I don't understand why anytime the other health professional seek for better work conditions, pay, proper placement in scheme of service and ability to progress, it is seen by them as a threat.

I don't think it's really about the gender. I have little sisters and they can be a hand full. Our last born is just 2 and the way she deals with her elder sis who is about 6 is same. She even bullies everyone sef, even if an young child comes visiting and mistakenly sits on her chair, she'll first go to my mum or me and point to the child, if he/she doesn't stand up, she'll go and beat him/her.
She probably sees the elder one has mate cos the way she bullies her ehn, that one will start crying cos she doesn't want to beat her, sometimes we have to beat her small hand to correct her... The elder one was probably being paid back cos she did same or even worse to her immediate elder sis too, LOL.

Some men have nothing to offer than sperm, the woman takes care of finances and home keeping while he keeps the title of head of the house and father of the children.

How many men are sole financial providers in the home? How many are even responsible enough to provide the needs of the wife and Children. And with this Economy it just isn't easy so one way or the other the woman contributes to helping the man with 'his' responsibility. But a different tune comes up if the man helps the wife with 'her' responsibility just to make life easier for her and the family as a whole.
Then we wonder why women age so fast.

The sad part is a lot of these men always shoving Polygamy down our throat with different silly write-ups don't even have the capacity to effectively manage just a wife, then they go for more just for selfish reasons. It's rare to see a man doing polygamy as prescribed especially in this part. Very rare.
You see people who can barely even wake up for tahajjud every other night talking about doing Sunnah by marrying more than a wife, this wife they want to marry is one young fresh babe with several single brothers seeking her hands but she'll more often than not go for a married one cos he has more money. They won't do Sunnah with widows or divorcees o. The Prophet didn't have any other wife till after Khadijah's death, and even there was a divine reason for his marriage to most of his other wives, Aisha was the only virgin wife he had.
Some men even take it like it's a Command of Allah, it's a mere permission and there was need for it at the time due to war and the loss of men at those times. These days people go into it for mostly sexual reasons.
Some will commit zina and justify it by saying they are allowed to marry more than a wife. Some would even have four already and still have concubines outside,that is how shameless some people are.
I don't see polygamy as a way to curb adultery, some people just lack contentment.
What pisses me off most is when they try to guilt-trip women who do not like the idea of polygamy, like you don't have enough Iman or selfish or want to paint it like they are helping women by going into polygamy using false made up statistics.

To the men painting women black for not liking polygamy, if polyandry was allowed, a lot of you won't sing same tune. Some people can't even see their wife greeting another man they'll start boiling.

Raise female children keeping in mind they would be someone's wife, raise male children without same thinking, they would also be someone's husband and father.
Then we end up raising respectable women for morally deficient men, men with no moral values and poor family commitment. The woman is made yo shoulder the responsibility to make the marriage work at all cost, she was raised to see it as her ultimate goal in life while the man gallivants about. When the man isn't responsible she is expected to endure it.

And all this nonsense about female children being more susceptible to being lead astray than males. I don't see it in our Society, who make up the bulk of cultists, thieves, kidnappers, drug abusers, etc.
These vices keep increasing because of poor parenting and Societal issues.

BNsc nurses don't wait till 300level before they start clinical posting sir. I'm sure u r not one cos dts very ridiculous and strange. I am a BNsc nurse n I started my clinicals after year one, things have changed now.

Plus u might not be completely wrong probably some universities do that or were doing dt but not in my school where I graduated. All the same, nice write up.
