So far, what I've deduced from this thread; Nigerians know their weaknesses, shortfalls. Them no dey hide mouth They also know where they are making progress but can improve a lot better. We just don't need anyone to echo what we already know. Of course there are exceptions. The Kenyans don't seem capable of grasping this fact. It seems they are more knowledgeable about Nigeria than the Nigerians themselves. We must applaud them for that.

Lagos state is far ahead of Rivers State. it's like 1990(RV) to 2019(LG).
