The book of Hebrews compares Jesus and Melchizedek.

Melchizedek was called a priest of the Most High God. Like Melchizedek, Jesus is a priest of the Most High God.

Melchizedek was a King-Priest. He simultaneously occupied both position. In that regard Jesus was a priest more like Melchizedek than like Aaron.

Obviously a King-Priest priesthood is superior to an ordinary priesthood.

Jesus Christ King-Priest priesthood was instituted by God himself and has been set up to last forever.

If Abraham, from whom the Aaronic priesthood eventually came, was blessed by and gave to a greater person – the King-Priest, that KIND of priesthood which Jesus Christ holds, then the Aaronic priesthood is inferior to the type Jesus Christ holds.

If perfection was found in the Aaronic/Levitical Priesthood, there would have been no need for a Priest to appear after the order of Melchizedek (King-Priest pattern) rather than after the order of Aaron.

The focus of the writer then is, “For you Hebrews who believe in Jesus Christ, you are no longer under the ceremonial aspects of the Law. You do not offer animal sacrifices anymore; you do not pay tithes to the Aaronic priesthood anymore. Because there was a change in the priesthood, there is also a change of law which accompanies it.”

When I make the kind of statement you quoted, many responses is the same as yours. No! It doesn't mean you can or should commit adultery and does mean have other gods. What it means is, YOU DON'T NEED THE TEN COMMANDMENTS TO GUIDE YOU NO MORE AS A CHRISTIAN NOT TO DO THOSE THINGS CONTAINED IN THE 10 COMMANDMENTS, you need the Spirit to guide you.

Joseph didn't have the 10 commandments before he refused fornication with Potipher wife. Enoch and Noah and Job didn't have the 10 before they all walked upright and eschew evil. You don't need the 10 commandments to tell you what's right or wrong, YOU NEED THE SPIRIT OF GOD. As many are controlled by the Spirit are the sons and daughters of God

Tragedy of our days and times in politics, Nigerian pastors and religious leaders have both said different prophecies against and for Trump. Could it be same God giving same prophecies against and for Trump? My take is, YES! So I'm watching to see what path he walks as to his campaign promises.

Yes, he's a man of integrity. I watch him live and direct eat the bug. Although I had thought he'd eat a live bug but anyway, he rat a canned bug. Either way, better than our politicians, who will say anything to get elected. I have to remind myself that ELECTION DO HAVE CONSEQUENCES. Fold hands and watch this show.

All politicians say a lot to get elected. The question is, will they walk their talk?

In this case, President Elect Trump is in deep trouble. If he does those things he said during campaign, he runs more of a divided nation than united. If he doesn't, he stand the chances of lying on vain promises to get elected and might stand the chances of loosing a second term.

In all, I'll give him a chance or benefit of the doubt to lead this country in the right and united direction void of racist, white supremacy, equal opportunities for all regardless of your color, gender, race and not based on red states nor blue states.

When anyone say anything to get elected, we are in for a ride and we, the people should be reminded that, ELECTION HAVE CONSEQUENCES!
