How many of you did the Leke Leke give me white finger(water finger) thingy ? Just saw my little nephew doing it today and it reminds me of those days when i did it too. And then after a few mins or waggling and twisting your hands upon and down as if u are wading away the air, you'll be rewarded with this white spot on your nails. Please who can explain the theory behind this leke leke thing. Because that stuff still works. Saw a white spot on my nephew's nail after singing the leke leke song with his hand going up and down. |
When Everton were playing man u a die hard game last week, Arsenal fans were so quick to throw stones of abuses at RVP, Ferguson and the entire Man U fans. We tried to make them reason that the season is still fresh and they should give RVP sometime to blend in. Now its their turn to explain to us how their team will blend soon. Nonsense people. |

Calabar – The Director-General of the Cross River State Agency for the Control of HIV/AIDS (SACA), Mrs Irene Aniyom, says that 56,350 persons in the state are currently living with the HIV virus. Aniyom made the announcement in an interview with journalists on Tuesday in Calabar. “Today in the state, we have 56,350 people living with the virus; we have to update it on a regular basis since 2005,” she said. According to her, the infected persons are receiving anti-retroviral drugs at different centres in the state. She said that SACA had formed a group known as “Cross River Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS,’’ to monitor the infected persons. “And in this network, we have 80 support groups of people living with the virus, with a minimum of 25 persons in each group,’’ she said. Aniyom said that many people were now aware of the diseases, due to the activities of SACA and other groups involved in the campaign against the spread of the disease. “If you go to various HIV testing and counselling centres across the state, you will find many people coming out to know their status,’’ she said. The director-general said that SACA had also established Local Action Committees on Control of HIV/AIDS (LACA) in each of the 18 Local Government Areas in the state, headed by the chairmen of the councils. “This is because we found out that the disease spreads faster in rural areas, ‘’ Aniyom said. She said that the monitoring and evaluation unit of the agency conducted regular monitoring of the activities of LACA and collated data on their activities. “Also, chairmen of the Local Government Areas pay N200,000 to their LACA every month to facilitate their activities. “While on our part we give them N3,000 monthly to fuel to facilitate mobility in their campaigns,’’ she said. She said that the agency had also identified faith-based organisations to assist SACA in carrying out campaigns in churches and mosques in the state. According to her, SACA is also collaborating with the state’s ministry of education to carry out HIV/AIDS campaigns in schools. “It is on record that Cross River was the first state in Nigeria to develop “Family Life HIV/AIDS Curriculum’’ in every school and students write examination on the subject. “So in Cross River today, pupils and students in both primary and secondary schools discuss HIV/AIDS comfortably. And this has helped in reducing the spread of the virus,’’ she said. (NAN) http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/08/56350-people-living-with-aids-in-cross-river-saca-dg/ |
Causing serious traffic by stopping your car on the road without minding those behind just to beg a girl you just saw standing on the road to give her a ride to her destination. And the preaching goes on and on, while those behind rain causes of various kinds of degree on you and your generation. And as a bad guy, all your mind, memory, thinking and sense of reasoning dey the kind knacking wey u go give the babe if she eventually agree to step into your car.....wahala dey for lagos. Fashola saw all this and choose to handle such with harsh penalties. |
What about those that go about in a Danfo bus harassing young men going about their daily business on the street trying to make a living. Especially that Ogba Area. They have extended their idiotic act to nearby areas, especially New Oko Oba, Oko Oba, Agege, Abule Egba, Fagba and the likes of others. They even go as far as patrolling streets looking for young boys. I watch how the brutalized a young man of between 23-35yrs of age for holding an ipad. Area "G" police are becoming something else. |
cretin: did u by any chance change ur transmission fluid recently?..if yes then u probablly didnt replace with the correct honda certified transmission fluid..... femmy2010: Allow a competant mechanic clean the gear filter first. Will do this first thing tomorrow and i will get back to you guys. Thanks |
Costee: Have you checked the transmission mounts? Or is that what you referred to as engine seats?I checked the Transmission mounts, and noticed some where bad, I had them changed, but it reduced a little, yet i still get the jerking. |
yungboss: could this be the trademark gearbox problem of the honda?Thats what i really wished to know. But when i turned it on D and other gear, it enters fine. But it has to do with the reverse only. |
clip: Arsenal fans were never ungrateful. During the period we were without trophy, what was his contribution? Nothing, he should have waited for at least another season. We believed in him during his trying days. We never loaned him, still paying his wages. We have bought more grade a players as he requested. RVP IS UNGRATEFUL NOT FANS. Good Luck, I wish him injury free season anywhere he goes.SHUT DA HELL UP dude. Another year, for him to play his hearts out and go on injury break abi, without another trophy to show. Abi u dey dream of trophy this season even if RVP is there ? Story! Just wish the lad well. Una too dey cry na wetin dey tire me for where una dey. Bunch of babies. Every player has the right to move on if a club is not adding to his career as a good footballer. Just swallow your lamentation and wish him all the best. You are the ungrateful ones here. He scored the highest goals for you guys last season, so quit the tears man. Him don try reach. Allow him win some trophies to crown his career as a footballer cos arsenal dont look like they want to win any trophy in the next 20yrs. |
ORAFA: Who da Zap cares? Nobody anymore. Robin I love u no matter where u play. I hope u're able to match the challenge @ United(although u hav'nt signed) wheneva the train gets u there. But, ask urself, 'Will RVP really get dat fanbase at United'? 'Will score dat much goals with goal-hungry attackers like Rooney'? Alot more questions to ask. We at ARSENAL wait to hear you say ' Had I known', which is always a loser's last resort. Back to the fans. We neva loved ARSENAL because of RVP, and the real us wont stop because of him either. Keep up the faith. No risk, no reward. Wenger no matter ur crazy decisions, we love u dearly. Especially me. ARSENAL FOR TOPS THIS SEASON. GOD BLESS US ALL.Ask yourself, did FABREGAS, said "HAD I KNOW:", did ASHLEY COLE said "HAD I KNOW", did ADEBAYOR said "HAD I KNOW", did KOLO TOURE said "HAD I KNOW", did NASRI said "HAD I KNOW" and the likes of others that left ARSENAL to go win trophies. Y'all are just a bunch of losers lamenting cos someone made a decision to crown his effort as a footballer. Scoring goals for arsenal, yet no trophy to show for it. All these people i mentioned above, left arsenal to go win some trophies and they accomplished it. So why wont you wish the ONCE loved (by arsenal fans but no longer loved cos he signed for a better club) RVP all the best if y'all truly want his progress. I just keep hating on this arsenal fans the more whenever stuffs like this happen. They tend to show their stupidity when a player wants to move on. Rubbish haters of good footballers wanting to exhale. |
All these arsenal fans lamenting RVP's Move to a better club, you are the ungrateful ones here. How can a good player such as RVP be playing his hearts out with your club, yet no trophy to show for it and you guys want him to stay ? Come on, If your present position is not favouring you, you have to check and change your position. Besides, reasons why he is injury prone is because your silly coach wants to kill him on the pitch by over working him. Work the body so much and watch it breakdown someday. With some lazy players on your list and pitch, the guy would attack, defend and offend sef. Wetin! Abeg, make una free the chap and do him a favour by wishing him all the best in winning trophies this season. Am sure you will get over him, just like y'all did when Fabregas left. All this Lamentation no go do una any good, rather see you guys are Enemy's of Progress. Make the guy go win trophy for his good skills, since your coach aint willing to win trophy, rather prefers winning the money. Shikena! One Love.... ![]() |

At least thirty people have lost their lives and five others were rescued as more tankers exploded today at Abuloma waterside and Rumuokehi around Eneka area of Rivers state. The thirty people who were burnth to death and the five rescued alive were trapped in the vessel that caught fire at the Abuloma water front. Our correspondent in Rivers says NEMA advance teams are moving to the Abuloma scene while fire fighters are battling that of Rumuokehi already. Officials of NEMA's information department are asking for help from the fire service and multi-national companies around Abuloma for urgent assistance to battle that fire. At Rumuokehi, a total of three tankers were seen still in flames while one had been successfully put out by men of the fire service. A source told Daily Trust that the tankers were set ablaze by men of the JTF because they were being used by bunkerers |

What this country needs is a serious revolution. All these bastards ruining this nation should be cut down. But what all our youth does is make jokes out of every revealing secrets affecting the nation and their lives. How long shall we keep quiet when we see the mess this guys are making. I think i see why bakare would not hold his peace. Its not just because he wants cpc to win, but because the level of corruption has reached its peak and its smelling home and abroad. Imagine a taxi driver kicking me out of his cab in malaysia just because he asked where i came from and i mention nigeria. he got furios and yelled at me to get off his cab shouting Corrupt country with corrupt citizens. How long ? |
With his ears, he looks like SPARK in the Movie "STAR TREK" . He looks good though |
