Once out of the Government house, governors become inconsequential especially in non-docile States. It takes a certain kind of people for an ex-Governor to be calling the shots after many years.

Chimaroke was a demigod in Enugu State back in the days. EFCC dealt him some numbers once he was out of office. Chime sidelined him. If not for the current Governor, Chimaroke would have stayed in oblivion. Smart chameleon like David Mark knows when to stay calm in order not to rock the boat. Chimaroke hasn't realized that his 8-years of fame is over. I guess PDP just reminded him that he is an expendable benchwarmer.
