philip0906:let me tell you this fact. In almost every country, only the best study medicine. So the best set of people studied medicine in Nigeria. The meaning is this....if the best nigeria can produce are incompetent, imagine what you are!!! If nigerian doctors are empty nut heads like you said...imagine what will be on your own head...SAWDUST |
alsudaes1:You really don't understand. The major problem is always money. You need to do CT scan of 45k to properly diagnose a patient they tell you no money. You do your best to stabilise the patient without the test, they will say the treatment was sub standard and the hospital has no equipment. You refer them they will say you rejected them. You use your money and maybe the patient couldn't make it, they won't pay a dime and still fights you. In advanced economies, money is not a problem for the doctor. He needs CT scan he gets it done. He needs surgery he gets it done . So money is the main issue since the doctor is not getting funding in any other place.... NB...and do you by any chance assume this money we are talking about is the profit of the doctor? Oh no. It is essentially to get the patient well. If you have to do what an average doctor does in America to diagnose a stroke, you will spend at least one million. The doctor abroad don't care about this since someone is paying for it. This patient comes in the middle of the night in Nigeria without any money claiming no ATM and somehow expects a magic. The doctor refers...they will say he didn't do first aid. He rejected them.because of money. Do your best with what you have, they won't pay a dime by the morning. They will just say their uncle said they should bring the patient to the village. |
oluayebenz:if we are to rely on luck then this thread is useless. And please, IT IS TRUE THAT MANY GENUINE APPLICANTS ARE DENIED BUT EXTREMELY FEW PEOPLE WITH WEAK PROFILES ARE GRANTED AND IF YOU SEE THEIR TRANSCRIPT YOU MAY UNDERSTAND WHY. It is practically not possible for a jobless person to get a visa to go and greet someone he met online. This is a fact!!! It has nothing to do with God. Yes many genuine applicants can be denied especially when travel history is not that good but FEW PEOPLE, VERY FEW PEOPLE WITH WEAK PROFILES GET IT. A jobless person can get a student visa with sponsorship but never tourist visa. You are jobless and you are going on tourism. Anyway someone already said I was preaching to choir and I think she is right. I wish him best of luck jare. Let us move to something else |
Mr100Dollars:We don't know you. This is a faceless forum. Do you now assume we are jealous of you because you met the love of your life on the internet? I had a guy working for me even before trump. He met a fellow Jehovah witness online and they fell in love . I told him same thing. He got a letter from the lady. Got a letter from their kingdom hall he would use the opportunity to attend a kingdom hall conference bla bla. I told him not to mention the lady. He didn't hear. He travelled all the way to Abuja saying they had better success rate than Lagos. The moment he mentioned the lady...the VO just concentrated on the relationship and denied him after just 3 questions. In this your case, it is very very certain they will deny you. You are only going for excursion at the Embassy. Don't say we didn't warn. No VO will give you visa. Let me tell you your profile( not meant to demean you) so you can put yourself in the shoes of the VO and see.....YOU HAVE NO WORK, YOU HAVE NO FAMILY, YOU HAVE NO TRAVEL HISTORY COS YOU CANT EVEN AFFORD TO TRAVEL ON YOUR OWN(Not your fault since you have no job), YOU EVEN HAVE NO HOPE OF GETTING A GOOD JOB SOON SINCE YOU HAVE NO EDUCATION ( YOU DROPPED OUT OF SCHOOL), YOU MET A LADY ONLINE( WHEN NIGERIANS ARE KNOWN ONLINE SCAMMERS), YOU HAVE NEVER MET, YOU JUST WANT TO VISIT HER FOR TWO WEEKS AND COME( TO COME AND DO WHAT?) Why will you come back? So you think the VO will somehow become blind or deaf to all these qualities and then grant you the visa because a citizen invited you? He may even feel obligated to protect the citizen from you....since Nigerians are well documented online scammers using love to defraud American. Build a better profile for your future than wasting money on a visa you will most likely be denied of. You should have told the lady you want to go back to school since she want to sponsor you. Get admitted to an easy country in Europe and go and study first. It makes more sense |
Spanishmilf:He is actually right. The guy will be denied 100percent. Unless he changes the story to something else. |
Spanishmilf:Actually it depends. If he is included as part of protocol officers....it means he will have a role in the trip. You know as a governor, you will be expected to have protocol officers in charge of different things for the trip to be meaningful so if the governor is including him as part of the protocol ..he will likely get a visa . Nothing is hundred percent . Even a governor can be denied entry not to talk of his entourage but all things being equal...he stands a good chance |
Yusuf1743:A friend of mine packaged a trip for members of House of assembly of a state more than 2yrs ago. He actually approached Howard university and got a one week training course booked for members. He took all of them to the embassy. He had a previous denial from USA embassy but had an unused Tanzanian visa. They were all granted the visa without much ado. He had the approval of the governor with an upfront of 15million paid. Unfortunately, after the visa approval, he didn't know when the balance payment was approved. Some excos connived with the clerk and they got about 50million approved and members shared the money rather than going on the said trip. By the time he discovered, he petitioned the EFCC and members were taken all the way to Abuja but I told him he was wasting his money, he didn't believe. Unfortunately, he had spent the bulk of the 15million organising the trip cos he paid Howard some commitment fee and used the remaining to settle some people that facilitated the contract so the balance could come out. The bottom line is that the visa almost expired in his hand as he no.longer had money to finance only himself self. I actually don't know how he got the contract....he was just lucky and persistent. He later travelled few months before the expiration of the visa. Needless to say when it was time to renew the visa, he was roundly denied. Back to square one. And many of those members of the house are no longer in the parliament so the case with EFCC is dead. Very true life story. What am I saying self? Yes...you stand a good chance as an entourage of the governor |
Matjekdar:just make sure you now have good travel history. There is no short cut to USA visa for you after 3 denials. So, have good family travel history and reapply. Best of luck |
Stiflersammy:Even you that is not a VO knows the guy is not going on any visitation. Of course he is planning to run away instead of looking for jobs. If it is that easy, you think anybody will remain in nigeria after youth service? |
Spanishmilf:Oh no!!! A simple No as answer to any of the important questions will get him a straightforward denial. For example, if the VO ask what kind of business and he answers and the business has nothing to do with work. He then ask him, who is sponsoring and he says my employer, he will just end the interview at that point. I was only trying to explain and not saying the VO will ask him all those questions. Like the other guy said, none of us is VO. We are only guiding based on what has been happening at the Embassy during interviews. NB same way if the VO ask him how long has he been working there and he says 6months and then you say your employer is sponsoring you. He will just end it unless you have extensive travel history to Western countries prior to starting the job. These are just guides. Anyone can get the visa. It is not an interview for a software engineer that requires technical knowledge so even a jobless hairdresser can get it but don't count on it...it only happens once in a while |
Spanishmilf:like the guy rightly said, there is no VO on nairaland so they can give anybody visa but on a balance of probability his question line won't follow that route. As you can see, he is hiding a whole lot of details that the VO will be looking out for. First, he said he is going for business and tourism. You think the VO will just pretend he didn't hear the business aspect of it? Not likely. So the VO will ask him, what kind of business and unless we know his answer to that question, we may not know his chances. Moreso, the VO won't likely ask him wether he has been to USA in the last five years cos the VO will know already. He will only ask him wether he has travelled to other countries before which may or may not be on the present passport. Also the moment he says he is not travelling with his wife and kid, he will like to know why they are not travelling with him unless we know that the business can't accommodate family frivolity. Moreso, why is the employer sponsoring this? Is the business related to work? What value will the business bring to the company to warrant the company sponsoring him to the almighty America. Finally, has he spent more than one year or two years in that work place? Of course most employers won't send you to America after working for them for just one year and even if it is true, the VO will doubt it. And the VO may ask for your salary because if it is not significant, you can easily deceive your employer and not return. By and large, the question line he provided is not likely. But nobody can determine the outcome of his interview from here |
Spanishmilf:Lol. You know you eventually did exactly what you reprimanded the guy for doing. You actually asked him to FU.C.k himself. That is not a compliment |
Mancala:The only right you have when you apply for a visa is the right to get a decision. Since you paid for it, they must give you a decision. So the moment they deny you the visa, they have fulfilled their contractual part of the process. They owe you a decision. How they arrive at that decision is non of our business NB- something funny happened recently. A guy got stranded on a bad road cos of the rain. When he got the front gate of house he used to have a lady friend, he decided to go in and ask her if he could park the car around. The GATE WAS NOT LOCKED. So he pushed the gate open and was instantly faced with two giant fighter dogs who were not chained. They belonged to the landlord. They seriously battered him. When he got to the clinic, the landlord told him he won't be responsible for the entire bill cos the dog was not a stray dog and the guy didn't knock. The argument of the guy was that they should have locked the gate. The man said....did that dog bite you within or outside the compound? The man said he didn't invite him and it is non of his business wether he locked his gate or not. This story may not be related with what we are saying but the only lesson there is this....YOU CANT DICTATE TO THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE HOW HE SHOULD SCREEN HIS VISITORS. If you don't want to be bitten by a dog or you don't want to waste money applying for a visa, stay clear of the embassy. |
Mancala:This is not immigration visa. This is clearly a non immigration visa. After doing a thorough check, they are still under no obligation to give you visa because you are a visitor so what do you mean by thorough check? You make it sound like after the thorough check, they are under obligation to give you visa. Not true. So the thorough check is for their advantage and not for your advantage so if anybody is losing by not doing a thorough check, it is not you but themselves since they are under no obligation to grant you entrance. Since we all know this abinitio, you can't say you entered into a contract so they must do a thorough check according to your own standard. Think about it this way. Some houses have gateman, some don't have. If you get to the house with gateman, the gateman may refuse you entrance . You can't complain that why do they have gateman and you can't also blame those without gateman It is non of your business. So, if USA says they only need 2minutes interview to screen those who will enter their country, it is non of our business. After all, you are only going on a visit. Is it by force to visit? You can't possibly compare it with services. If I pay you to serve me food in a restaurant, you must serve me else I complain. But if I pay you for visa especially a visit visa, I can't complain however you choose to screen your visitor. It is at your discretion cos you and only you bears the consequences. If you allow thieves into your house, you bear the consequences alone . |
EXLOVER:you must have met at least once in the last two years |
EXLOVER:Bros, don't waste your money. Unless you plan to use a different story, you got a straightforward denial. No two way about it. You are definitely going to waste your money. However, you can get a K1 visa. Your fiancée should know about that. However, if you want to use B1/B2 to visit a so called older fiancee from Nigeria, don't bother. They will deny you. NB...Let us explain it to you. This visa is meant for visiting. If you call her your fiancee, then you intend to marry. If you are granted the visa, the chances are, once you get there, you can decide to go ahead and marry and not return. So no VO will take that chances with a Nigerian. However, K1 visa is a fiancee visa. Infact, the VO will ask you to apply for fiancee visa. But to be able to do that....1) she must be a citizen 2) must be free to marry 3) you must have met physically in the last two years 4) she must have good income above a specific threshold 5) you must be ready to marry within 90days of arrival. So, if it is important that you see your fiancée, she will visit you first then file for K1 visa when you are ready to marry. You can however get b1/B2 by not mentioning your fiancée at the interview for a different purpose. |
Shhhh01:I can only laugh at your ignorance. How can they know who needs help without doing test first. You actually cracked me up. Honestly, what do you think doctors spent 7yrs learning in school and another 7yrs doing residency? Yes a mother can bring a baby that just need paracetamol to the hospital. We are not blaming her. But she must understand that the doctor will attend to those with convulsions first even if she had spent 3hrs there before they brought the one with convulsion. And hospital being a busy place is not an excuse.....but that is not the fault of the doctor. You think he must die because he want to attend to you? He will only do his own and leave the rest. |
phemy36:So your wife is living up to her oath while others are not. Can you see yourself? So quick to defend their own and so fast to judge others. You didn't even hear from the doctor you condemned him but when it got to your wife, she is an angel. Out of all the so called wicked nurses in the whole world, coincidentally your wife happened to be among the few that are angels. Clap for yourself . Just imagine how you will feel if that same wife of yours is the one accused in this video...you will be running around to defend while instantly condemning others. Learn to listen to the other side of the story |
phemy36:Ask her doctor to honestly tell you how many patients reports her in a day...you will be shocked! You assumed your wife relates well to patient without even working with her. You are funny. Ask her....she will tell you |
phemy36:You guys need to calm down. You only heard from the woman and then the doctor must be evil. How are you different from people burning thieves on the street? This is jungle justice. Did you watch the video? Why are other doctors, nurses etc not attending to the woman? If her daughter is sick, the next thing she will be doing is to carry phone and be looking for trouble on social media? Was she not supposed to look for a superior first etc? Was she sounding like someone whose child was really sick or someone who just wanted to start trouble? Calm down.... |
Surulereman:There is nothing Nigerian about this. Doctors have a right to refuse a patient as long as the patient is referred to someone else . You can't tell me that doctor is the only doctor in the whole general hospital. So why are others not attending to her? If after the fight the doctor attended to the baby and the baby dies and the woman start another round of accusation that the doctor killed her baby because they had an argument nko? You guys just assumed doctors are super human and don't have any right at all. |
TEXAS79:oga swerve. I am a consultant family physician. That should be enough for your rant. You went ahead to give nigeria a bad name and you are glorifying it on the internet and you have gut to say you had a good job as a pharmacist. How much was your salary self? Is it not my field? You think everyone is illegally minded like you? Just delete your so called transcript. It is not helping anybody. Congrats for living legally with your family. Nigerians will fraudulently get a visa and attribute it to God. So God told you to tell lies you will come back after getting the visa and then you ran away. If your own God is powerful, why can't you tell them you won't come back which is the truth that God desires. You lied and it is God and you now wonder why nigeria is bad |
seyewest:lol. Never mind me jare |
Beautyaddy:You seem to assume nigerians only abuse visas to USA. NO,!!! We abuse visa to every country including African country. So even if you apply to other countries they still deny genuine travellers too . And the percentage of people from visa free countries abusing their visas is very very minute otherwise they will stop it with immediate effect. Despite the fact that USA has a visa free pact with European Union, they still require visas from Cyprus and Bulgaria who are members despite repeated protest from EU. And even though it is visa free...you still need to apply online for ETA so they the number of people entering and the numbers going out. Let us stop this idea of nigeria is bad so we must do something illegal in another man's country. Migrate legally. Go to school. Get post study visa. Do something legal for the sake of others coming behind so the world won't quarantine us more than this
|
emily111:Seriously...do you know the reason why they don't have opportunity of getting that visa is this same attitude of yours. That is why it is difficult in the first instance to get visa. So, if common south Africa deny Nigerians visa tommorrow you will start shouting xenophobia yet they gave you visa, you abused it and still defend the abuse on social media. Of course you are in America now but don't complain when your family member want to pay a visit and they deny them and then you start shouting that they are just collecting visa money without giving the visa |
TEXAS79:You guys are just blocking the chance of future genuine travellers. One will now keep wondering why the embassy keeps denying people with good jobs. It is because people like you have abused the visas and you come online to share it . You think embassy officials are not on this forum? Not fair really |
Ugommma:If traveling is your dream, you have to invest on it like a project. Before the new Zealand training, go to South Africa or even Dubai like someone suggested. New Zealand will allow you to apply online and then you send your passport to South Africa. Those ones too expect you to have travel history to countries around first. New Zealand is far away from everyone so they suspect any Nigerian going there for things apart from studies. They have a high denial rate for tourist visas from Nigeria. However, they will give you a lengthy reason for denying you so you will know his thinking and they will expect you to upload your bank account online so start building your bank account. For A list countries....Nigerians have spoilt our reputation by abusing visas so you must individually prove yourself to be reliable through travel history and build account. If it is student visas, you have higher success rates without travel history |
Ugommma:i think people visiting this thread should understand that even if your intention is your genuine, there is no way the VISA officer will know. All these explanation we are doing is just to let us guess the thinking of the officer not that you will have time to explain anything to them in DETAILS. Even if you answer questions they didn't ask you, it makes you more susceptible to denial. So all your explanations is valid but the visa officer won't ask you all these questions and your interview will be over as soon as it starts Your interview will go like After initial pleasantries.... You are visiting a friend....Yes How long have you known him Who is sponsoring your trip Why are you visiting? Are you married? Have you travelled out of the country before? Something similar to this and a quick no to the last two questions end the interview believe me |
Ugommma:Leave USA alone for now. Think about it? Why would a visa officer want to give you a visit visa to the USA at this time that visa approval success rate is very low. No travel history. You can't even afford the cost of travel...a friend is sponsoring. Why would your friend sponsor your vacation to USA? And you are single? So why won't you run away? Even if it is not America, few embassies will approve visa for someone claiming a friend is sponsoring their holiday trip. If it is student visa it even makes sense but for visiting...Na almost automatic denial. It obviously means you don't even have a real job and the next thing is to go on a visit. Sorry if my language is a bit hard but the reality is you stand no chance but I know some guys here will say na lie. Go try your luck. In that case, I agree with them and wish you best of luck in contributing your visa money to American economy. NOTE...you have added more information about aromatherapy. Why can't your friend come to Nigeria and train you about aromatherapy? If you have a business you are running why can't you sponsor your own trip? Please note, YOU WONT HAVR TIME TO DO ALL THESE EXPLANATIONS DURING INTERVIEW. The officer will only ask you generic questions like Are u married Have you travelled before Who is sponsoring your trip And after just these three questions...you are denied without further explanation so don't assume you will have time to start explaining why it is your friend sponsoring the trip |

Enick:90 Percent of people getting US non immigrant visa have travel history to UK and other places where they check documents. Very few get it without travel history so they are just allowing other embassies to do the checking for them. Why check documents again when UK and Schengen states have checked them for you |
