@OP thanks so much for this rejoinder and the encouragement it gives to thee readers.Th devil will always try to use sugar coated words and warped logic from to lure unstable minds into sin and destruction. They have lost it and are going down and instead of repenting and seeking the face of God,they wish to drag all others into evil.....ESPECIALLY THIS CHRISTMAS !

DerideGull: @OP

I say shame on the poster of this old news. Was GEJ on oath when the alleged statement accredited to him was made? It is silly to equate “I have no ambition to stay in office beyond 2015 to “I shall not contest election in 2015”.
THANK YOU BROS.My fear is that Nigeria youths who are the worst hit by these long wasted 40 years of misrule will be taken in by lies from GEJ'S FOES and vote in vultures in 2015...

HealthWhat You Need To Know About Cholesterol by intrepid(op): 12:21pm On Dec 07, 2013
The term is becoming very popular in the health circle as more awareness is created about its potential dangers. Many people dread cholesterol even though they have a faint or no idea what it is or what it does. Others have only heard that it is implicated in a heart diseases and this elevates their interest in knowing what cholesterol is all about. So what really is it?

Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance made in the liver and other cells and found in certain foods, such as food from animals, like dairy products, eggs, and meat.

Have you been diagnosed with high cholesterol? Is lowering your cholesterol a goal? The first step is to find out: What is cholesterol?

Cholesterol is not a total evil and one kind of health-hating monster lurking around the corner to take away your life. The body actually needs some amount of this substance to maintain its holistic well-being. Its cell walls, or membranes, need cholesterol in order to produce hormones, vitamin D, and the bile acids that help to digest fat. But the body needs only a limited amount of cholesterol to meet its needs. It is too much cholesterol in the body that causes heart problems.
How Cholesterol Causes Heart Disease

When too much cholesterol is present, plaque (a thick, hard deposit) may form in the body’s arteries narrowing the space for blood to flow to the heart. Over time, this buildup causes atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) which can lead to heart disease.

plaq

Effect Of Plaque on a blood vessel

When not enough oxygen-carrying blood reaches the heart, chest pain called angina can result. If the blood supply to a portion of the heart is completely cut off by total blockage of a coronary artery (the artery that supplies blood to the heart itself), the result is a heart attack. This is usually due to a sudden closure from a blood clot forming on top of a previous narrowing.
Types of Cholesterol

Cholesterol travels through the blood attached to a protein — this cholesterol-protein package is called a lipoprotein. Lipoproteins are classified as high density, low density, or very low density, depending on how much protein there is in relation to fat.

Low density lipoproteins (LDL): LDL, also called “bad” cholesterol, can cause buildup of plaque on the walls of arteries. The more LDL there is in the blood, the greater the risk of heart disease.

High density lipoproteins (HDL): HDL also called “good” cholesterol, helps the body get rid of bad cholesterol in the blood. The higher the level of HDL cholesterol, the better. If levels of HDL are low, the risk of heart disease increases.

Very low density lipoproteins (VLDL): VLDL is similar to LDL cholesterol in that it contains mostly fat and not much protein.

Triglycerides: Triglycerides are another type of fat that is carried in the blood by very low density lipoproteins. Excess calories, alcohol, or sugar in the body are converted into triglycerides and stored in fat cells throughout the body.

FamilySix Ways To Know The Answers To The Question, "Does My Husband Love Me?" by intrepid(op): 10:24am On Sep 15, 2013
You may arrive at that moment when you start asking the question, "does my husband love me?" One of the reasons why you may question this is because not all men find it easy to show their emotions. They are known to be rational and strong and never emotional. Other reasons include failed relationships and a childhood filled with trauma. Here are seven ways to know if your spouse still loves you or not.

1. Check how your spouse treats you. If he talks to you respectfully and if he does not want to hurt your feelings, he is definitely still in love with you. Respect and concern are proofs of love.

2. Check the way your hubby treats you in front of people. If he treats you rudely, it can mean his feelings for you are waning. If he makes fun of you or belittles you, he no longer respects and thinks of you highly. A husband who loves his wife places her on a pedestal.

3. Count the number of times your husband speaks to you. See if he still calls or texts you when he is at work. If he checks up on you often, this means he is still concerned about you. If he has problems, he should confide in you. Constant communication with you is a good evidence of his love.

4. Assessing your sex life together will give you the answer to the question, "does my husband love me". If he wants to have sex with you but does not when he sees you are not in the mood, he still cares about you. At the same time, he should also be willing to have sex with you when you also desire it. This is because your happiness means a lot to him. Your sexual life together manifests your feelings and if it is still alive, you both love each other. Sex is a vital factor in a marriage. Men become more intimate and affectionate towards the women they love.

5. See how your husband expresses his feelings for you. If he does it often, be assured that he still loves you. If you feel he does not say it as frequently as he did before, tell him about it and teach him ways on how to do it. Discuss this with him open-mindedly so that he will know the ways to convince you of his love for you.

6. Check if your husband is making an effort to make your marriage work. He makes it a point to fix fights with you as he does not want these to escalate and turn into something big. Inform him too of the ways you wish to be loved. You should also inquire how he wishes to be loved back.

A marriage has its ups and downs and it can bring about doubts. In order to immediately know the answer to the question, "does my husband love me," you can ask him straight away at the right time and place.

RomanceWhen The One You Liked Got Married by intrepid(op): 10:05am On Sep 15, 2013
Here it happens again. You read in the books that it could happen and has been happening but you never believed it could happen to you until that day. This guy was simply the ideal man you have been wishing will someday you’d be blessed with. He is the type every girl dreams to have as a husband. All the qualities you cherished were very obvious and most importantly he was very jovial and very friendly too.

You were admiring him from a distance but fate brought you together when he suddenly was moved to your unit and you saw him and interacted daily. It was then, that you came to see more of his innate nice qualities. The more you saw him, the more you wished he would talk to you.

You just found yourself wanting to talk with him and you can’t explain the kind of feeling you have inside. Jide was a likeable man not only in the company but even in the street where he lived. He also loved to talk to you but you noticed a certain restrain and reverence he had for women.
He didn’t talk as freely as other guys in the company and this made him even more endearing to the ladies. Then when you were ready to ask him if he was in any relationship, you found out that Jide was in an active courtship and will be wedding in the seven months! Not again.

Why is it that all the people you thought would make the ideal spouse were all married? The ones you dream of having don’t seem to notice you; it is rather the unserious and not-too-desirable ones who keep pestering your life with marriage requests. I heard you say that all the nice men/women are married but it’s not true. All the good men/girls are married?
There are still many nice men and women out there who will make the ideal partners you have been praying for .One very important thing to do is to stay where God will reach you whenever he comes.

Do not stay where he will have to come and start asking “where are you?’ because he can no longer see the child he kept at a definite point to wait for Him. Keep on improving on all areas of your character and abilities so that you will be an asset to the man/woman when the time eventually comes. Do not despair or give up on God; He knows your thoughts and no matter what happens, he remains God and will never change. He knows the best for you. Surround Yourselves with Positive Christian Couples who share your convictions and who have had experience that may even be similar to yours.

It will help and encourage you not to be heavy hearted. In truth, many single Christians have at one time experienced the same thing you shared. It is not wrong to feel that way as long as you were not lustful on any way. But one thing again is to take all your feelings about a brother or sister to God and allow him to lead. Do not allow the flesh to contaminate it else anything coming out of the eventual relationship, assuming it clicked, would be corrupted and no longer would be from above.

Fact is: God remains the best match-maker who knows everyone by name. He created both you and your future spouse and He knows who will suit you perfectly, even if the person does not look attractive physically. In the long run, you will realize that God was correct, and very correct.

Maybe you have not yet met the one that God wants you to marry. Do not allow anxiety or desperation to put you into a dating pressure cooker. Relax and trust God to bring success as you mature in Christ. Enjoy every stage of your Christian life. If single, enjoy singleness, keeping in mind that someday you will probably have far less free time with a spouse and possibly kids to love and care for.

“The Lord will give what is good, and our land will yield its harvest…..”---Psalm 85:12

PropertiesFlipping Properties For Serious Cash:how To Do It. by intrepid(op):
Flip or Flipping is a term used primarily in the Real Estate Business to describe purchasing a revenue-generating property and quickly reselling (or "flipping"wink it for profit. This a very lucrative aspect of real estate which many Nigerians are yet to know about yet big names like Warren Buffet ,Robert kiyosaki and co actually made most of their real estate income doing this.

Profits from flipping real estate come from either buying low and selling high (often in a rapidly-rising market), or buying a house that needs repair and fixing it up before reselling it for a profit. It is a really simple process and the profit is usually amazing.

Under the "fix and flip" scenario, our Consultants will purchase a house at a relatively low price (often deeply discounted from the house's market value). The discount may be due to the house's condition (e.g., the house needs major renovations and/or repairs) or due to the owner(s) needing to sell a house quickly (e.g., relocation, divorce, pending foreclosure). The Consultant will (usually) then arrange necessary renovations and repairs, and attempt to make a profit by selling the house quickly at a higher price (closer to market value).

The "fix and flip" scenario is profitable, because the average home buyer lacks the funds to repair and update the house, so they seek out a move-in ready home instead, even if it is a little above market price.FLIPPING4PROFIT comes in here.

Flipping4Profit is a Fully Managed Real Estate program, where our Members are able to Share in the Profits from the lucrative Real Estate Market.

Our Members can choose to deposit funds into their online wallet system through their Member's area. Members have the ability to start Sharing in the Profits with as little $100.00.Membership of the club is free but in the free membership, your investment in any property is limited.

Every day, Banks and Mortgagee Companies list 100's of properties for auction. These properties can be purchased for cents in the dollar.

When these properties are listed for auction, one of our Consultants will personally inspect the property to ensure it meets our requirements and can be resold for a profit.VISIT HERE: www.flipping4profit.com/impact AND SEE WHAT IT MEANS with samples of live flips.

RomanceHandling Your Exes After Marriage by intrepid(op): 9:19am On Sep 15, 2013
When you are married there is the initial strong and powerful surge of feelings (euphoria) just like being new in a new status or acquiring a new and long anticipated gadget, but it’s usually on a very much higher level, almost impossible to describe

There is a very strong determination to do all you can to make your relationship work. You have a very high hope and expectation that this relationship should last ‘‘till the end of time or until death do you path’’.You sincerely do not want anything to come between you and your new love and soon your mind begins to move toward forming a new family.

You begin to picture a perfect home, or a very happy home where everyone is accepted and where love is the language. You sincerely wish all this could come through and make your home a mini-heaven and an example for others families. You picture a place you will always be proud of, a place you’ll always miss and long to come back to every time after work; you long for a warm haven that is so soothing and accommodating that it acts as a strong fortress against any turmoil you faced during the day-no matter how fierce you can always come back here and find peace.

But then, after just about few months one of your exes tries to ‘Re-connect’. At first you didn’t think it was advisable and right to respond to the deluge of calls and text messages, but as they continued you began to reply and even allowed yourself to flow on the same subtle romantic frequency, in your words. Somehow you believed it was harmless because marriage was a shield and there was no way you could meet again due to distance. You were wrong.

You forgot that the mind has a lot to do with our relationships and the way we see other people. And our minds can be greatly affected by what we hear. After a few weeks of texting and calling you soon discovered that you were beginning to be disquieted. Silent dissatisfaction and doubts began to trickle into you and it was becoming obvious (unknown to you) to your spouse. You could not pin-point anything anybody had done wrong but you feel always like finding faults. Your wrong interaction with your exes is trying to wreck the worst havoc on your marriage and you need to take drastic measures. What do you do now?

1. Some of your friends just have to go especially after you are married. It does not matter if they misunderstood you or not. There is no need to maintain them again. This includes anyone you ever had a romantic relationship with before marriage. Communications with them usually somehow have a way of rekindling the romance especially if it was someone you loved somehow and who had some really attractive trait you admired which may not be present at all or be in the same degree in your present spouse. Kill many communications if you want to live long.

2. Channel all energy you’ve got into building your present relationship and realize that nothing should come between you and your family. Also this is a decision you have to make once you are married. You do not of course want to enter into the unnecessary stress of double living or false living; where you feel a certain obligation to two people at the same time. If you place yourself in such a situation, you will surely break down. Many people you see today are just miserable and worn out because of this kind of life.

3. Friends to avoid also include women who have no serious regard for family life. They believe that relationships are disposable. They have never enjoyed any stable one and so do not think it exists. You have to determine not to trade your happiness for anything at all, any flirting or ungodly suggestions from outside is dangerous and harmful to your dream of a fulfilling married life. Picture your future family and let it dawn on you that you alone have the task of determining to make it work. You can do it.

“Marriage is honorable and the marriage bed must be kept pure for God will judge all immoral people’’—Heb 13:4
