Maxymilliano:and he now went to the ungodly heaven 😂 |
jesusjnr2020:Jesus was never opposed to the length of time a man sought the face of God but the outward public show of long prayers, the boasting instead of humility at it and also like the example in Matthew 23:14 you quoted, using prayer in church as a means to hide evil one practices privately. But neither did Jesus command how long one should pray for but how and the best to approach God our Father. |
johnw47:is that so |
OkCornel:it's well |
Listen to what God said, "If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a sign or wonder, and if the sign or wonder spoken of takes place, and the prophet says, “Let us follow other gods” (gods you have not known) “and let us worship them,” you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The Lord your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul. It is the Lord your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him. Deuteronomy 13: 1 - 4 Well you believe Jesus is god, miracles happen when your mog shouts in Jesus name so it's okay to believe Jesus is a god, god the son. Let's forget all what Jesus said or thought, it doesn't matter that we don't understand them, their teachings and explanations are enough we succeed and live the victorious life. Okay if they are wrong why did God leave them and let them be, who are you to judge, well God left them to test you and make delusional those who fail to accept the truth and literally they have become seriously delusional. You know people believe antichrist means against Christ but it has a second meaning which is one who intends to take the place of Christ, a false Christ. You seem to believe whatever anyone tells you, even if they preach about a different Jesus than the one we preach, or a different Spirit than the one you received, or a different kind of gospel than the one you believed. But I don't think I am inferior to these "super apostles." (2 Corinthians 11:4-5) They rob you but your response is, is it your money? People defend the evil they do, the works of iniquity that goes against God's will, because they cast our demons, prophecy in the name of the Lord, do communion, preach motivationally and teach super wisdom and deep secrets that are actually from Satan. What does Jesus say Matt.24.23 - "Then if anyone tells you, 'Look, here is the Messiah,' or 'There he is,' don't pay any attention. For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great miraculous signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God's chosen ones. See, I have warned you. "So if someone tells you, 'Look, the Messiah is out in the desert,' don't bother to go and look. Or, 'Look, he is hiding here,' don't believe it! You would think that Jesus's warning here would prevent that, but what portion of church goers actually read the Bible and what percentage even understand or are taught by the Holy Spirit or are under those who disciple them in the truth?! 2John.1.7 Many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist.(NIV) What they believe is that a God came down, he incarnated. What they believe is that God came in flesh, so 100% God and %100 man, they don't and refuse to accept that Jesus was completely man, he came in the flesh, he is not 100% spirit and 100% flesh Some ask, did God died on the cross or a man? Even the Roman said, this is indeed the son of God Let me close with this passage from John 1John.2.18 - Dear children, the last hour is here. You have heard that the Antichrist is coming, and already many such antichrists have appeared. From this we know that the end of the world has come. 19 - These people left our churches because they never really belonged with us; otherwise they would have stayed with us. When they left us, it proved that they do not belong with us. 20 - But you are not like that, for the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and all of you know the truth. 21 - So I am writing to you not because you don't know the truth but because you know the difference between truth and falsehood. 22 - And who is the great liar? The one who says that Jesus is not the Christ. Such people are antichrists, for they have denied the Father and the Son. 23 - Anyone who denies the Son doesn't have the Father either. But anyone who confesses the Son has the Father also. 24 - So you must remain faithful to what you have been taught from the beginning. If you do, you will continue to live in fellowship with the Son and with the Father. 25 - And in this fellowship we enjoy the eternal life he promised us. 26 - I have written these things to you because you need to be aware of those who want to lead you astray. 27 - But you have received the Holy Spirit, and he lives within you, so you don't need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you all things, and what he teaches is true--it is not a lie. So continue in what he has taught you, and continue to live in Christ. Is Christ the son of God I follow and accept or a false Christ called god the son...? Who are you being prepared to accept as the coming Christ? |
My hope and prayer is that this message and truth saves someone's soul. It's like many have forgotten that what defines the devil isn't just wickedness but deceit and as much as people realize he is wicked, they should realize that his wickedness refers more to the lies he spread and the evil that results from it. Trinity is a message or believe that states that Jesus is God, god the son. It's not just amazing that majority of Christians believe it even though it's not the truth, it's also that they defend it like that's what the Bible teaches. To say Jesus is not God became heresy with the full acceptance of the doctrines of the nicolaitans, but to accept that Jesus sent by God is Christ the son of the living God is clearly not enough for them. So let's see what meaning there is to these lies, apart from also leading souls to hell that is. Mark.12. 28 - One of the teachers of religious law was standing there listening to the discussion. He realized that Jesus had answered well, so he asked, "Of all the commandments, which is the most important?" 29 - Jesus replied, "The most important commandment is this: 'Hear, O Israel! The Lord our God is the one and only Lord. 30 - And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.' 31 - The second is equally important: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' No other commandment is greater than these." 32 - The teacher of religious law replied, "Well said, Teacher. You have spoken the truth by saying that there is only one God and no other. 33 - And I know it is important to love him with all my heart and all my understanding and all my strength, and to love my neighbors as myself. This is more important than to offer all of the burnt offerings and sacrifices required in the law." 34 - Realizing this man's understanding, Jesus said to him, "You are not far from the Kingdom of God." And after that, no one dared to ask him any more questions. John.17.3 Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. Matt.16.16-17- Simon Peter answered, "You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God."Jesus replied, "You are blessed, Simon son of John, because my Father in heaven has revealed this to you. You did not learn this from any human being. Upon this revelation is the true Christ's Church built. Now lot of churches who believe in trinity have teachings and doctrines that are not from Jesus and they also believe the Pre-Tribulation rapture, and this believe states that rapture will occur before the tribulation as an escape for Christians. Now this isn't taught by Jesus nor the apostles, for it is after the tribulation that the true Christ will appear, so why teach Pre-Tribulation? Where are all these strange doctrines coming from? What is the purpose? Let's read 2 Thessalonians 2 Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters, not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by the teaching allegedly from us—whether by a prophecy or by word of mouth or by letter—asserting that the day of the Lord has already come. Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God. 2 Thessalonians 2: 1 - 4 There have been false teachings and false prophecies as regard to the coming of the Lord which were an attempt to deceive people and make them fall away. It is clearly written here that anyone who tells you Christ will come before the great rebellion and man of sin is revealed is a deceiver. But sadly this deception is widely accepted as modern teaching and this acceptance explains the rebellion against God and the falling away of many before that man of iniquity, the son of destruction comes. People are rebelling against God by believing there are three gods, breaking his first commands and forsaking their first love. Some have rejected grace for the laws of Moses and some have abused grace as an excuse for iniquity. While in all this, visions of Jesus coming soon seem to spread irrespective of the man of sin not being revealed yet. The issue is, Pre-Tribulation believers believe they will be caught up before the tribulation - because the thought of suffering isn't acceptable to them in anyway, and that means there is a Christ that is coming before the tribulation and they also believe that Christ is God. It's like they have been prepped into accepting the man of sin as the Messiah for like 2Thess 2:4 states he will declare himself God and the strange thing is many will accept and believe him to be God. If the true Christ Jesus is God and they both proclaim the same thing, how is one supposed to know the difference, except in truth they don't proclaim the same thing, and the proclamation of claiming to be God is false. He will unite the world with a peace and one religion destroying the rest but is that all he does, this Christ they believe is God will do? Now remember what Jesus said, John.10.38 But if I do it, even though you do not believe me, believe the miracles, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father." the thing is all Jesus said was to glorify God our Father and not himself John.10.25 Jesus answered them, "I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father's name, they bear witness of Me. So miracles proof who Jesus is, and if you believe Jesus is God, then well, let's continue reading 2 Thess 2 The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to believe and love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness. 2 Thessalonians 2: 9 - 12 He won't just claim to be God, he will perform miracles that rival those of Jesus, and people will enjoy it, they will be pleased and delighted. I know the common misconception was that when the man of sin is revealed suffering will start but that's not the case, even God will let all those who rejected his word believe the lie even more. So imagine a person believing that Christ has come, Christ who is their God and they are enjoying the miracles but they are going to perish. I can only imagine how terrible it will be for those who oppose him and them in that time, they will be called heretics and holy war will be wagged on them, severe persecution. To the Islam, other religions and possibly enemies, it will be like, we told you so, submit or perish, accept your punishment or they may all just be forgiven and made into one religion. The main point is, why would people be so deceived and accepting, well they are already being deceived. For example Jesus didn't command us to tithe, "well I tithe o because it benefits me, it's a blessing, how many times have you heard that as a common answer". It doesn't matter "the man has power, he works miracles, he has helped my life", he is "pro-humanitarian" being seen as a very humble and good guy, all false humility and lies to make him more easier to accept... but God said... |

paxonel:Read this Mark.12.28 - One of the teachers of religious law was standing there listening to the discussion. Steep:John.3.34 For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit. 1. So God gave God to God without measure? 😏 And when God was his second person he died and gave himself back to his first person God so that his third person can come. 2. So God changed Himself to three forms or He was always three forms. If He was always three forms so then why did He say only He is God? Why is God not differentiated anywhere in scripture as God the Father, God the Spirit why did He only reveal Himself has One God and even gave commandments in line with thay revelation? |
DaddyCoool:even in this Nigerian before buhari won, if good luck wins there will be war and after tinubu won, rumor of biafran war Are you not a politician or you didn't hear the rumors |
MaxInDHouse:why are you mentioning me? |
MFM: The One True God, ETERNAL EXISTENT in three Persons. God The Father, God The Son and The Holy Spirit. They believe in one true God, eternally existing as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. |

Nachmonides:so his human nature was blemish and now is without blemish 😀 Is his obedience wasn't rewarded he just went back to who he wss or where he was, basically according to you Jesus went back to take his own seat 🤥 |
ABOUT TRINITY The egg is comprised of three parts: The yellow yolk, the whitish part, and the shell. Despite these three (3) substances, the egg is not three but one. Likewise, we believe that God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost are one God, but made of three persons – hence they are ONE IN TRINITY – Gen. 1:16-29; Matt. 3:16-17; Matt. 18:19.Now we have gone from three persons to three "substances", not that the shell is different from the yoke and the egg white, when they are together they are called egg but what happens when they are separated, now when the shell is gone you have egg yoke or boiled egg, now for an egg to be called an egg well it has to have a yoke and white. A broken egg can't even hatch and produce life so then do they break God apart like an egg or call each individual substance or person an egg, sorry, a god. Maybe the scriptures would do what that failed analogy could not and show why they quoting RCCG "Likewise, we believe that God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost are one God, but made of three persons – hence they are ONE IN TRINITY" Not they never defined God has a title from the beginning but as a person and now based on Trinity this person God the creator is made up of three persons the Father the son and the Holy Spirit even though are separate they are the same person. Genesis 1:16-29 speaks of God making two great light on the fourth day to God giving man grain to eat in the sixth day and neither does the ball of Jesus recorded in Matthew 3:16-17 say they are three gods. Since RCCG believe that the three are God and they make up God, what about separately, well they are always together. But Jesus said God why have you forsaken me, in fact that is the clear evidence that Jesus is not God but they deny it and deny him who died “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. Matthew 18: 19 Well what does this have to do with trinity, either no one has ever bother reading the beliefs of RCCG which I am not surprised many of the members and possibly ministers don't, that no one pointed out the typos or wrong quotations first, and then possibly maybe the wrong doctrines |
ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT The Holy Spirit is the third Person in the TRINITY. He has the same power, the same glory with God the Father and God the Son – John 14:16-17; John 15:26; Matt. 3:16; Acts 13:24. He is one with Father and the Son who is to be worshiped and served. Three Persons that become one are the source of blessings to all the living creatures in Heaven and on earth – Matt. 28:19; II Cor. 13:14; I John 1:5-7. The Holy Spirit has a great work to perform. He Teaches, He Speaks to men, and bears witness in us – Acts 16:6-7; He performs the work of regeneration for man- John 3:5-6; He also performs the work of Sanctification in the born again souls until they are fully sanctified – John 16:8; Eph 1:17-19; II Thess. 2:13; I Cor. 6:11. This same Holy Spirit endows believers with gifts they can use – I Cor 12:7; He empowers one in the Lord. Acts 1:8. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. John 14: 16 - 17 “When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father—he will testify about me. John 15: 26 Jesus calls the Holy Spirit another advocate, not God or another God but another advocate to take his place and comfort us while he is gone. As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. Matthew 3: 16 showing that Jesus and the Spirit of God are two different beings so the Holy Spirit isnt Jesus in spirit form. Not sure why this is listed "Before the coming of Jesus, John preached repentance and baptism to all the people of Israel. Acts 13:24 Now here is RCCG's statement concerning the Holy Spirit: "He is one with Father and the Son who is to be worshiped and served. Three Persons that become one are the source of blessings to all the living creatures in Heaven and on earth." The Holy Spirit is to be worshipped and served The three of them become one... the source of this statement is not from any of the verses they mentioned but let's keep reading Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Matthew 28: 19 May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. 2 Corinthians 13: 14 This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. 1 John 1: 5 - 7 (none of them calls the Holy Spirit God. The name is the name that the three testify to, Jesus: Jehovah saves, only one God is mentioned in 2 Corinthians 13:14 not three. The rest of the verses show the functions of the Holy Spirit but none of them show the Holy Spirit as God, even though God speaks to us through the Holy Spirit. John.3.5 - Jesus replied, "The truth is, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. John.3.6 - Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives new life from heaven. If we are born through the spirit like Jesus was born, does that make us gods as well? No, because Jesus is not God, but it makes us children of God because Jesus is the son of God. When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment: John 16: 8 and the Holy Spirit is showing that the word is wrong about Jesus, he is the son of God and not god the son but they don't believe what Jesus revealed about himself so they make up new ideas and call him what and who he isn't. Eph.1.17 - asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you might grow in your knowledge of God. Eph.1.18 - I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the wonderful future he has promised to those he called. I want you to realize what a rich and glorious inheritance he has given to his people. Eph.1.19 - I pray that you will begin to understand the incredible greatness of his power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power Eph.1.20 - that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly realms. This talks about Jesus been the son of God, doesn't call nor insinuate that the Spirit or the son are God. 2Thess.2.13 But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers loved by the Lord, because from the beginning God chose you to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth. The Holy Spirit's work to us, intercession, sanctification, teaching and all that's written but none is receiving worship though he fellowships with us and none of it says the Holy Spirit is God. 1Cor.6.11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God. (NKJV) instead of calling the Spirit our God, he is called spirit of our God, not Gods, one God. Now the Holy Spirit is of Jesus and of God because they sent him, so he is from them and not them. Acts.1.8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." Here again the Holy Spirit is not coming to be worshipped but to enable us with power to be witnesses of Jesus. |
Now the following verses are also quoted in their belief on Jesus 1Pet.2.24 He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed. John.10.11 "I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. Gal.3.13 But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree." Matt.20.28 For even I, the Son of Man, came here not to be served but to serve others, and to give my life as a ransom for many." 1Cor.15.3 I passed on to you what was most important and what had also been passed on to me--that Christ died for our sins, just as the Scriptures said. Rom.4.25 He was handed over to die because of our sins, and he was raised from the dead to make us right with God. 2Cor.5.14 For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. Heb.2.9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone. Heb.9.26 Then Christ would have had to suffer many times since the creation of the world. But now he has appeared once for all at the end of the ages to do away with sin by the sacrifice of himself. After reading this verses ask yourself once again, is Jesus God? Or the son of man who is the son of God. |
Isaiah 9:6 one of the favorite verses of those who believe in three gods Isa.9.6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. (KJV) Now even though KJV and other translations agree that the term is his name not names, let me not go deep into the Hebrew text but use the Septuagint which is the oldest Hebrew translation to Greek and now to English Isaiah 9:6 For a child is born to us, and a son is given to us, whose government is upon his shoulder: and his name is called the Messenger of great counsel: + for I will bring peace upon the princes, and health to him. If you accept that Jesus is not the Father it's easier to understand that Everlasting Father is not his name and that there's an explanation of what is written. Abiad usually used for eternity and counsellor being a verb, then what about mighty God, well Isaiah uses the phrase again in Isaiah 10:20-21 the mighty God but in a statement that means the people will trust YHVH and return to His strength. It's not the first time Isaiah has written a name that is more like a sentence than a word. So understanding the sentence is important. His name shall be called by the wonderful counsel of God's strength, abiad prince of peace. Abiad is a combination of the word "abi" which is my Father and "ad" which could mean ornaments in Hebrew but there's another meaning which I believe is the main meaning of "ad" which is witness, testimony and prince. Of course "ad" also means ancient, eternity but considering the subject of decision I believe abiad means my Father's witness or my Father's prince is the prince of peace. If a name would make or mean Jesus is God, it would be Jehovah saves which is the meaning of Jesus but does that also means Joshua is God?! The next bible reference is from Isaiah 53 which from verse 1, a reference to the arm/strength of YHVH is spoken of, which most likely refers to Jesus, verse 2, infact let's read the whole chapter together Isa.53.2 - My servant grew up in the LORD's presence like a tender green shoot, sprouting from a root in dry and sterile ground. There was nothing beautiful or majestic about his appearance, nothing to attract us to him. Isa.53.3 - He was despised and rejected--a man of sorrows, acquainted with bitterest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way when he went by. He was despised, and we did not care. Isa.53.4 - Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God for his own sins! Isa.53.5 - But he was wounded and crushed for our sins. He was beaten that we might have peace. He was whipped, and we were healed! Isa.53.6 - All of us have strayed away like sheep. We have left God's paths to follow our own. Yet the LORD laid on him the guilt and sins of us all. Isa.53.7 - He was oppressed and treated harshly, yet he never said a word. He was led as a lamb to the slaughter. And as a sheep is silent before the shearers, he did not open his mouth. Isa.53.8 - From prison and trial they led him away to his death. But who among the people realized that he was dying for their sins--that he was suffering their punishment? Isa.53.9 - He had done no wrong, and he never deceived anyone. But he was buried like a criminal; he was put in a rich man's grave. Isa.53.10 - But it was the LORD's good plan to crush him and fill him with grief. Yet when his life is made an offering for sin, he will have a multitude of children, many heirs. He will enjoy a long life, and the LORD's plan will prosper in his hands. Isa.53.11 - When he sees all that is accomplished by his anguish, he will be satisfied. And because of what he has experienced, my righteous servant will make it possible for many to be counted righteous, for he will bear all their sins. Isa.53.12 - I will give him the honors of one who is mighty and great, because he exposed himself to death. He was counted among those who were sinners. He bore the sins of many and interceded for sinners. Now after reading this, do you think Jesus is God. Think about Philip when he met someone reading this scripture Acts.8.32 - The passage of Scripture he had been reading was this: "He was led as a sheep to the slaughter. And as a lamb is silent before the shearers, he did not open his mouth. Acts.8.33 - He was humiliated and received no justice. Who can speak of his descendants? For his life was taken from the earth." Acts.8.34 - The eunuch asked Philip, "Was Isaiah talking about himself or someone else?" Acts.8.35 - So Philip began with this same Scripture and then used many others to tell him the Good News about Jesus. And asked him if he believes Jesus is God? No, he asked him if he believes Jesus is the son of God. |
ABOUT JESUS CHRIST We believe that He is the Son of God; Who took away our sins, and the Savior of the world. We also believe that Jesus is God and was born by Mary the Virgin. He is God revealed in the flesh. Through Him all things were created. John 1:1-14; John 14:9; Matt. 1:18-25, Is 9:6; Is 53:5-6. We believe in His death on the Cross, and resurrection, by which He brought redemption – Is. 53:4-10; I Pet. 2:24; John 10:11; Gal. 3:13, Matt. 20:28; I Cor. 15:3; Rom. 4:25; II Cor. 5:14; Heb 2:9; Heb 9:26.Notice they ALSO believe that "Jesus is God and was born by Mary", so is Mary the mother of God?! "God revealed in the flesh" one of the basis of their belief is that because God made all through Jesus, then Jesus is God. God made all things through his word and not through himself, God used the word but then does it mean everything God uses is God?! "Through the word all things were created" John 1:1-14 is long to fully quote, where you read that John came to witness the light and not God in whom the life that gives light to men was before he came and became the light to us, but let's still read verse 14 John.1.14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. Jesus is not called God in flesh, but the word became flesh, even if you take the word was God before it became flesh, it shows the change. Only when we understand it has the word was God's and it became flesh, do we understand the phrase and truth, "God doesn't change" John.14.9 Jesus replied, "Philip, don't you even yet know who I am, even after all the time I have been with you? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father! So why are you asking to see him? If only this verse exists or if you read only this verse then your confusion is understandable that you would think that Jesus is the Father but still this verse doesn't call Jesus God, but if you believe so, it contradicts that Jesus is the son of God if he himself is God. If Jesus had left his statement as only verse 9 but he continued in John.14.10 Don't you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words I say are not my own, but my Father who lives in me does his work through me. He didn't say don't you believe I am the Father or that I am God, but that I am in the Father and the Father is in me. And why does Jesus say this, it is because of the works God does through him. So you see God because you see His works. So to reveal God is to reveal the works of God. Which Philip asked show us the Father, reveal the Father and Jesus answered I reveal Him, I am the son who reveals the Father, the son whom only has seen the Father who sees the works of the Father and does likewise. It's in your gospel of John. Let's continue Matt.1.18 This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit. Jesus the Messiah not Jesus the God or Jesus, God the son, the Messiah prophecied from scriptures (aka old testament) is the son of God and not God the son of God in the flesh. Matt.1.20 But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. Not incarnation but spiritual conception as opposed to carnal conception. Matt.1.22 - All of this happened to fulfill the Lord's message through his prophet: Matt.1.23 - "Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son, and he will be called Immanuel (meaning, God is with us)." Matthew quotes Isaiah the issue here is does Emmanuel mean Jesus is God? Now you have to consider that Elijah is name Jehovah is God, does that mean Elijah is God, of which some believe he never died? Does having el in one's name mean they are Elohim. Let's understand why God said what He did in Isaiah 7:14, first I want us to read Exod.17.7 And he called the place Massah and Meribah because the Israelites quarreled and because they tested the LORD saying, "Is the LORD among us or not?" (NIV) Now let's read Isaiah 7 now they were under threat of invasion by foreign nations and God said it won't happen Isa.7.10 - Not long after this, the LORD sent this message to King Ahaz: Isa.7.11 - "Ask me for a sign, Ahaz, to prove that I will crush your enemies as I have promised. Ask for anything you like, and make it as difficult as you want." Isa.7.12 - But the king refused. "No," he said, "I wouldn't test the LORD like that." So the statement God with us, is for us to believe God will save us for He is with us, save us from death from thirst or from invasion. |
The foundation of most modern churches is an error which comes from believing that Jesus is a god, and believing in god the son. Let's see if indeed Jesus is God from RCCG's publicly released beliefs RCCG beliefs ABOUT GOD: Ps. 33:6-9RCCG lists a number of verses about God. Speaking first about God before Jesus and then the Holy Spirit and then the trinity I want us to actually READ them Gen.1.1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Ps.86.9 - All the nations--and you made each one--will come and bow before you, Lord; they will praise your great and holy name. Ps.86.10 - For you are great and perform great miracles. You alone are God. The same Elohim, God, that created, is God alone, with no one else as God besides Him. Isa.43.10 - "But you are my witnesses, O Israel!" says the LORD. "And you are my servant. You have been chosen to know me, believe in me, and understand that I alone am God. There is no other God; there never has been and never will be. Isa.43.11 - I am the LORD, and there is no other Savior. Now LORD here is YHVH, now you may think ah if YHVH is savior then Jesus is YHVH First consider that God saves by sending someone with his power, second read the next verse Isa.43.12 First I predicted your deliverance; I declared what I would do, and then I did it--I saved you. No foreign god has ever done this before. You are witnesses that I am the only God," says the LORD. God told Abraham of the slavery of Israel and He came down to deliver them by sending Moses. God saves us through Jesus. Here again in Isaiah God does say Moses is God because He sent him but that He God YHVH is God alone. John.1.1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John.1.2 He was in the beginning with God. John.1.3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. RCCG wrote they believe God created both visible and invisible creatures and John 1:1-3 shows God used His word to create, like Hebrews 11:3. Now but John 1 isn't about God but about the word, why is it here? "Only God will be in existence forever. Ez. 3:14"; is this Ezra or Ezekiel, only Ezekiel has 3:14 which says Ezek.3.14 So the Spirit lifted me up and took me away, and I went in bitterness, in the heat of my spirit; but the hand of the LORD was strong upon me. See why I said let's read EVERYTHING blind trust is blindness. Either this is a mistake or it's purposely quoted here, but let's say it's Exodus 3:14 instead as my purpose is not to condemn typos Exod.3.14 God replied, "I AM THE ONE WHO ALWAYS IS. Just tell them, `I AM has sent me to you.'" This agrees with that God will always exist but where is the only God will be in existence forever? Let's leave this as it isn't clear so John.5.26 The Father has life in himself, and he has granted his Son to have life in himself. First this shows that the Him mentioned in John 1:4 is the Father and here we see that the Father gives the son, grants the son. Now the statement in their belief is that in God every creature receives life. Now Jesus receives life from God and for the son to have life in God Let's go the next one |
Nachmonides:This is you Nachmonides who wrote and I quote "I, however do not accept that his divine nature was exalted." 🤣🤣👍 |
Dtruthspeaker:NO, JESUS CHRIST NEVER SAID ANYTHING LIKE THAT IN ISAIAH 33:22 |
Dtruthspeaker:I dodge your questions? Is that so? Look stop being a child of the devil if you lack understanding of an answer don't accuse them of dodging your questions and drag others into your nonsense. If you say o I reject your answer, that would be understandable but then you are denying that I have answered you, like those who deny God even after hearing Him. Just listen to yourself "The one I am interested in is in LORD/Lord which even you have just partly confessed refers to Jesus." There's no part confession anyway Jesus Christ is Lord not YHVH. And since your aim is to force me to say Jesus is God. Jesus is not God 😁👍 don't deceive yourself or force your deception on others. "That because Jesus is God that's why he is above the law." Please don't associate me with such nonsense, Jesus fulfilled the law, submitted to God and through him God gives grace and truth. If you like continue accusing me that I didn't answer your question that's your business, God before whom I stand knows I did and on that day will know if I did or not, or if you were just lying against me 😁😀 |
gohf:Nachmonides since yesterday you run o This one is 2, after all your nonsense noise for many days you ignored my first response and lied for many days that i never responded to you. Now just like I predicted you are avoiding it |
Nachmonides:but you said he has two natures right, one was honored while the other was restored, so which of the two is at the right hand of God or it both of them 😁 |
gohf:Nachmonides since yesterday you run o This one is 1. |
Nachmonides:so his human nature was honored so who is at the right hand of God his human nature or his divine nature? 🤣 |
