would become the newest entrant to the VWP. Israel is not a poor country. https://www.foreign.senate.gov/press/dem/release/menendez-hagerty-kaine-introduce-united-states-uruguay-economic-partnership-act If this goes as planned, Uruguay would be readmitted. Uruguay is not a poor country. Using the VWP to judge how rich a country is very accurate as visa-free access to the world's richest country by GDP is not a mean feat. It is akin to unrestricted access to Dangote's house any time, any day. Anyone who has that privilege is a rich person. |
ycat:Show us one case where Chileans were caught trekking along the Mexican border into the United States. How come Chileans do so when the same people enjoy visa-free travel to the US? https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/immigration/h1b1 All a Chilean needs to do is apply for a job in the US, and gets to move because there are no restrictions since the quotas never get filled. That is a fact. Why is this so difficult for you to accept? Why are you APC lots so despicably dishonest and wicked? Is this what you people live for? I met a Brazilian and a Venezuelan and asked them about Chile when OP was processing his visa. They both said Chileans rarely emigrate because they are rich. The Venezuelan girl accused Chileans of being too proud. The Brazilian lad said Chileans rarely associate with other South Americans because they are rich, and even when they emigrate to nearby countries, they move to Argentina and Uruguay. And once they finish what they do, they move back to Chile. He rarely sees Chileans whereas he sees Venezuelans daily. These are fellow South Americans who know better than anyone else on this thread, share the same cultural and racial ties. Chile is wealthier than Nigeria, even omitting GDP per capita. Nigeria, not Chile, has the highest number of poor people in the world. If you claim it is because of population, Brazil does not have the highest number of poor people in South America. https://www.statista.com/statistics/1287649/poverty-rate-latin-america/ |
Teflon7:Define the bold? Many young Nigerians have relocated from their family abode to far-flung places leaving their parents - who they should look after - all alone. Judging from that, what difference does it have from a single childless woman? None at all. Nigerians, nay Africans, should learn to understand that their children will not always be with them forever. The only way that could be possible is if the economy gets better and diversified. That way, children would stay closer to their parents because of economic opportunities nearby. This is prevalent in many East Asian countries. Even in China, children leave their parents to eke a living, but never too far. The parents are all alone, making it no different from a woman who is single and has no child. |
tensazangetsu20:That is why my axiom, "It is better to reside with racists in a prosperous land rather than live with tribalists in the world's poverty capital", never goes wrong. These donkeys parrot patriotism yet are against the movement of fellow citizens as enshrined in the Constitution. |
Firefyta:The Travel Section is rife with demons who lie for a living. These people started bashing Chile falsely. If they had not been confronted, they would have run away with it. I have no issues with anyone supporting Nigeria, but I have problems with people who lie and do so foolishly. That is where I have the problem. These people tried to distort facts. Posterity would have it that I stood on the right side of history. I can be accused of being rude, but not a liar. As for being rude, I would always be rude to liars and demons! If you don't fight liars, they repeat the lie to the extent it becomes to look like the truth. That is not supposed to be so. They claim Brazilians climb the fence into the US via Mexico They said Chileans wash toilets in the US They claimed only Canada enjoys unfettered access to the US labour market They claimed that the Chilean passport is not strong They said Chileans are suffering from economic crises All have proven to be false. You see? If people should be discouraged from relocating or cautioned when relocating, they should do so without distorting the facts. Anyone who wants to lie should do so in his/her house, not in a public forum. This is not 2003, where any donkey spews mumbo-jumbo and people accept hook, line and sinker. See this cretinous fvcktard below who still lies that Mexicans don't enjoy free access to the US labour market whereas the information in the link by the US government disapproves of such. I hate dishonest people, I really do! ycat:https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/employment/visas-canadian-mexican-nafta-professional-workers.html You lie stoopidly! You should be ashamed of your miserable self! ycat:Why are you running? I thought you donkey said that Chileans are jumping fences into the US via Mexico?! |
grandstar:That is because for a university educated Mexican, there are good jobs and even remote opportunities to work for American companies while in Mexico. The cost of living is lower, especially if the person earns dollars. Canadians enjoy the TN visa, yet a quarter of Canadians have not jumped ship. The TN visa does not discriminate, that is my point here. Mexicans and Canadians enjoy it. |
erico2k2:Liar on all fronts! You were caught boxers down! I am sure the wall broke since your head is kon kon Demons lurking around pulling facts from their smelly yansh! erico2k2:Based on the arrangement by the US government? YES! The fact is there in your eyes. Singaporeans and Australians have higher privileges than British citizens to work in the US. You lied that only Canadians enjoy such, but from the links I provided by the US government - four more countries enjoy the same access. You have lied countless times and should be terribly ashamed of yourself! |
erico2k2:Go and hit your kon kon head against the wall, you bloody godforsaken liar! You thought you would lie brazenly without being caught?!!!! Hit your head Mr 23 years in the abroad. Filthy and godforsaken linus! Demons with access to the Internet! |
erico2k2:Tell the world the employment program the UK created specifically for citizens of Nigerians, which ANY Nigerian can apply to UK employers and is waived off working restrictions which apply to other citizens? Just like the TN visa for Canadians and Mexicans and H1B1 for Singaporeans and Chileans and E-3 for Australians. Since you want to teach us how to lie, please show us your syllabus. |
erico2k2:I honestly do not give a fvck how long you have been abroad. I do not and would never do. Your post has nothing to do with the H1B1 I stated above. I noticed the inquiries by Chileans were made in 2010 when Chile suffered an earthquake. An enquiry resulting from a natural disaster has nothing to do with an OPEN DOOR access to the US labour market. Also, the H1B1 has existed for Chileans since 2004 while Chile became a member of the Visa Waiver Program in 2014. See? Another unintelligent lie. https://www.dhs.gov/news/2014/02/28/dhs-announces-chile-s-designation-visa-waiver-program |
floret23:Honestly, I have no answer to your questions. But if you have an opportunity to marry a white man, do so as it is economically beneficial. P.S. White men from western countries, not Eastern Europe o |
erico2k2:This is the problem I have with you people - you people lie a lot and you do this brazenly. Also, if you must lie, please do so intelligently. Chileans have the H1B1 category where they get allocated 1,400 H1B1 visas annually of which it never gets filled up. By this, they have a direct route to be employed since the visa allocation is automatic since it never gets filled. Singaporeans have 5,400 slots. That too never gets filled. Unlike the rest of the world who slug it out in H1B that has only 85000 slots of which 65000 are for BSc holders. Chileans are not subjected to this. Mexicans also enjoy the TN visa you said only Canada does. See? You have lied the second time. Then Australians have the E-3 visa category to be employed directly by US companies without issues or playing a lottery system. See? That is the third lie. https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/immigration/h1b1 https://www.uscis.gov/working-in-the-united-states/temporary-workers/tn-nafta-professionals https://www.uscis.gov/working-in-the-united-states/temporary-workers/e-3-specialty-occupation-workers-from-australia |
whistoby:You visit universities' websites and search for the departments and laboratories of interest. Check their admissions' portals, and read the requirements. Most universities, especially the top 10 - 15 universities, have MEXT university-allocated scholarships for foreign students. Then apply. I must be honest, MEXT scholarships, both university and embassy, are highly competitive. But that of the embassy is more competitive due to sheer numbers. However, the standards remain almost the same - first class, high CGPA, research publications etc. As an African, your CGPA would be used as the primary determinant. All the MEXT university scholars I have met had first class from their undergraduate days. The one who had a 2.1 had a very high 2.1 and his masters was distinction. In Japan, he did another masters and is currently a PhD student. However, there are many scholarships as a student. Just get into the system first. Scholarships brekete! |
iykejohnson:These are the issues. It is clearly stated in the Japanese embassy in Abuja (online and at the embassy itself) that applicants should steer clear of agents. That is clearly stated. No agent can issue anyone any sort of visa to come to Japan. It is not possible. That is an immigration law from the Ministry of Justice. That agent would issue you a fake tourist visa, you get to Haneda or Narita Airport, where you would be detained and deported. Thus, you would be banned from entering Japan for ten years. Alternatively, you take it to the embassy, and you would be denied and effectively banned from every visa application for six months. Since the visa was fake, you are then technically shadowed banned from future visa applications even after the six months elapsed. Also, you cannot work in the country with a tourist visa. It is mission impossible neither can you convert it to working visa. and she was saying it like it was convertible.I for Impossible. It cannot be converted. That is a lie. I decided to do research and the research I did, made me understand that I can do it by myself, with ease seff.Yes, you don't need an agent to run a visa application for entry into Japan. The embassy hates that agent thing. In fact, it is not possible as all applications must be submitted to the embassy by the applicant physically. Then on second thought, I remembered you have told me about COE, which prompted me to ask if a tourist visa requires that.To get a work visa, apply to jobs in Japan via LinkedIn or Indeed. The issues with getting a job in Japan while outside are the language and skill set. Language in that most jobs that can work out the COE application at the prefecture immigration bureau require proficiency of the language since your colleagues would be Japanese. On the other hand, the jobs that are lenient regarding language proficiency tend to be mostly tech/IT jobs. So if you know how to code and pass leetcode tests, Japanese companies would go all the way to ensure you get the COE and come into the country. Then on, you begin to learn the language. Alternatively, you apply to Japanese language schools (they are quite expensive), get a language student visa and come to study the language. You are eligible to work for 28 hours per week. There are jobs available. The student visa has a COE attached to it which is converted to the residence card. Without that card, you cannot apply for jobs or anything at all. See why tourist visas don't count? The issue with the language schools, especially regarding Africans, is that there is a rule that if the applicant is more than 30 years old, schools should not accept the person even if the person can pay. Or if it is five years since the person left the university or secondary school. Such an applicant would be denied admission into language schools. Why I am specific about Africans is because the majority of language school students came to Japan immediately after their secondary school or first degree. These are Chinese, Vietnamese or Indonesians. Some of them study Japanese in their home countries to N3 level before entering the country. That is another leniency - attain N3 level and the applicant's age or years after graduation is waived off. N5 is the lowest while N1 is the highest. Now, the best/surest route for an African anywhere between 25 - 32 is via graduate studies. Either the person comes in via graduate studies or as a research student. I already outlined both processes in previous pages. Please go through them. |
lastkingsman:Strictly citizenship to enjoy those perks. |
Right005:That is because there is no economic benefit for a white British/German/Norwegian woman to marry a black African. None whatsoever! Ask yourself, if you were a white Swedish female, what economic benefit do you derive from marrying a black African man? Marriage is a business transaction. Additionally, humans marry their type. Rarely do they marry outside their ethnic or racial group. The US - the most developed country that is diverse - has less than 20% interracial marriages. Brazil, the next racially diverse country, is slightly above that. The rest of the world is largely homogenous. Furthermore, these white women have seen black men for over half a century. So, what should freak her seeing these ones who look like refugees fleeing famine in black Africa? At best, if she desires to marry a black man, she is better off with the one born and bred in the country - culturally assimilated or an African American - with economic benefit and no fear he is marrying because of residence status. But then, how many African American men are in the UK compared to black African men as recent migrants? 2. Women can put u in trouble. Oyinbo women are hypocrite. They smile at you and still stab u at the back. You’re not going to die if u don’t talk to women for years. You’re going there to make money and live a decent life. Take women off ur mind completely for some years first. This is true. Hopefully, more Nigerian men know this before we get another episode of men travelling from Leeds to Scotland to sleep with teens or chatting with a 16 year old girl and doubling down even when she mentioned her age. The question is: would they listen? Abroad is boring and lonely and can be depressing. But remember what take u there in the first place. You’re going to be transitioning between work and home. So be patient, prepared and everything will get better wit time.Yes. However, anyone who complains of abroad being depressing should go back to his dominant environment and ensure it is prosperous, then apply his sanguine cultural traits. The men in the abroad built those societies to fit their cultural concept of enjoyment. New migrants either fit in or go back home and create their own boisterous environment that is as wealthy as their counterparts in the abroad. |
Obierika:Did you not see the picture he posted?! Gerrard59: |
